This was the PERFECT venue for my small intimate wedding! I was looking for a contemporary Uptown location but the prices were outrageous! This hotel was a hidden gem! The event spaces were amazing! The floor to ceiling windows were awesome to view the Charlotte skyline. The rooftop pool terrace was perfect for my cocktail hour! The staff, service, food and drinks as well as hotel rooms were spot on! They truly rolled out the red carpet for my Wedding! Jennifer in Sales, Monique in Banquets, Kevin the awesome Chef, the Food and Beverage Director Angel to the Front Desk Agent Anita...and everyone in between, the staff was amazing!

We blocked off a group of rooms for our out of town wedding guests and booked a room for our wedding night at the Hyatt House Charlotte Center City. The group sales team was great prior to our wedding and kept us updated on the reservations. They helped to ensure that all of our guests were in our block, making sure that they received the group rate. The hotel was beautiful and our guests loved their rooms, the location and the hotel services (gym, pool, free breakfast). And, as an added bonus, the hotel upgraded us to a beautiful one-bedroom suite for our wedding night without any additional charges. It was a wonderful surprise!

We used the Hyatt House Center City Charlotte for our wedding block, rehearsal dinner/welcome party and for the bridal party to get ready. What wonderful service, fantastic rooms, breakfast!! We really loved working with the events manager, Sarah! She worked so well with my mother in law to prepare a wonderful rehearsal dinner/welcome party on the lovely terrace. She and the hotel were great choices for us and we were very happy!
