The wedding turned out beautifully. The overall pricing was fair for the services , food and staff provided. Our coordinator Katelyn worked diligently to make our day memorable and met our requests and needs with professionalism and precision. Our matre de Vernita, banquet captain Gabby and banquet manager were very prompt , responsive and attentive to our every request.

The Ballantyne Hotel is such an incredible wedding venue! As a wedding videographer, I really appreciate how convenient it is for the bride, groom, and their families—everything you need is right there in one place, which makes the whole day so smooth and stress-free. The spaces are beautiful, the staff is attentive, and the overall experience for both couples and vendors is top-notch. Our wedding on Rooftop230 was phenomenal! It was such a beautiful view, and the service was unmatched. Many guests are still talking about how great the venue and food were. I’d definitely recommend working with the team because they were very accommodating to our multicultural wedding, and they always made sure that we were taken care of. We’d definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a stunning and memorable wedding!

We had our wedding reception at The Marriott Southpark on Saturday, July 15th 2023. The Staff and coordinator went above and beyond to make our wedding the best day ever. We had the Suite to get ready in and have for the night of the wedding. We had 150 people and the Morrison Ballroom was perfect. We also had an after party at the AC hotel rooftop bar. The food was plated and delicious along with two bars for 5 hours. Highly recommend to any bride!

Emma and her team were excellent. Extremely engaging and personable to our wants, needs and the unexpected! Emma went out of her way to ensure the day was fabulous! As the newlyweds have expressed to many --" It was our fairytale wedding that came true!" Thank you for everything!

The Morehead Inn did an excellent job for our recent brunch. Brooke made great recommendations, communicated well and made sure every detail was covered in advance. Carol, Mary and Diamond executed beautifully the day of ensuring that the room was beautiful, the food was excellent and the service exemplary. Highly recommend.

We planned our wedding on a 3 month timeline, and thanks to Laura Russell at UNC Marriott, we were able to pull it off! We didn’t have a wedding coordinator, so Laura was able to step in and keep us on track for everything. This experience was so much better than I could have imagined, and our guests had so much fun! I cannot thank Laura and her team enough for all that they did to make our day perfect and complete. From coordinating with our vendors, to making sure everything went as planned and on time, it took the stress out of the whole day! The thoughtful extras like having champagne sent up to our Bridal Suite (which is incredible, btw!) to making sure all of our things were carefully collected and ready for us when we checked out, really made me appreciate their professionalism more. I would definitely recommend this location as a venue for your special day!

I recently had my wedding at the Kimpton Hotel in Charlotte, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with modern decor and a chic atmosphere that created the ideal backdrop for our special day. The ceremony space was beautifully set up, and the reception area had plenty of room for dancing and celebrating with our loved ones. The catering was exceptional; the food was delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the meal! What truly stood out was the level of service, particularly from our coordinator, Kimyatta Evans. She was organized, professional, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout the day. Overall, I highly recommend the Kimpton Hotel in Charlotte as a wedding venue. It’s the perfect blend of elegance and warmth, making it an unforgettable place to celebrate such a special occasion!

Great place to have a reception.

This was the PERFECT venue for my small intimate wedding! I was looking for a contemporary Uptown location but the prices were outrageous! This hotel was a hidden gem! The event spaces were amazing! The floor to ceiling windows were awesome to view the Charlotte skyline. The rooftop pool terrace was perfect for my cocktail hour! The staff, service, food and drinks as well as hotel rooms were spot on! They truly rolled out the red carpet for my Wedding! Jennifer in Sales, Monique in Banquets, Kevin the awesome Chef, the Food and Beverage Director Angel to the Front Desk Agent Anita...and everyone in between, the staff was amazing!
