What services does a wedding florist provide?

Lindsey Dixon and her team absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. Due to Covid last year our event venue closed OUT of NOWHERE and we were left finding a new place with only 2 weeks out. I was so stressed and I’ll never forget her kindness and communication. Somehow by the grace of God Lindsey SECURED a venue for us that accommodated our needs and we rolled with it, and the flowers were EXACTLY what I expected and dreamed of and I’m FOREVER grateful. Using Poppies and Peonies was the best decision I made. I used them for both florals and coordination. For florals- they blew me away. They made my bouquet vision come to life and exceed my expectations! I am still in love with how all the florals turned out! For coordination - I admit, I was hesitant to spend the money for coordination… I really thought I could save money and do it all myself or use family to help. However, I was very wrong! The coordination meetings I had leading up to the wedding were so valuable, because I had their guidance and reminders of little details and things that I would have never thought of on my own. The day of the wedding was where I really saw Poppies and Peonies shine: they took charge, took most of the stress from me and my mom, and solved problems so we didn’t have to. As a bride who got overwhelmed and a bit teary in the middle of the day- Whitney’s team came to my aid and helped me calm down and focus on what mattered. They’re calming, peaceful presence as well as their directness and decision-making were worth every penny and more! I am so grateful to have worked with them and would highly recommend them!

Denyse and Wanda got to know me and the vision I had in mind for the wedding day. They were incredibly flexible with changes that I needed to make to my order throughout the planning process. Everything was gorgeous and delivered right on time. They even met me in downtown Columbia to deliver a bouquet for my bridal portraits. It was amazing the way Denyse and Wanda took my descriptions/wish list and turned it into a floral dream come true! I will cherish the memories and photos from the wedding day thanks in large part to Tupelo Grove Events. They are wonderful!

They were so nice, patient, and super easy to work with. For our first meeting, she sat with me for an hour showing me pictures and getting ideas for what I wanted. I told her right away that I'm not a big flowers person, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. She showed me what the most affordable flowers were, and I never felt pressure from her or guilt for going this route, which I very much appreciated. I ended up going with stock and daisies for the bridesmaids and mini calla lillies for me. I called around to do a price comparison, and With A Flair even beat their prices! We are very happy with their service. Worth every penny!
