  Jan was highly recommended for our June 26 2014 destination wedding at Salish Lodge. She was wonderful to work with from start to finish - from the initial long distance consult, to the booking, to the week before the big day to the wedding to the receipt of the proof package she was very communicative and clear about what to expect.
  She scouted the property the morning of the wedding even though she was very familiar with it to see the light etc, and had a great easy way of relating to everyone in our party. The pictures are all comfortable and beautiful, nothing looked awkward or posed in all of our proofs. The pictures are beautiful and exceed our expectations - I would recommend her and work with her again in a heartbeat.

  Jan was fabulous from beginning to end and it was quite obvious how much she loved weddings! She listened to exactly what I wanted, how I hoped my wedding day to be, and what style of photography I was looking for. She worked with me every step of the way and I felt like she personalized the photography so well to me! On the day of the wedding, she was punctual, professional, and got shots of everything without being obtrusive. Her prices were very competitive with other Seattle area photographers, but I felt like her work was vastly superior in artistic nature and composition to most of what I saw out there. I can't wait to see our wedding pictures! I know they will be fantastic; we did an engagement session with Jan last summer and those turned out marvelous!!

  Jan has a package for small weddings, and it was just perfect for us. She was fun to work with at the wedding and had creative ideas for photos. And we are thrilled with the photos she took. The settings are all pretty, and there is a good mix of posed and candid shots. I would recommend Jan highly.

  The money I spent, was for engagment photo's also. I would highly recommend Jan as a photographer, she was very comfortable and had many good idea's. Everything seemed very natural and not posed. The pictures we have are one of our most prized posessions we love them!! I don't think anyone could do better. Thanks Jan..

  Jan has photographed our family events for many years, she is professional, creative and a joy to work with. She has many ideas for getting that perfect shot that captures the event. I have recommended her to many friends, all who have used her for their weddings were thrilled with their photos and enjoyed working with Jan.

  Jan really worked with us at the wedding. Family dynamics made some situations for me difficult. But Jan really help smooth things out, always in a professional way. And she was flexible with our changes. I loved the pictures some traditional and others really surprised me in their creativity. I wasn't so sure about some of the poses but they've turned out to be my favorite. We are so happy we chose Jan to document our day.
