Kelcey is the absolute GOAT wedding planner. My wife and I live in Los Angeles, CA and were planning a wedding south of Portland, ME, and found Kelcey through an online search. We had an initial call with her and immediately felt like she would be a great fit for our personalities as well as navigating the challenge of planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away. And we couldn't feel more lucky that we found her and her team! Kelcey is extremely professional and from the get-go we understood exactly what he had signed up for and what to expect from her services. At no point in the process did we ever feel like she was stressed or overwhelmed with what we were asking and she always was able to lead us in the direction that ended up being the perfect outcome for us as a couple. Her communication is top-notch and she has a way of working that makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Kelcey's vendor recommendations for catering, photography, flowers, stationary, etc. are also 10/10 which made the process that much easier. The weekend of the wedding, Kelcey and her team were so pleasant to be around, and they were able to seamlessly help direct and ensure things went on without a hitch while also remaining relatively unnoticed. We had multiple events including two bands and a silent disco and all were executed perfectly. She understands the vibe and flow of a wedding really well and that was a big aspect that we wanted to nail. Kelcey makes you feel like someone you want to hang out with even after the festivities are over. She is someone we hope to stay in touch with and would highly recommend her over and over to anyone getting married in an area that she services. 10/10 could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Meghan planned our wedding on 8/12/17 and all I can say is BOOK MEGHAN NOW! I work in catering in Chicago and know the importance of a good wedding planner. Meghan is much more than that. She is the wedding guru. Everything on our wedding day was complete magic all because of her. Meghan went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect weekend. Many of our guests even took notice of how hard she worked and told us what a fantastic wedding planner we had. She not only helped with every single request we had but also anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed. I cannot recommend her enough, she is EVERYTHING!

Emily is hands down the reason my wedding was a success! My husband and I are not locals to Portland, so we needed a planner who knew the area and the vendors. Emily is so well-respected amongst the wedding vendor community around Portland, and I am eternally grateful that we got to work with her. Emily has all of the qualities that make an amazing wedding planner. She's efficient and organized, and I trusted her completely to check all the boxes and never drop the thread on any task. She's always calm, and her energy helped mitigate any nervous-bride tendencies that I had throughout planning. She also has wonderful taste - she steered me away from some design choices that I'm still glad we opted out of, and the only design choice I regret was one that Emily tried her best to counsel me against! I only wish I had more friends and family from the Northeast who wanted to get married in Maine and could work with her! Alas, we are from the south - though I've already had two friends ask if Emily plans weddings in Georgia and Florida - a testament to the wonderful wedding that Emily planned!

I couldn’t recommend Nina and her team enough. Nina was organized and had the best attitude through the process. She was poised when I was nervous or anxious, and knew how to guide me. The venue I originally wanted was booked solid, and Nina helped me to find and fall in love with an option I never would have considered. Nicole on her team held me down on the day of and I couldn’t be more grateful. The day was beautiful!

Almost a year and a half into planning our wedding I was realizing quick that I needed a day of coordinator! I had seem Amy & Mae's work in the past and reached out to them about my wedding. They were so helpful from the first step and the initial call was like a huge weight off my shoulders. Every little detail that I was worrying about, was going to be taken care of. I know a lot of folks do it themselves but with people traveling from ALL over and family members who hadn't seen each other in forever, it just made sense to ask for some top notch help for our big day, and BOY were we so thankful we had Amy & Mae! We had several meetings leading up to the wedding. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception I was thanking my lucky stars I hired them to help us. We wouldn't have been able to enjoy such a lovely rehearsal dinner or all the little moments, without their help. They worked so hard to make sure everything was where it should be and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for help! They also do full coordination and event design. Amy & Mae are the perfect team - it's like two for one! Definitely reach out to them for your wedding or event needs! You'll thank me.

Lydia is incredible. She planned our wedding in September and we didn't make it easy. It was a four day event in a venue that wasn't designed to be a wedding venue. We had to bring absolutely everything in. She brought our vision to life and made us feel so relaxed and cared for. Hire her!

Charli and her team are fantastic. She helped us tie up so many loose ends with our wedding planning and was an amazing resource as we got closer to the big day. This was particularly important as we were planning our Maine wedding from Atlanta, so having someone "on the ground" was invaluable. Even when she had a personal emergency come up, her associate Kayla was able to step in and maneuver through our entire weekend with humor, professionalism, and grace. No matter who you work with at C&C, you're definitely getting some talented event experts!

The best decision we made with wedding planning is hiring Rachel and her team at Odyssey Event Designs. Rachel is truly a godsend, and I can't imagine planning our wedding without her. Our venue was a blank slate, requiring everything to be brought in—bathrooms, catering, tables, tents, etc. Rachel handled it all flawlessly. She seamlessly coordinated every detail, so much so that I felt zero stress on the day of the wedding (which is major as someone who is often very stressed). I was able to fully enjoy the experience, knowing Rachel had everything under control which I could not thank her more for. She is also not only the kindest person to work with, but also the most organized person I’ve ever met. Every single vendor we worked with couldn’t stop gushing about how amazing Rachel is and how much they enjoy getting to work with her. It felt like planning a wedding with a close friend; every phone call, video chat, and email exchange was not only productive but also enjoyable and fun for us. We both keep saying how we miss our check-ins with Rachel already! I honestly don’t know how anyone could plan a wedding without Rachel. There were so many details we had talked about and I had forgotten, but Rachel remembered every single thing we had discussed and brought them to life perfectly and beyond what I could have even ever imagined - I was truly in awe with every step of the weekend that Rachel helped plan. On top of that, her graphic design skills are unmatched—she created the most beautiful signs, menus, bar menu, and even custom napkins that everyone loved and were so unique and special to us. It felt like she could actually read our minds and the wedding, every single part of it, was exactly what we wanted and envisioned and I felt really encapsulated us as a couple. Logistically, everything was flawless. We didn’t have to worry about timing, transportation, or any other coordination the entire weekend. Rachel had it all locked down. Our families and friends felt similarly that they always knew what to do and where to be and when because of Rachel and her team - which made it that we, our families and wedding party, and all our guests were able to truly enjoy the entire weekend. She is also the calmest person ever, which really helped us feel calm throughout the process and the day off, and made sure our families stayed calm too. We keep saying, ‘This was the best wedding we’ve ever been to, and I can’t believe it was ours,’ and we owe that to Rachel. I cannot recommend her more—thank you for making our dreams come true! If you want to have the most incredible, perfect and amazing wedding - hire Rachel!

Jessica and Let There Be Love were are day-of planners for our wedding at Marianmade Farm as well as our self-catered rehearsal dinner the night before. So! How can we sing her praises? First, she knows the venue and the management backward and forward and as a result was anticipating things we'd never have thought of, while also accommodating our specific needs. (See also: recovering from a lightning storm) As a coordinator for a rehearsal dinner we catered ourselves, she helped us plan, budget, acquire rentals, and set up the whole dinner—her team moved tables, bussed plates and glasses, and when there was a thunder and lightning storm and the POWER WENT OUT, she was on the scene with the property's generator and got the music and lights up and running so fast no one even noticed. LTBL were our day-of coordinator (with just a few planning add-ons), but exceeded the value of such a vendor role by doing so much behind the scenes as well as leading up — we were given a minute-by-minute planning document that let our vendors coordinate behind the scenes and never bother us. Also, Jessica quickly figured out who the high-maintenance member of our team was (the groom!) and managed his expectations while also putting a WALL up between the us/our wedding parties and the vendors. I recall the DJ coming to ask me something, right in the heat of everything, and Jessica physically putting a hand in the air and saying "he doesn't answer any more questions, it's his wedding," and taking care of it! Also, when it came time to rehearse and actually coordinate the ceremony, Jessica again came to the event with experience and flexibility that helped us realize our perfect day. Not much else to say! Jessica is the best, and you should hire her, and if you're getting married at Marianmade, you should double hire her!
