There are numerous indoor and outdoor event spaces at The Omni Charlotte Hotel. You can choose to say "I do" in the manicured gardens, with a ceremony site located at the Rock House by the picturesque pond. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour on the Hill Country Lawn while you explore the grounds for photographs. Afterward, receptions are held in either the Grand Ballroom or the Pomodoro Room. The Grand Ballroom is characterized by lofty ceilings, opulent chandeliers, and plush interiors. There is plenty of space for dinner and dancing and this room has a capacity for 450 guests. The Pomodoro Room is perfect for more intimate occasions of up to 80 loved ones. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the cityscape. The Omni was a wonderful place to have both our wedding ceremony and reception! The majority of our guests came from out of town and we wanted a venue that would be convenient for our guests. Edward LaBranche and his team were great to work with! We also reserved a block of rooms at the hotel for our guests and the process was very easy. Included in our packages was a night stay in a suite the night of the wedding - they provided champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! The food the Omni provided for the reception was excellent and all of the staff was super nice and helpful! I would highly recommend this venue for any event!

I can't say enough great things about the Omni! Every single staff member was beyond amazing. Edward Labranche makes you feel like you're the only bride he's working with and he was so flexible and professional. The cocktail hour, Reception space, decor, and food were amazing! 2 weeks later and guests are still talking about how great the food was. Every single guest that had the steak said it was one of the best, if not THE best steak they had ever had and the bacon wrapped scallop appetizer was unbelievable! They are also still talking about how beautiful the hotel and reception were. The Omni worked with our budget, made us feel like celebrities, really. Top notch team, beautiful hotel, phenomenal staff. Highest recommendations!

We had our wedding reception at the Omni last month and I am so glad we chose them! They are true professionals and EVERYONE was so helpful and accomodating throughout the planning and into the wedding weekend. Everything, from the blocked room process to the reception details, was completely handled with ease! Edward LaBranche is a true talent in event planning and every detail was taken care of seamlessly with his help! He answered any and all questions we had during the planning process and was extremely timely in his response! I felt we were in great hands and if it wasn't for their team, our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was! We thank the entire Omni staff, especially Edward, Leigh, and Beau, for making our vision come to life!

The Omni Hotel was the hotel we used for our Wedding Block, the Bridal Party, and our room the night of the wedding. Working with Rebekah and Leigh was wonderful. They were always on top of emails, keeping me up to date, and always making sure that I knew they were only a call/email away. I never had any worries before and during the wedding. We had welcome bags for our guests at check in and everything went great. I stayed the whole weekend at the hotel, and the front desk was Amazing!! What a beautiful hotel and excellent staff!!! Our photographer even used their lobby for pre-ceremony pictures. EXCELLENT!!

We looked at many different venues before deciding on the Omni. Robin Shuping is the best! the food was awesome, staff was perfect. Can't say enought about the experience at the Omni.

The best food!! I planned our wedding from TN and choose the Omni. This location is perfect for out of state guests. Close to the airport and so much for guest to do Downtown. I worked closely with Robin Shuping, the event planner, she made my wedding day perfect. The staff was awesome and really went above and beyond for us!

We were VERY pleased with the outcome of our wedding. Omni staff was friendly and easy to work with. Robin, the event specialist, was very helpful with the planning process and made our ceremony and reception run very smoothly. Our guests who stayed at the hotel told us they were pleased as well.

The Omni is a wonderful and beautiful venue for any event! I had my reception here and absolutely loved it! Working with Edward and the rest of the Omni staff was a great experience. They all were extremely accommodating and always went out of their way to make sure our wedding was perfect. I would highly recommend the Omni for any wedding reception! Thanks to Edward and his team, the reception went off without a hitch! Though the food that my husband and I tried during the tasting was fabulous, the food we got at the reception was not nearly as good. It was still very nicely plated and tasted fine but not nearly as good at the food we were served during the tasting. Other than that minor item, everything was wonderful!

Robin was awesome. We had a culturally diverse wedding and Robin accomadated all of our needs. I also loved the view in the heart of downtown charlotte. Most of our guest were from out of town and they were very pleased with the service.
