Reverends Ray Moore and Jeannine Clemens have honed their craft and understand every part of the wedding ceremony. To create a holy union between every couple, they bring meaning and purpose to every ceremony.
Experience Since 1991, Rev. Ray Moore has performed numerous wedding ceremonies. He also taught at a seminary for 11 years in Berkeley, California, instructing on writing, performing, and the legalities of ceremonies. Rev. Jeannine Clemens is a non-denominational minister who has been ordained since 2012. She is skilled at being a facilitator and negotiator, bringing people from different backgrounds together, and finding common ground for them.
Services Offered From This Day Forward is licensed in South Carolina and is happy to help couples who are in the area or are using Charleston, The Midlands of SC, the Upstate of SC and North Carolina as a destination wedding spot. They officiate both interfaith and single-religion wedding ceremonies, and will also be there for your ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone is comfortable with it. In addition, they are available for vow renewals if you are looking to reconfirm your marriage vows. Karen did a wonderful job coordinating our daughter's wedding. She was great at suggesting flowers for the arrangements and created the most beautiful bridal bouquets and centerpieces herself! Everything was affordable too. We would choose them all over again!

Made our Ceremony the BEST!!
Reverend Ray officiated our wedding on 06/04/2021 and we're so happy we went with him for our special day. We got married outside at a private venue in Charleston and while we wanted a casual lighthearted experience, we still wanted a religious aspect to our ceremony. Reverend Ray delivered on all levels! our ceremony was fun, lighthearted, personalized but also involved God and prayer. It was perfect! We met with Ray when we first booked and got to know each other. He made us feel super comfortable and we felt like we had known him forever. We also met Karen on the day of our ceremony and she is so lovely! She even sent us beautiful pictures that she took during and after the ceremony. It was such a great surprise. All around 10/10 I would highly recommend!!

Karen is the Best!
Karen came highly recommended from my friend, Jenna, who used her services for her wedding in 2019. After the first conversation on the phone with Karen, I decided to hire her as the florist for my wedding (5/29/21). She went above and way beyond my expectations! From our first conversation on the phone, she was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and even helped me think of creative ways to display the flowers (on the mantle at the reception, my Welcome sign and seating chart). The centerpieces for the tables were a combination of tall and short arrangements - they were absolutely beautiful! All of my guests commented on how lovely the flowers were. Karen's prices were very reasonable and I can't say enough great things about her work! She was quick to respond to all my emails and calls and her work is just GORGEOUS. You won't be disappointed if you use Karen for your wedding services - Top notch quality and a wonderful person to work with!

They are absolutely amazing!!!
They were hands down the best decision i made out of all my vendors! The ceremony was perfect and had some laughs in it and mrs karen did my flowers and all decorating of my venue and it was absolutely beautiful! They made my dream wedding come true!!! They were helpful in every way possible through the planning and the day of!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! All my guest loved them as well as me and my husband!!!

Rev. Moore and his wife Karen were super sweet. I had so much going on the day before the wedding and accidentally forgot to get an extra container of sand for the sand ceremony. They told me not to worry about and were kind enough to pick it up for me. Also, during the rehearsal my coordinator was not well organized and Rev. Moore stepped up and took over so that my ceremony would have the order that I was hoping for. His service was excellent, very professional, easy going, and the best officiant EVER!! I highly recommend using his services for your special day.

A wonderful experience!
Hiring Rev Ray and Karen Moore was the best decision we made. They couldn't have been more helpful and easy to work with. They helped me find a photographer and a violinist, both of which were wonderful. I also hired Karen to do my flowers and they were absolutely beautiful. We were very happy with the ceremony Rev Ray performed and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you both for making our wedding day a breeze!

Ray and Karen are a power-duo. They genuinely care about the couples they work with. Ray crafted a wonderful ceremony for us and Karen did a great job facilitating it by timing the entry of bridesmaids and making sure we were on schedule.

Amazing couple to officiate a wedding!
Rev. Moore and Karen Moore were both very helpful and dedicated to our service. One of the challenges going into the wedding day was the fact that it was going to be a accumulation of catholic, Presbyterian and sprinkled with a little bit of American and Mexican Customs and traditions. Rev Moore
kept an open line of communication and assisted us throughout the entire process. Rev Moore and Karen set up meetings with us and we went through a breakdown of what we wanted for our wedding day. I was blown away on the rehearsal as everything went smoothly and Rev Moore was overly
prepared and dedicated to giving us an amazing wedding. I cant thank Rev Moore and his wife Karen for officiating our wedding and making it extremely stress-free. Rev Moore was always on time and answered every question and concern we had, I cant thank them enough for the level of professionalism
and dedication that they showed to my wife and I. Will highly recommend them for every wedding!

Wedding Ceremony 3.23.19
Reverend Ray and his wife Karen were absolutely amazing - I highly recommend their service for your wedding day! My husband and I are local to Charleston - we met Rev Ray and Karen for coffee beforehand to talk about our ceremony - they had some amazing recommendations and were so nice!
We had a rehearsal the day before our wedding and Rev Ray talked us through everything to prepare us. The wedding day went perfect! We LOVED our ceremony and we didn't realize this, but after, Rev Ray & Karen provided us with a binder that had our ceremony in it - we are so thankful for this (it also had our marriage license and forms for changing my name)! On top of that, all of the papers in our binder had our ceremony venue as the background (Karen took the photos the day before)! It was such a special touch & we are so thankful for this so we can look back on our wedding day!
If it couldn't get any better, Rev Ray & Karen also provided us with photos from our rehearsal and our wedding day! Karen is such a talented photographer and it is so nice having those photos :) I can't say enough good things! They are wonderful genuine people!
