Phyllis and her team provide not only decor, flowers, signage but Pinterest plans, fresh complimentary ideas and the utmost professional day of services! My husband and I planned most of the wedding, but in the last 2 months before the event, we felt like we needed extra help the day of so our families could just enjoy the event. From our first call with Phyllis, it felt like we were talking with our fairy godmother. As the day of coordinator, she helped us finalize our day of timeline and brought up details to confirm with our vendors during our final preparations. The day of, Phyllis and her assistant Abbie took care of so many details that we didn’t even think of. She was so nice compared to other coordinators we reached out to and a great value. Do yourself a favor and hire Phyllis and the Schatzi team.
I searched for wedding planners for months. Our wedding was small (25), remote (accessed only by ferry), and nearly planned out - I just wanted to find a coordinator to make everything run smoothly. I couldn't find anyone who charged a decent price for what I was asking, then was ghosted by the planner I had originally selected-- it was a stressful, discouraging process and I nearly gave up searching.

I am SO GRATEFUL no one else worked out -- I'm not sure how I didn't find Phyllis and Schatzi sooner, but as soon as I did, the dread I felt about the upcoming day turned into pure excitement. Phyllis, her vision, and her team elevated the entire day. Her planning calls were a joy and I genuinely wish I had another event to plan with her. The inventory of antiques is beautiful, unique, storied, and would be a gorgeous addition to any setting. I trusted her entirely with the florals and she blew my expectations out of the water with her local farmer/florist picks. I got my bouquet preserved it was so beautiful. A week before the wedding our chair rental fell through -- Phyllis not only secured a new one immediately, she took care of the pickup and drop off. Cocktail and reception setup and breakdown was seamless considering it was all outdoors and slightly unconventional without a properly rented space. Abigail's designs were amazing for our place cards and table numbers. The van we hired got stuck in a ditch while everyone was gathered for the ceremony... except the bride, still waiting at the house. To the rescue, and saving everyone quite a lot of time/hassle, the Schatzi team literally pulled the van out with their truck. They just go above and beyond in every way and were so amazingly pleasant to work with. We were so, so lucky to find their services and cannot recommend Phyllis and her team enough!!
