We hired Olive & Rose Events for month-of coordination for our November 2024 wedding. We had planned most of the wedding ourselves and were just looking for someone to be the main point of contact on the day of the wedding and make sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Kim was that and so much more! Kim has so much experience with weddings and knows what questions to ask or what details may be overlooked. She coordinated donation of our florals and set up final meetings with all of our vendors to ensure we were all on the same page prior to the wedding day. She put together a detailed timeline so everyone involved knew where to be and when. Our day went so smoothly in large part to Kim and her team. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day with confidence in Kim and her team to make decisions and execute all of our planning. Kim is also so friendly and easy to work with.
