We met with her just twice in the months before the wedding, and she created an awesome timeline for the day. She took care of so many things for us, i.e. handing out tips to vendors and ordering napkins just hours before the reception when our caterer didn’t place the order! Shindig was worth every penny!

Tracy Waldroup was the coordinator for our wedding at Chattooga Belle Farms. I could say a lot of great things about Tracy; she kept us organized, set-up our sparklers before we asked, made sure we ate. But really, any bride only needs to read this quick story: The florist shorted us a bouquet for a bridesmaid. When the florist couldn't be reached, Tracy took flowers, twine and burlap from our table arrangements and made a near-perfect match to the others. No wedding guests ever knew any different and she fixed a major problem that would've stressed out any bride. That is who you want as your wedding coordinator. Someone who takes care of every detail and sorts out problems that you may never even know about.

We chose Tracy's more extensive package. She laid out a timeline for us during the planning process that really helped keep us on track and broke it down into manageable steps. She was always available for questions and advice. For the wedding day, she coordinated with all my vendors and kept our timeline running smoothly. She was great to work with!
