She was patient, creative, and completely on top of deadlines. Anna is THE most incredible wedding coordinator and person we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. My husband and I found Anna through her beautiful website…we were immediately drawn to the care and thoughtfulness that showed through her style and vision of past weddings. Anna helped us with event management and coordination, and we were [and still are!] so incredibly grateful for her expertise, organization, care, and love she shared with us as we planned our dream Maine wedding. We were planning from afar [located in Chicago] and Anna made the entire process seamless. We felt so confident the entire time knowing Anna was on our team. Anna carried her thoughtfulness and attention to detail throughout our entire planning process to our wedding weekend and was an absolute joy to work with. We truly felt as if we were in this big group hug and because of Anna, we now have the most incredible memories to look back on forever.

Where to begin!! Anna was the best resource, visionary, friend, and at times family therapist one could ask for! Our wedding on an island without cars or public access from Portland was SUPREMELY logistically complicated, and Anna handled everything from barge schedules, vendor transport, lodging, to getting 200 people on and off the island over a three day weekend DURING a hurricane. Anna truly thought of everything - securing us last minute tent heaters on an unseasonably cool weekend with many other weddings in the area is just the tip of the iceberg. Anna both brought excellent vendors with her who we never would have found otherwise (such as our incredible florist, photographer, and stationary creator), and worked exceptionally patiently with the vendors we had already booked (band and caterer) who were not local to Maine, and new to the challenges of navigating an island wedding. EVERY SINGLE VENDOR we worked with went out of their way to tell us how rare it is to find a wedding coordinator like Anna, and how impressed they were by her. She was pivotal to us building and maintaining great relationships with our contractors. She truly does the work of ten people.

Anna was with us every step of the way the 9 months leading up to our wedding, and I can say with 100% certainty it would not have been executed with NEARLY the amount of style and ease without her. If you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator, I cannot stress enough HOW WORTH IT IT WAS to have Anna by our side during this entire process. We were able to enjoy our day while avoiding family and logistical strife because of Anna's immense capabilities and organizational acumen. The only downside is that we truly miss our weekly planning conversations with her now that we're married!! The sheer amount of people who have said "hands down best wedding I've been to in my life" to us is in large, large part due to Anna's supremely capable hand in our wedding. We would give her 10,000 stars if we could!!

We owe everything to Anna!! From the start, she went above and beyond for us, sending us ideas, talking to vendors, jumping on Zoom calls. I felt so taken care of and Anna's calm, professional manner kept us all at ease even as the pandemic loomed. Anna walked us through the chaos of postponing and re-planning a wedding as if this was something she dealt with everyday. When the day finally arrived, it could not have run more smoothly. I had absolutely nothing to do but sit back and enjoy my long awaited wedding - Anna handled everything behind the scenes and the day was everything we hoped for. I truly cannot say enough good things about her! We love Anna!

From helping us find a venue, scheduling meetings with all of our vendors, to creating a design element that was perfectly in line with our vision, to running the show on the big day – she really did it all! Not to mention, guiding us through wedding planning during a global pandemic. She stayed up to date with all the rules and regulations that were frequently changing – and always stayed one step ahead in the planning process – while keeping a calm and positive attitude!

Despite having many other clients, we always felt like we were her only ones. She is extremely prompt in her replies (always responding in less than 24 hours) and paid close attention to every detail, and was always prepared at every meeting. Not only that, she often went out of her way to make us feel so special. Sending gifts and champagne while venue hunting, and adding surprise wax seals to our invitations – just to name a few. She is just so kind and thoughtful!

In addition, her strong familiarity with the wedding industry certainly allowed us to have access to the best vendors and software programs required to plan an event of this size. We could tell right away other vendors enjoy working with her and are well aware of how focused she is on being a professional who values customer service. We could not have imagined our day going as well as it did if we didn’t have Anna and her team helping us. In addition, many venues now require a planner, so we highly encourage starting your wedding planning with a call to her! You won’t regret it!
