We had the absolute pleasure of working with Renee for over 1.5 years while planning our dream wedding in May 2025, and she far exceeded all of our expectations. From our very first meeting, I knew she truly understood the vision we had for our wedding. Our daughter Madeline was married at Chateau Noland in San Luis Obispo on 7/5/25. Renee was our wedding planner from the start and was highly recommended by Lindsey Noland, owner of Chateau Noland. Renee was organized, attentive and kept the planning process at a timely pace. Renee kept a communication schedule that allowed all parties fully involved and participating where appropriate. On the day of the wedding, Renee was a calm and assured presence that provided confidence for all aspects of the day.

On the onset, I was the bride who thought she could do it all herself. I was DETERMINED! While it is totally feasible, I learned that to have a truly remarkable and memorable wedding you absolutely need an experienced and supportive team. I am so grateful that we had Renee on our side!

I had a family medical emergency that set me back in my planning so I decided to interview partial planners. Renee instantly gave me a calm and reassuring first impression on our 1st phone interview. She continued to maintain that calming presence that I really needed throughout the entire process. She is so professional, poised and never shows when she is stressed. She made it a point to keep me out of conversations when other vendors tried to give up on our outdoor wedding and move everything indoors. It would have been a great disappointment after all of the months of planning to do that! She didn’t want to stress me out and is an expert in Plan B’s (and Plan C’s.) She did SO much behind the scenes to pull through for us.

She kept my husband and I on track in the months leading up to the wedding and brought up all of the things I would never have thought to consider. She made our timeline, our layout and coordinated with vendors in the month leading up to the wedding. Her organization and ability to anticipate problems before they arise made for a seamless day (once the rain stopped of course!). While I am a little more risky, she errs on the side of caution which made for a very wise approach. She helped me edit my wedding website, my invites, cardstock and pointed out my spelling errors before I made a costly mistake.

She brought a covering for the band, LED candles, cake risers, etc. She provided a bandaid instantly during my pictures after I’d cut my finger. She even designed our wedding cake last minute when I was at the end of my rope as far as planning goes and saved that for too late.

I am always hesitant to use the word “perfect” but Renee really helped us have the most perfect day. All of my guests kept remarking on it being the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to. I am so sad we no longer will have our meetings but will always remember Renee as being the most vital part of our successful wedding. HIRE HER!

She made sure we had a list of what to do, a year out from the wedding and made sure we stayed on top of things. She helped us to stay calm and unstressed and helped us have a really fun time during the planning process, helping us to make weather contingencies and backup plans and covering all the bases. She had great suggestions about the SLO area and awesome connections in the industry which was hugely helpful since we were planning the wedding from outside SLO. Communication was easy and she always responded extremely quickly. And when the big day came, she made sure all the vendors and guests were organized and that my husband and I had everything we needed to have the greatest day of our lives. I cannot recommend Renee enough, she truly is an amazing person and will help you turn your ideas into the best celebration of your life. I’ll start by saying that I am not the most organized person, and planning a wedding with a newborn and a young child was incredibly daunting. I was not the bride who had an ideal wedding mapped out in my mind, so piecing together this grand event felt extremely intimidating.
From our first meeting, she was truly so kind and so understanding. As the wedding approached she guided us through the process with such ease, and was very realistic every step of the way. If something wasn’t going to work or she had concerns- she would kindly explain why. For everything that was achievable, she helped bring to fruition, and went above and beyond to do so.
She and her team solved every last minute hiccup. She helped keep my head on straight so that i was truly able to enjoy the day.
She was literally hot gluing dried citrus to my seating chart within an hour of our ceremony.
She guided our whole wedding party, and kept the schedule moving.
She’s very connected in the Central Coast, which makes everything easier.

She helped me bustle my dress multiple times, made sure we got to try all of our appetizers, drinks and actually eat our dinner, she rolled a heater over to me when I was freezing, brought extra plates and linens in case we’d need them, the list goes on… If only we could plan another wedding to find an excuse to work with her again!
