Facilities and Capacity At the front entrance of The Brawley Estate, guests will be greeted with custom wrought iron gates that welcome them into the event space. The main house on the premises can host up to 50 people and the Grand Oak Pavilion, built in 2009, can host upwards of 250 guests. With beautiful iron chandeliers, this space is the perfect indoor event space for any special reception. The Pavilion opens up with beautiful barn doors to a covered patio area that overlooks the grounds and the mature trees, which means you'll have plenty of opportunities for timeless wedding photography. The entire place is gorgeous. From the old Victorian house to the gorgeous pavilion, the entire grounds are picture perfect! David the estate manager is AMAZING!!!! I couldn’t have gotten married without him! He went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was perfect! Everyone needs a David 😂 we had such an amazing day!

Hidden Gem
We were so lucky to find the Brawley Estate for our wedding venue. It is a beautiful location and is managed very well. They made the process so smooth and easy. Having an on-site caterer that prepares delicious food and presents it nicely is an added bonus. We were given the entire estate for the the bridal party preparation during the day and the reception in the evening. Highly recommend!

Brought my dream wedding to life
The Brawley Estate was the perfect location to have my May 1 wedding ceremony and reception. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, the food was amazing, the venue looked beautiful, and the pictures came out perfect thanks to the gorgeous magnolia trees and landscaping. I could not be happier with my experience.

Simply the best!
My daughter’s original wedding date with the Brawley Estate was in April of 2020, so it of course was understandably cancelled. During that time, TBE was so apologetic and ensured us that they would work with us to find another date. When the next date in September was still not feasible, they pushed it out to April 3, 2021.
The event was this past weekend, and it was the dream-come-true wedding for my daughter! I can’t speak highly enough for the staff (David is the sweetest guy), and the food with their LTD catering was delish. There were still some Covid related changes, but nothing that took away from her beautiful day. So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how surprised that they never knew this gem existed behind that long, wooden fence!
Go ahead, book The Brawley Estate! You won’t be sorry!

Best Wedding Avenue in Mooresville
Our daughter got married here in October of 2019 and I’m seriously overdo in writing this review. David and Emily made the whole planning process easy and fun, and it was a beautiful, wonderful reception! The couple got married at our local church, had the cocktail hour on the patio, used the arbor for pictures and the bouquet toss, and the beautiful reception room for dinner and a memorable night of dancing! Such a beautiful place with so many lovely spots for pictures, and their attention to detail was wonderful. You can tell when people enjoy their jobs, and their pride showed. Communication was great, and Emily texted pictures of the setup that morning, and found candles when we forgot some for the votives. David even helped direct the parking!
From the flavored water for early arriving guests to the coulple’s private last dance while we waited to see them off by the gorgeous fountain, every part of the reception was special. The Brawley Estate met or exceeded every request, and our friends and family still rave about the food and the fun.

Amazing wedding
We attending a wedding there on 09/19/20 and it was perfect, David and his team made sure everything was perfect and that every guest their had an exceptional time. The food and drinks were the best you could find. I would recommend them to everyone.

Brawley Estate is the best place to have your wedding in Mooresville, NC!!
The Brawley Estate was our dream location for our wedding! This beautiful house and property are a hidden gem in Mooresville, NC. We loved the old white house and the large trees around the property are absolutely beautiful! Aside from the amazing property, David and the staff at Brawley Estate are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely dedicated and willing to help you have the wedding of your dreams. With everything happening with the pandemic, David and his team were able to host our wedding safely with protocols that were put into place. We had so many guests commented on how they loved Brawley Estate and how accommodating the staff was. It was a perfect day and perfect place to have our wedding. If we could do it all over again, I would pick there over and over again!!!

Outstanding!
From the minute that we started searching for a venue, we had the best experience that you could ask for with the Brawley Estate. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful as we planned the logistics of our day. I think that what sets this venue apart the most is that they truly care about their customers and genuinely want the best for them. You're not just a number at the Brawley.
Unfortunately, my fiancé and I had to cancel the large reception that we had planned at the estate with the coronavirus. The staff was more accommodating than we ever could imagine, and they made this difficult process so much more bearable with their flexibility and compassion.
We cannot say enough about the Brawley Estate!

Absolutely stunning venue!
As the mother of the bride we loved The Brawley Estate! The venue is so beautiful, the people went out of their way and the food was delicious! David is phenomenal at what he does always putting everyone at ease, during a stressful day! I had multiple people tell me during the wedding that the food and venue were beautiful and delicious!

Absolutely Wonderful!
The Brawley Estate is a wonderful place to have a wedding. Not only is it beautiful, but the whole staff at Brawley is amazing and made my day how it should be; perfect and stress-free. David is one of the best and really helped to be sure everything was just how I wanted it to be! One of my favorite things that the staff did for us was pack us a ton of extra food, and cake, to take back to our hotel room for the night! Everyone really cares about the bride and grooms wellbeing, making sure you eat, and have what you want to drink, and most importantly, have fun!
