Charli is fantastic! We were recommended to her from a wedding planner whose year was already booked, and we're so glad we were sent her way! Living in Pennsylvania, we knew we wanted a Maine wedding planner to help us plan our Portland wedding. When we spoke with Charli the first time, we were blown away by how knowledgeable she is, how creative she is and also how down-to-earth she is! We decided to book her and it was the best decision we ever made.

She found us every vendor, she designed our whole space, she created our color palette, she did everything! A couple of months in, we needed new vendors that we were more affordable and instantly, she presented us with all new options that fit our budget. She checked in with us frequently up until the wedding day.

On the actual wedding day, Charli truly shined. We had a couple of moving pieces, some late night food items that needed tending to; Charli and her team did all of it! If there were any snafus, we did not know of them! She refreshed our drinks, she tended these fire pit things we rented, she updated us what was next on our timeline. She was perfect!!
