Not only do you need a day-of coordinator, you need Jackie! Truly, where do I even begin?! From our very first phone call, Jackie instantly felt like a friend. She absolutely loves what she does, and it shines through every second you work with her. She’s pure magic! So full of heart, incredibly organized, and genuinely invested in making your day everything you’ve ever dreamed of (and then some).

Jackie thinks of everything, seriously, things I didn’t even know I needed to think about! We connected multiple times leading up to the wedding, and each time she brought up brilliant ideas and important questions that made us feel so supported and on top of things. And to add to the challenge, we were planning remotely and in a completely different time zone, but Jackie somehow made everything seamless. She even visited our venue ahead of time on her own before working another wedding that day!! She sent us a full video walkthrough, and built a detailed game plan to make sure we felt totally comfortable. WHO DOES THAT? Jackie does.

Oh, and let’s talk about dedication: during our final Zoom call with our officiant, her power went out because of a crazy storm but there she was, in the dark with literally only candlelight, running the call from her hotspot like an absolute legend. 1000000% dedication!!!

From our first communication to the rehearsal, from setting up all our decor to keeping the timeline on track, Jackie was everywhere, doing everything. She set our tables, tied ribbons around bouquets, ran between the bridal suite and groom’s suite, coordinated the photographers, and wrangled the entire wedding party like an absolute pro. Honesty, she did so much more but ya'll would be here for the next three hours reading this review if I listed everything this woman did!

As two people who work in Hollywood, let me just say: Jackie is the best director and first AD combined that we’ve ever seen. Our day was perfect because of her! 10000% recommend hiring Jacqueline! Our day ran so smoothly bc she handled everything for us allowing us to completely enjoy our wedding stress free. Not only did she handle everything the day of but we also had a number of calls prior to where we went over everything and she made sure we had everything we needed and she even helped us with some wedding details we had never thought about or knew about lol - I simply cannot recommend her enough and if you think you don’t need a day or coordinator let me change your mind because your day will just run so much better if you hire Jacqueline! She really did it all for us and she was so great that our venue even complimented her saying that they couldn’t wait to work with her again because she was so great. I could keep going but I’ll just again say highly recommend!! :)

I don’t even know where to begin because my day-of coordinator was truly everything I didn’t even know I needed. Even though she was technically a “day-of” coordinator, she went above and beyond in ways that made the entire wedding experience worth it. There were so many times throughout planning where I felt overwhelmed, discouraged, and honestly ready to give up—but she never let me. She stepped in with the calmest presence, the kindest heart, and the most organized mind and made sure I stayed on track without ever making me feel pressured.

She did everything she could to ease my mind, help me problem-solve, and keep me grounded. She treated my wedding like it truly mattered to her, and that meant the world. Her support didn’t start on the wedding day—she guided me, reassured me, and picked me back up every time my stress got too heavy.

And on the actual wedding day? She was a LIFESAVER. Things ran flawlessly because of her. Every detail, every moment, every transition—she had it handled before I even realized something needed handled. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding because she was behind the scenes taking care of everything with complete professionalism and so much heart.

She is affordable, but genuinely worth every single penny and so much more. I am so incredibly blessed that I found her, and I will never forget how much she did for us. She took one of the most stressful times of my life and turned it into a day I could truly enjoy.
