Madison and her team did our florals for our wedding on 3.19.2022 at the Lace House in Columbia, SC. Not only were the florals stunning but with little direction other than color, Madison made my vision come to life! WOW! Madison and her team did a phenomenal job on our wedding florals! I had a specific image in my head- lavender colors, greenery like sage and eucalyptus, but also blush, white, baby's breath, etc. I had so many different elements in mind, and Madison was able to bring it to life! She is so detail-oriented, organized, and has such a beautiful eye for design. She knew exactly what florals to use and her team did FANTASTIC job decorating the venue. We had a large vault that was surrounded by foliage and florals, and it was to die for!! The reception looked exactly how I wanted it- dreamy, whimsical, romantic, boho-chic, yet classic. She was so easy to work with, especially after having to postpone multiple times due to COVID-19. Thank you for helping us have such a stunning wedding!

We had a specific budget and only needed a few floral arrangements for our wedding at Millstone Adams Pond and her team delivered exactly what we were hoping for for our ceremony. We took 16 months to plan my daughter's wedding and we knew as soon as we interviewed Madison that she was who we wanted to entrust my daughter's wedding dreams to. She took her ideas and finetuned them into a vision that we could only dream about and then to see it on wedding day come to life was simply amazing! Beyond beautiful!! We also hired Madison to Coordinate the wedding and she and her staff (Denise and Michelle) went above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible, even with the inevitable bumps and hiccups that always come up. They handled everything calmly and professionally so that I didn't even realize that we had any problems. They handled them before they came to me and that was amazing. Choosing Madison and her team at By Design was the best decision I made for my wedding day. My wedding florals were top priority for me and I had a very specific vision. I wish I could put into words what I felt when I arrived at the venue on my wedding day and saw all of Madison and By Design's work. They absolutely took my breath away. They were very patient with me when I changed my design for the third time and especially when I added something three weeks before the wedding. By Design was the best choice we could have made for our wedding florist! From the moment of our first inquiry, Madison provided exceptional service and always made us feel so comfortable! My mother lives out of town and we appreciated Madison’s flexibility with meeting when my mom could come up for the visit. She always had great ideas to bring to the table and didn’t seem to mind my indecisiveness at times ;) haha! She helped create the perfect look that fit our budget, venue, and décor. We always had great communication and never once questioned our decision of going with them. After meeting with a couple florists, I decided to go with By Design because I felt like I could give them my inspiration and trust that they bring my own vision to life! I was so excited when we came across Madison and her team. We got married in our hometown in Columbia, SC even though we were living in KY. Madison made it SUPER easy for me to just send pictures of things I wanted and adjust quotes as able. I had to have changed/added at least 30 things necessitating updates in my invoices and extra work for them and she did it quickly, professionally and happily!
