Kelcey is the absolute GOAT wedding planner. My wife and I live in Los Angeles, CA and were planning a wedding south of Portland, ME, and found Kelcey through an online search. We had an initial call with her and immediately felt like she would be a great fit for our personalities as well as navigating the challenge of planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away. And we couldn't feel more lucky that we found her and her team!

Kelcey is extremely professional and from the get-go we understood exactly what he had signed up for and what to expect from her services. At no point in the process did we ever feel like she was stressed or overwhelmed with what we were asking and she always was able to lead us in the direction that ended up being the perfect outcome for us as a couple.

Her communication is top-notch and she has a way of working that makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Kelcey's vendor recommendations for catering, photography, flowers, stationary, etc. are also 10/10 which made the process that much easier.

The weekend of the wedding, Kelcey and her team were so pleasant to be around, and they were able to seamlessly help direct and ensure things went on without a hitch while also remaining relatively unnoticed. We had multiple events including two bands and a silent disco and all were executed perfectly. She understands the vibe and flow of a wedding really well and that was a big aspect that we wanted to nail.

Kelcey makes you feel like someone you want to hang out with even after the festivities are over. She is someone we hope to stay in touch with and would highly recommend her over and over to anyone getting married in an area that she services. 10/10 could not have asked for a better wedding planner. We love Kelsey and team. To start, her day of energy is INCREDIBLE. So calm, cool, collected, but fun, reassuring, and focused. It's really lovely to see someone so invested in their work and to be on the receiving end of that. I had a big dream for the way I wanted the night to be and Kelcey actually exceeded it which I didn't think was possible. Her taste is excellent and I felt that I could always trust her executive decisions. Her ability to download your vision and communicate it across vendors was also amazing.

Kelcey was a dream wedding planner. She’s a gifted designer and a legit excellent producer. She seamlessly coordinated 3 events for our wedding weekend in a location she doesn’t live in as if she were a local. Both the venue and vendors spoke highly of working with her. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who not only crushes the planning and design details, but is an absolute JOY to work with, look no further than Kelcey! My husband and I chose to host our wedding at a property on the coast of Maine run by a local family. As stunning and perfect as the place was, it was essentially a DIY venue with so many details to figure out. Kelcey’s expertise and process made the huge undertaking feel so much more manageable, especially as we balanced two demanding jobs and a host of other life events in the meantime. I can’t say enough great things about Kelcey… she’s thoughtful, kind and really made an effort to get to know us, our styles, and preferences. She has this great energy of being super patient and encouraging that extended to our friends and family as well. She has relationships with a host of other Maine vendors that we adored - her recommendations were spot on for what we needed. Ultimately, she helped us put on the wedding of our dreams that we 1000% could not have done without her.

Kelcey was a dream to work with - we hired her for partial planning for our small (35 person) wedding, thinking we wouldn’t need much help. Boy, were we wrong - and so thankful we had her anticipating our every need, helping us through every detail, and being a calm and thoughtful partner throughout who I was beyond confident I could hand the reins over to because she cared about my wedding being the most perfect day just as much as I did. She truly went above and beyond in making magic happen, especially for a complicated island wedding we were trying to pull off in 8 months. Our day was legitimately perfect - and none of it would’ve happened without Kelcey and her team. She is creative, organized, empathetic, the consummate professional and just a wonderful human being! We feel lucky to have worked with her and can’t recommend her enough.

Kelcey brought my wedding vision to LIFE! Our wedding was on Saturday July 23, 2022, but she and her team helped in planning the ENTIRE weekend: Friday's rehearsal dinner and welcome party, all of the wedding day on Saturday, as well as a brunch/bbq on Sunday. I like to think that I'm pretty organized, but knew this type of decision making and coordinating was way out of my league. She made planning a wedding weekend for 200+ out of town guests look easy!
I had only brought her on about 6 months prior, and she immediately knew exactly what needed to be done every step of the way. It was also so helpful that she took on communication with every vendor. She's thoughtful, organized, sweet and has a creative eye for design. She went above and beyond by creating the shiplap board with all of the individual luggage tags with guests names and table numbers. Every table at the reception felt different because of the variety of flowers, vases and candles. To save costs, she also proposed to reuse some of the flowers from Friday for Saturday, as well as for Sunday. I knew I wanted the color scheme to be neutral, but other than that I was lost! She proposed several designs, and the style we went with was a combination of the two, which ended up being a modern with a boho-luxe feel. She knew exactly how to tie that all together.
She's passionate and professional, and does everything possible to make it your dream wedding. It was such a beautiful and perfect weekend. We can't thank or recommend Kelcey and her team enough!!!!!
