Jess was so wonderful to work with as we planned our wedding. We initially hired her for wedding coordination but then we ended up also hiring her to help us with design and vendor planning and I am SO glad we did. She helped us bring our vision to life across the board and made sure our wedding day ran seamlessly. Jess is so incredibly hands on and helpful on the wedding day and leading up to it. We were able to thoroughly enjoy all aspects of our wedding day knowing that Jess was at the helm. We cannot recommend her enough!!!

Jess was our day-of wedding coordinator for our 10/16/21 wedding. We had a wonderful experience working with her - she was attentive, friendly, detail-oriented, and very organized. She did an exceptional job on the day of our wedding, even setting up and taking down all of the decorations by herself! Working with Jess relieved so much stress in the weeks leading up to the event (and, of course, on the day itself)! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator!

Jess allowed this type-A bride to have a stress-free wedding day! We hired Jess as a "Day-Of Coordinator", but really our work together started 6 weeks out. She was amazingly knowledgeable and helped us to build a detailed timeline (and then worked with all of our vendors on finessing it!), put our seating chart together, and deal with last-minute questions. She was such a calming and comforting presence, and our wedding day was SO smooth!! Having Jess running the show allowed us to stay in the moment and I can't recommend her enough!

Jessica was by far a god sent planning our 2020 wedding. She was knowledgeable and had so many ideas on how to make our dream wedding become a reality.

We worked with Jessica through our wedding venue, Point Lookout Resort. We are SO happy that our wedding venue came with an experienced wedding and event coordinator. Our meeting with Jessica at the time of touring the venue was what sealed the deal for us—we could tell she was passionate about her career, knowledgable, organized, and genuinely excited to get to know us as a couple and the important pieces of our wedding day. Throughout the planning process Jessica was there to answer a million of my questions, ranging from who to pick for vendors to day-of timeline details. She was a great communicator and we felt so much relief as the day approached knowing she would be on-site (as a Type-A person who had my hands in all parts of our wedding planning, I would not say this about anyone)! The day of the wedding was so smooth; everything went according to plan! Our reception venue was beautifully decorated exactly how we imagined. With a different site for the ceremony, reception, and after party, our guests were blown away by the flawless execution of everything. My husband and I have attended 25 weddings together, and truly feel that the coordination Jessica provides is top-notch!

Jessica coordinated our June 2018 wedding and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was very responsive to e-mails, clear in her communication, quick in executing, as well as thoughtful and creative when we needed her advice. I truly enjoyed working with her. Our entire wedding experience--from signing the contract to the final guest shuttle of wedding night—was both beautiful, thoughtfully curated, and went off without a hitch.

We worked closely with Jess to plan our wedding at Point Lookout in July this year and are extremely grateful that we got to work with her! She is an amazing wedding coordinator! She is warm, easy to talk to and has a positive attitude. Leading up to the wedding, Jess provided lots of helpful advice and was always very responsive to the many questions we had. My husband and I worked with Jess Riley when she was at Point Lookout. She was amazing to work with, and that’s hard for a type-A bride like myself to say! I planned my wedding over the course of a year, bugging Jess every step of the way. She patiently answered my questions in a timely manner. I sent her maybe a dozen potential timelines and she gave me extremely helpful feedback. She’s a true pro, having planned more weddings than I will ever attend! Her advice was invaluable and meant our wedding day was smooth sailing. She worked with our vendors to make sure everyone knew where and when to arrive. She knew every dish on the menu and was able to make recommendations that our guests were still talking about months later. She made sure we had a space to build our welcome bags and that they were available for all guests at reception. The day-of, everything ran so well that we were ready for the reception 30 minutes ahead of schedule! Jess only had a few last-minute questions for me (i.e. how I’d like the napkins folded), and made sure I didn’t even know the cake had been delivered – it was just there! Throughout the day Jess made sure my husband and I were both taken care of. My husband managed to break his boutonniere when trying to put it on. Jess fixed it to the point where I couldn’t even tell! He had to tell me as he was taking it off after our wedding. She had a plate of appetizers brought to my husband and I after the ceremony – we were starving, so it was a wonderful surprise. Any last-minute changes ran so smoothly that it felt like they were the plan the whole time. I honestly can’t recommend Jess enough. When I hear of friends getting married in Maine, her website is the first I share. When I think of how beautifully our wedding day was, I just want to give Jess a huge hug and the biggest thank you in the world. By the end of our wedding weekend, Jess didn’t just feel like a vendor or event manager. She felt more like one of my closest friends and someone who would’ve easily been in my bridal party. She was beyond professional, friendly, approachable, and welcoming. You can’t go wrong with hiring Jess directly.

Until we started the planning process, we had no idea how many details – large and small – go into planning a wedding. Fortunately for us, we had Jessica to guide us along the way. Her knowledge, patience and responsiveness were invaluable, and knowing that someone was keeping track of the many details and timelines made what could have been an overwhelming experience one that we will always remember fondly.
