Mrs. Gretchen, Mrs. Angie and their team are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to remove all stress from the bride and groom. The venue is gorgeous allowing you to be as elaborate or simplistic with your decor. We were married in July and had the ceremony at 7pm in the courtyard. The natural light and setting was simply perfect for the photographer. And the extra bonus for us was that we were informed that the proceeds the venue receives goes to the Charlotte Fire Dept. I more than recommend using The Palmer Building for your events. 5 stars all the way!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Circa 29! Almost two weeks ago, we hosted our reception here, for some of our closest friends and family. It was perfect in every way. First, I really want to thank Anne. From our initial venue search, to the days after the party, she was so great! Always very responsive and helpful. She gave us amazing recommendations for local vendors (we were planning from out of town). She was always so friendly and seemed genuinely excited for us. Our coordinator Ali couldn't have been a sweeter person to help keep our event running smoothly. She was so warm and, again, genuinely excited to help. She was so attentive, asked great questions during planning. All around wonderful! The staff, the bartenders that were there at our actual reception, were top-notch! (And those Pisco Sours were delish! :) ) In general, the bar selections are great!! The venue itself has such a cool vibe. I love the speakeasy feel. Even without any extra decor, it's fabulous. For a smaller reception (we had about 70 people), it felt like the perfect size. Plenty of space. Great, comfortable, seating options. Room to dance. We did add the disco ball for some extra fun! Great lighting choices. All in all, we're so happy that we partied at Circa 29. It was such a fun night and we're so so grateful to the whole team for helping us host such a special night!

We rented the mansion for a bridal shower and it could not have been more perfect! Allison and Kayla were so helpful and made it so easy to plan for. In my opinion the mansion does not need many decorations as it is so beautiful!

We had a wedding celebration at Ella in April and it was perfect! What a romantic, fun, and beautiful space! Our friends enjoyed delicious food from Celine & Co and the space was perfect for ALL that we wanted to do. We had a local band, photo booth, bourbon bar, and about 60 of our closest friends. This space is so flexible; we never felt crowded, nor did we have too much space. Cozy corners for conversations as well as a good dance floor in the middle of downtown! We are so glad Ella worked for us! Nicole, Sarah, Ian, and Amber...THANK YOU!!!!!

I can't say enough about this venue. The location, the ambience, the staff made the wedding day an unforgettable experience. But what makes this venue stand out is the willingness of the staff to work hard and be available to make the occasion spectacular. Meredith was always available to answer questions and help out in any way we asked. Her presence and professionalism helped to make the wedding day unforgettable. It's a wonderful space and place for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding. 5 Plus Stars.

Rina and Shan are absolutely amazing! They worked with us every step of the way and went above and beyond for our wedding. They were so helpful and did everything in their power to make our day perfect! The garden and the house are absolutely beautiful and you can see all the love and effort that went into making the property perfect! They let my now husband run internet to the back yard so we could live stream our ceremony to my grandparents who were not able to make it. They also let our sweet dog participate and be a part of the fun! They truly are fairy god parents and I can not thank them or recommend them enough! Thank you so so much Rina and Shan!

Elise and the Hart Square staff were great to work with. Our wedding was very simple and they helped make that happen!

We recently had our wedding in August and it was literally the most perfect day ever. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and everyone was impressed. We already knew we loved the venue as that's why picked it but, we didn't know just how amazing the staff was going to be. We did a Happy Hour the night before our wedding and had some of the staff during that and knew we were in good hands at that moment. At one point during our reception the staff was out on the dance floor enjoying the evening with us and it was SO SO SO MUCH FUN. Everyone raved about the venue and the staff members as everything went seamlessly. If I could relive our wedding day over and over again I would DEFINITELY chose this venue every time. Wishing we could go back to that day!
