  Highly Recommend

  Working with Kelcey and KME Events was absolutely the best decision we made going into our wedding planning. She is incredibly knowledgable, reliable, and skilled. She was able to take my ideas, add her vision and create something beyond my expectations. It was so nice to work with someone who just "gets it". While her design talent is worth it alone, being able to rely on her and her team for all of the logistics and coordination was so valuable. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we owe a great deal of that to KME Events. I highly recommend!

  Kelcey is a rockstar planner

  If you’re looking for a wedding planner who not only crushes the planning and design details, but is an absolute JOY to work with, look no further than Kelcey! My husband and I chose to host our wedding at a property on the coast of Maine run by a local family. As stunning and perfect as the place was, it was essentially a DIY venue with so many details to figure out. Kelcey’s expertise and process made the huge undertaking feel so much more manageable, especially as we balanced two demanding jobs and a host of other life events in the meantime. I can’t say enough great things about Kelcey… she’s thoughtful, kind and really made an effort to get to know us, our styles, and preferences. She has this great energy of being super patient and encouraging that extended to our friends and family as well. She has relationships with a host of other Maine vendors that we adored - her recommendations were spot on for what we needed. Ultimately, she helped us put on the wedding of our dreams that we 1000% could not have done without her.

  Dream Wedding Planner & Team

  Kelcey was a dream wedding planner. She’s a gifted designer and a legit excellent producer. She seamlessly coordinated 3 events for our wedding weekend in a location she doesn’t live in as if she were a local. Both the venue and vendors spoke highly of working with her. For us, she was an astute listener, had an incredible vision and work ethic, and was wonderfully chill throughout the process. And on the day of, her team was there and had the skills to even sew my ripped dress. Highly recommended!

  A true partner

  Kelcey was a dream to work with - we hired her for partial planning for our small (35 person) wedding, thinking we wouldn’t need much help. Boy, were we wrong - and so thankful we had her anticipating our every need, helping us through every detail, and being a calm and thoughtful partner throughout who I was beyond confident I could hand the reins over to because she cared about my wedding being the most perfect day just as much as I did. She truly went above and beyond in making magic happen, especially for a complicated island wedding we were trying to pull off in 8 months. Our day was legitimately perfect - and none of it would’ve happened without Kelcey and her team. She is creative, organized, empathetic, the consummate professional and just a wonderful human being! We feel lucky to have worked with her and can’t recommend her enough.

  From Planning to Design and so much more..

  Kelcey brought my wedding vision to LIFE! Our wedding was on Saturday July 23, 2022, but she and her team helped in planning the ENTIRE weekend: Friday's rehearsal dinner and welcome party, all of the wedding day on Saturday, as well as a brunch/bbq on Sunday. I like to think that I'm pretty organized, but knew this type of decision making and coordinating was way out of my league. She made planning a wedding weekend for 200+ out of town guests look easy!
  I had only brought her on about 6 months prior, and she immediately knew exactly what needed to be done every step of the way. It was also so helpful that she took on communication with every vendor. She's thoughtful, organized, sweet and has a creative eye for design. She went above and beyond by creating the shiplap board with all of the individual luggage tags with guests names and table numbers. Every table at the reception felt different because of the variety of flowers, vases and candles. To save costs, she also proposed to reuse some of the flowers from Friday for Saturday, as well as for Sunday. I knew I wanted the color scheme to be neutral, but other than that I was lost! She proposed several designs, and the style we went with was a combination of the two, which ended up being a modern with a boho-luxe feel. She knew exactly how to tie that all together.
  She's passionate and professional, and does everything possible to make it your dream wedding. It was such a beautiful and perfect weekend. We can't thank or recommend Kelcey and her team enough!!!!!

  I had the pleasure of working with Kelcey for my wedding. We got married at a private residence that has never been used as a venue for any event. Kelcey flawlessly created a wedding that was everything I could have dreamed of AND MORE. She was innovative, creative and flexible with every obstacle encountered. She was there for me whenever I needed her and always answered my never ending questions with patience and kindness. She was exactly what we needed when navigating a wedding during a pandemic! She truly has a gift in her ability to take a bride's vision and make it a reality. My friends and family are still talking about all the little details (Kelcey's ideas) that made a difference! I cannot recommend her enough, please book her now! I promise, you will not be disappointed.

  Absolutely amazing!

  Kelcey is absolutely amazing!!! I cannot put into words how grateful I am to have had her and her team by my side throughout the wedding planning process. She is so kind and a true joy to work with! She is very organized, attentive to detail, and proactive! She was always 2 steps ahead and made planning a breeze, even amidst a pandemic.   Having now had a few weeks to reflect on our big day, I can say that hiring Kelcey and her team was THE BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process. We had a good idea of what vendors we wanted to hire and therefore didn't think we needed a planner, but as we got closer to our date, we realized we needed help with the little details and putting our wedding vision together. We booked the Design + Idea management package, and within our first meeting with Kelcey we knew we had made the right choice. Not only is she so kind and personable, but she has an incredible sense of style and attention to detail, and was so helpful with bringing our vision to light. She created a design board, helped us with a design budget, and coordinated sourcing from design vendors. On the day of, the design of our wedding truly took my breath away and was better than anything I could have imagined!! So many of our guests commented on how amazing everything looked! I'm so thankful to Kelcey and the entire K.marie events team for making our wedding dreams come true!

  Nothing but amazing!

  Where to begin?! Kelcey was amazing from our very first phone call in 2019 to executing our wedding in 2021. We initially hired her for a partial planning package since our venue took care of most of the details. Like many other brides, COVID caused us to postpone several times and ultimately we changed plans altogether! We went from an all-inclusive venue in Maine to a 100% DIY “backyard gathering” of 145 people on our private residence in New Hampshire. At that point I knew we needed Kelcey for a full planning package and I can say without a doubt she was the best thing we spent our money on. She was always on the ball from remembering every detail or minor comment in our phone calls/emails to organizing all of our vendors and communicating with them. I am one of the most indecisive people I know and she never got annoyed with my “I don’t know” responses and somehow always made suggestions or came up with ideas that I loved! Other than being the absolute best PLANNER I’ve ever met, she made my Pinterest wedding dream come true. I’m still getting comments from guests about how it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to, and I owe all the decor/vision/design to her! It all came together flawlessly and I wasn’t even remotely stressed on our big day- even when the ground was flooded from all of the rain she was calm and cool and kept me worry-free. Her personality is so easy going and fun and we got along so well; something I think is huge on the biggest day of your life! Our whole family loved her and even friends commented on how great she was at our wedding. I’m just sad now that our wedding is over and we don’t get to see her and exchange a million emails a week!! If you’re looking for a planner who is on top of her game, keeps you organized and stress free, and executes your vision beyond what you imagine, you NEED to hire Kelcey!!

  The Best Wedding Planner Out There!

  My wedding wouldn't have happened w/o KME. Kelcey was there every step of the way helping me plan the perfect wedding weekend and thinking of things that didn't even occur to me. She was prepared, she was connected, she coordinated and executed everything flawlessly and she did it all under the radar. & the vendors loved her (and her spreadsheets) just as much as we did! She took every ounce of stress off of me both leading up to the wedding and on the day of so that I was able to enjoy not only my wedding day, but the entire process. I cannot recommend Kelcey and her team enough. Best decision I made (other than marrying my husband).

  So incredible in every regard - 10/5 stars!

  Kelcey was such an amazing planner, we cannot thank her enough! We hired her as our month-of planner and she went above and beyond before the wedding day answering any and all of my questions and helping me work through the planning process so we could be sure I didn't miss a vendor. We had glamping tents for about 60 people in my parents field, so she helped us think of the planning not only for the wedding but also for people actually staying on the property. Kelcey is incredibly sweet while also being very much in charge, making us feel completely relaxed about everything running smoothly. We completely handed off the reigns to her for our rehearsal and wedding day and did not have to think of a thing. The day of there was a threat of rain and she helped work through the options with me before moving everything under the tent just in case. It ended up being sunny (thank goodness) but everything still looked beautiful and ran perfectly!!!! We cannot recommend Kelcey more. She is incredible! Do yourself a favor and hire her!

Kelcey was organized and answered all of our questions throughout the planning process. We met once at the venue a month before the wedding, and did a final walk through at the rehearsal. At both meetings, she was prepared with timelines, questions, and checklists. The day of the wedding she did everything from placing waters under our seats at the ceremony, to putting all of our cards and gifts in our hotel room, to teaching us how to properly cut a piece of wedding cake. Because of Kelcey, my husband and I (as well as our parents) were able to enjoy ourselves and coast through the day. In addition to Kelcey’s outstanding professionalism, she is the sweetest person to work with. She was always smiling and making us feel calm and comfortable. We cannot thank her enough and we highly recommend her services!

  Best decision ever!

  Choosing to hire Kelcey as my day of coordinator was the best decision I have ever made! She met me at the venue the day before my wedding to make sure the layout of the reception barn was exactly what I wanted it to be! She was very attentive to detail. My bridesmaids voiced their opinions as well, but Kelcey made sure that my opinions were heard! The day of went off without a hitch! She made sure the timing of everything was perfect! She is such a hard worker and you can tell that she loves what she does :)

  Choosing to hire Kelcey as my day of coordinator was the best decision I have ever made! She met me at the venue the day before my wedding to make sure the layout of the reception barn was exactly what I wanted it to be! She was very attentive to detail.   Day of Coordinator

  Kelsey was AMAZING! She made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day and brought our vision to life. She helped support throughout the planning process and really took the stress out of planning such a large event.
