Stark White Weddings

We worked with Jess from Stark White Weddings in October 2025. We started working with her about two months out from our big day, and she made it all so easy on us. She asked great questions, made recommendations when we didn't have an answer (or a preference), and took so much stress of our plates leading up to the wedding.

On the actual day, she was a SUPERHERO. She kept our timeline on track without us needing to think about it, worked well with all of our vendors, and even solved a dress emergency for us. We, along with our guests, were able to focus on fun, and our bridal party raved about how she managed the day (to the point, that one of our bridesmaids ended up working with her too!).

From the very beginning Jessica went above and beyond in every possible way. She didn't just plan our wedding she replanned it when our original plans turned into a true Hallmark show.
Through it all, she handled countless planning calls (including coordinating with producers) seamlessly, always keeping our vision at the forefront.
When we needed a new plan, Jessica found us an amazing new venue with absolutely breathtaking views that could also accommodate filming and production. It was beyond anything we could have imagined and truly elevated the entire experience.
Her eye for detail is exceptional, nothing was overlooked. Every element felt intentional, personal, and perfectly us. She was always available, always calm, and always one step ahead, which gave us such peace throughout the entire process.
On wedding day, Jessica and her team exceeded expectqati0ns. They made sure Len and I had everything we needed, thoughtfully coordinated time throughout the day for photos, ensured we had moments to ourselves to truly take it all in, and made certain everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We never had to worry about a single thing.
By the time it was all said and done, Jessica wasn't just our wedding planner she became family. We are beyond grateful for her dedication, talent, and heart. We truly could not have asked for a better person to bring our dream wedding to life.

Where does every great fairytale start? The beginning of course! My initial meeting with Jess was on the same day I found out my ceremony venue had the wrong date, and I had 4 months to find somewhere to get married. I was crushed, and thinking of canceling the meeting with Jess.. because how was I supposed to have a wedding without a venue? Well, I'm so glad I didn't! Within 2 minutes of our meeting, Jess had me completely calm & gave me 15+ suggestions on where to contact, and I hadn't even hired her yet! I knew by the end of our conversation she was exactly what I needed to execute a wedding in a city that was not where I lived. And boy, that's exactly what Stark White did! I didn't have a worry, and my wedding day was effortless on my part because of Jess & Ravonne's hard work, expertise & attention to detail. I cannot stress enough that if you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, you should, and these are no doubt the ladies for the job!

She kept our timeline on track, handled last-minute transportation hiccups seamlessly (including directing traffic after our bus driver made an incorrect stop on Forbes Avenue), and navigated unexpected rain without a hitch. Her calm, professional, and proactive approach made all the difference, allowing us to truly enjoy our day without stress. Everyone, including our other vendors, raved about how beautifully coordinated everything was, and we owe so much of that to her! We were on the fence for months about if we wanted to hire a coordinator or not. Once we met with Jess, we knew from the first 5 minutes that she was perfect for us and exactly what we needed. She helped us finalize our design choices, coordinated with all our vendors, helped set everything up at the venue, and so much more. Hiring Jess eased our minds and took a lot of the stress out of our wedding day for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to make our day so incredibly special. We were able to enjoy our wedding day because Jess and her team had everything handled and left us with absolutely nothing to worry about. I truly do not think we could have done it without Jess and her magic!

Jess and Ravonne made the entire wedding process so much easier. It was great to know that I wasn't the only one who had all the large and small details of the event living in my head. It was challenging for me to step back from planning on the day and only be the bride, but I had 100% trust that the event was in good hands.

Jessica took on the role as coordinator and made things go incredibly smoothly. Her preparation and attention day of prevented mishaps and turned the various vendors (each doing their own thing) into a coordinated team that operated as one well oiled unit.

As DJ I attend a lot of weddings and few things can set you up for success like having Stark White as your planner!

After interviewing a few different vendors, I hired Jessica at Stark White Weddings to act as our "day of" wedding coordinator. Our wedding was to be outdoors at a private lakeside property and we realized early on that it would require extensive planning and more than we could handle ourselves. Everything had to be brought onto the site (food, table set up, chairs, alter and decor, etc.). It was fairly complex with a lot of moving parts. We needed help in coordinating day of activities and handling the flow of the day, the guests, the ceremony, string musicians, caterer delivery, etc. In addition, the weather was leaning toward rain so we needed a back up plan just in case. We felt that we needed a day of wedding coordinator to assist and to enable us to relax some and enjoy the day. There was a lot of work to be done and Jessica hit it out of the park!

She created multiple zoom meetings prior to the wedding day to discuss our needs (we live 5 hours from the venue) and was quick to respond to all of our pre-wedding questions and concerns. Within a short time, she had created a detailed timeline for the wedding day and shared all information via a google doc site that she set up. She also ensured, in advance, that our vendors were clear of their contractual obligations so that potential vendor issues would be avoided. We had already hired the vendors but she took it upon herself to understand their obligation to us. She and her assistant arrived very early the morning of the wedding (the ceremony wasn't until 3 pm) to set up the table settings, help with floral set up and and ensured the reception/bar area was ready to go, among many other things. Anything we needed, she was on it. Rain did come along (unfortunately) and she and her assistant ensured that the ceremony space was changed up and that the wedding party and guests stayed comfortable and dry. The entire day, she and her assistant were professional, pleasant and always three steps ahead to avert any problems or issues. Because of her hard work and expert organization skills, we were able to really relax and enjoy the day's festivities. Her pricing is reasonable and she delivered everything she promised and then some! I strongly recommend Jessica and Stark White Weddings--she was amazing! (Thank you so much, Jessica & Kevin!)

Jess and her team are so incredible. They all bring the excitement for your big day as well as the willingness to help and problem solve any issue that may arise. They’re kind and polite while also professional and supportive. Jess prepared us so well before the big day. Everything she planned had gone perfectly. We did have some unexpected things arise and she handled them without us (bride and groom) even knowing until after. A bridesmaid’s shoe broke, she supplied two new options. We had a guest have a seizure, she helped the guest to feel better and then took her home. Jess and her team go above and beyond and we couldn’t have done it without them
