We booked RSVP coordination for our day-of coordination and it was perfect! Samantha gave expertise to our questions throughout the planning process, was extremely responsive, and set our day up for success. Danielle and her team set up all of the decorations/tables exactly how I wanted and kept our day running smoothly! Myself, my mom, and my bridal party had to do nothing but enjoy the day which is exactly what we wanted. I would 100% recommend booking them.

Samantha and RSVP events went above and beyond for my wedding. It was so nice to not have to worry about a thing the day of. Samantha and her team had everything under control, even to the smallest detail. They coordinated all my vendors seamlessly and made sure everything we wanted came to fruition. We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Christina Jarvis, and I would hire her over and over again....this is not an exaggeration. She was our planner/coordinator, and from the moment she stepped in, she completely took over in the best way possible. I had tried to take on so much myself, and without her, there is no way our day would have been as perfect as it was. We are also a wedding vendor, and after working with her at one event, I knew immediately I wanted and NEEDED her to be a part of my special day. She went so far above and beyond in every possible way and was honestly perfect. From start to finish, she made sure our day was exactly how we envisioned it. If there were any issues along the way, we genuinely have no idea, because she handled everything so calmly and gracefully. She traveled for our wedding and worked tirelessly for 15+ hours, never missing a beat. From coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring everyone had what they needed, to building out the timeline, decorating, and even helping with cleanup; she truly did it all. I am sure there are a million details she took care of that I don’t even know about…she is a superhero! Every single detail was thoughtfully handled. What meant the most to us was how well she understood what was truly important to us and made those things her top priority. She also handled our family and friends with so much grace and professionalism (which is no small task!) and made everyone feel taken care of. Because of Christina, our entire day felt smooth, stress-free, and so incredibly special. We were actually able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, and that is something we will forever be grateful for. If you are considering hiring her, do it immediately. She is worth every penny and more. 🤍

Laura was invaluable throughout the planning and especially the day before and day of my daughters wedding. Laura allowed me to express my design opinions and suggestions and supported us through it all. Laura was familiar with our vendors and the venue and provided great insight. Booking Beth Ryan Events was the best decision we could have ever made. Cassie is incredibly professional! She made us feel so seen and so heard for everything. She calmed all my fears and helped us in SO many ways. Our wedding would not have been as much of a dream without her. The day of she made sure we were okay and took care of everything. I highly recommend Cassie to everyone!

This past Saturday my husband and I experienced our dream wedding. Many have said, “the most incredible event they’ve ever been to” and we’d agree. Everything was perfection thanks to Katie. She helped execute our vision even better than we could have imagined ourselves, always listening to our ideas, and being professional throughout the process. The week of the wedding we had to make last minute changes due to the weather forecast and she made the entire process seamless for us and handled everything with the rental company to make the necessary adjustments. It was somehow even more gorgeous with the tent and draping up. Guests were on the dance floor all night and raving about their experience. I would not have changed one thing about our wedding. Katie is passionate, talented, and I highly recommend Katie if you’re looking for someone who you can trust to make sure your wedding is beautiful, uniquely yours, and be taken care of on your big day.

Harriett made our wedding day the absolute best day imaginable! She planned every second of our wedding from the very beginning and made the entire process stress free and fun. She is incredibly talented at what she does and such a joy to work with! Our wedding festivities wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Crystal was a DREAM! We had a few hiccups week of wedding and she ironed them out before I even knew something needed to be fixed. She offers a few tiers of planning services that will fit most budgets too. Crystal was THE BEST investment in our wedding day. I still call her my personal fairy godmother! If you're a bride who needs a person the week of your wedding - or even a few months out - Crystal is it.
