  AMAZING! Highly recommended!

  Hiring Alfred as my caterer is probably one of the best decisions I have made in wedding planning! He is affordable, knowledgable, and will do anything to make sure your special day runs smoothly. His staff are professional and his food is phenomenal! I come from a family that normally complains about wedding food, but they were RAVING about Alfred's! My MIL even asked if I could contact him for the recipe!
  
  COVID changed so many aspects of our wedding, but Alfred was flexible and helped us make our "social distance" wedding a reality.

  Alfred's Catering Is WONDERFUL

  Alfred and his team worked with us all along the way to build a menu that was just what we wanted for our wedding. They were responsive, gave us some great coaching on what to choose, and were impeccable at both our reception and the rehearsal dinner.
  
  If you are looking for a caterer that makes top-notch, delicious food, is VERY experienced, and will make sure you are taken care of through every step of your wedding, Alfred and his team should be your first choice.

  Um wow I cannot praise Alfred's catering enough. They were amaaazing!! I happened to find them online through google and I was initially attracted because of the relatively low cost. When looking at the wedding menu options, which is on their website, I was further intrigued because there were soooo many options. It was seriously extremely difficult just to choose what to taste. I contacted them immediately. I was nervous that the food wouldn't be that great because it seemed so cheap compared to other caterers. But let me tell you, I was completely blown away. Every single thing we tasted was savory. They have both classic and very unique menu options. Everything we tasted was so good that I seriously would have let them cater my wedding with random food choices that I hadn't even tasted. I was that confident in them. We did have to pay a tasting fee but once we signed a contract with them they credited the amount we paid to the total cost. The wedding went smoothly and flawlessly. The food was amazing again- just as it had been at our tasting. And we got so many compliments. Alfred himself did our tasting and was there working during our wedding as well. He was so friendly. We could not have had a better catering experience. So thankful for them and probably our best spent money.

  Alfreds Catering did an Amazing job at our Wedding. The food was excellent and Alfred made sure that we didnt have to worry about anything. Our day was epic and i would definitely recommend Alfred's for the next event.

  second time i have used this caterer. will never use another. they are on time, efficient, priced very reasonable, flawless service, friendly to guests, willing to go beyond their job description, house was left cleaner than when they arrived! love these guys!!!

  Alfred's catering was amazing. They stayed in contact with me and my wife constantly, informing us of changes or if clarification was needed, even if we weren't able to respond very quick with how busy we were. It was a wonderful feeling to not have to worry about our catering in any way, as we knew they were on top of it. Not to mention, the food was DELICIOUS! They made sure to make my wife and I a guest at our own wedding, which was nice. Before they left, one of the Alfred's Catering employees came up to me and Brandi, and complimented how beautiful our wedding was and how wonderful it was to work with us. It was hands down the most pleasant catering experience I've ever had. Thank you Alfred's for making our wedding special!!!!

  I have used Alfred's Catering for a 2-day conference and a 3-day conference and they are fantastic!! I can't say enough good things about the food and the service. At our most recent 3-day conference, Alfred and team did a wonderful job and made things so easy for us! They took care of everything and we didn't even have to think about the meals. They provided reliable, affordable, caring service along with excellent food. They truly do an amazing job and I am very thankful for them.

  We used Alfred's to cater our Lake Travis wedding 9-26-2015. We had a full fajita buffet. Working with Jody made the process easy and less stressful.   This is my 2nd event with Alfred's catering. They are so easy to work with from beginning to end. Their catering options are creative and their presentation and service is amazing. I've used them for a corporate event and a charity fundraiser and they were perfect for both settings.

  I have used Alfred's catering for many events over the course of 8 years. Swim team and Tennis team banquets, family reunions, special graduation, anniversary & Birthday celebrations, Corporate events and now Wedding Parties. I can not say enough good things about his service, food, and reliability. He goes the extra mile, always brings extra food, flowers and specialty items to make the event even more special. Use him for collaboration on ideas. He can come up with ideas and planning techniques that I would never have thought possible. I would highly recommend him for being part of your special day. He will not disappoint!

  The baby shower was truly a hit because of the catering experience! Alfred was early to get set up, he had everything set up beautifully and as always, the food was delicious. All of the ladies throwing the baby shower were incredibly impressed with the food and most importantly the fact that we were all able to enjoy the shower as if we were our own guest. The Momma to be couldn't have been happier. Thank you so so so much for everything you do!

  Alfred is hands down the best vendor I've ever worked with. One of the hats I wear at work is that of an event planner so I've worked with several different venues, wait staff, vendors, etc. and no one compares to his service. What you get with Alfred that you don't receive from anyone else is peace of mind - before you can even think of an issue he already has it covered. His staff is always professional and on-point. Party planning can be very, very stressful, but every time I've worked with Alfred I stress a considerable amount less and that is priceless. Thank you, Alfred, for all you do!!!

  This event was technically an "invitation only open house" at a high-end home. Alfred's Catering is the only cater to call for any type event. The planning is always easy, food is excellent and service is impeccable.
  Guests always ask "Who is the cater?" and they love the presentation. Alfred makes it so easy to host any type event and the only company to call.

  What can I say about Alfred's Catering other than consummate professional, amazing food, and amazing service. My husband and I got married over the weekend (June 27, 2015). We planned a surprise wedding, and Alfred helped us navigate all the ins and outs of getting it together. He and his staff made sure that our guest were well taken of, so that my husband and I could enjoy our event and special day.
  
  Rafael knocked it out of the park with the food and the cake, everyone was raving about the bahn mi, the Bulgogi stuffed peppers (my mom's recipe), the panko encrusted chicken with a variety of sauces, the cucumber and tomato salad, it was all perfect.
  
  I cannot thank Alfred, Rafael, and staff enough for the work that they did, and I highly recommend Alfred's Catering for your next event, because they are the best!

  Rafael knocked it out of the park with the food and the cake, everyone was raving about the bahn mi, the Bulgogi stuffed peppers (my mom's recipe), the panko encrusted chicken with a variety of sauces, the cucumber and tomato salad, it was all perfect.
  
  I cannot thank Alfred, Rafael, and staff enough for the work that they did, and I highly recommend Alfred's Catering for your next event, because they are the best!
