Ashley was incredibly organized from the start to finish. From our initial call on, Ashley made sure we had all of the information we needed to prepare for our wedding. In the months right before the wedding, we had incredibly thorough discussions and Ashley provided us with helpful checklists to make sure we had everything ready. She reached out to all of our vendors and ensured that everyone knew what the plan was. Ashley was there for countless hours on the day of our welcome party and wedding and went above and beyond to make sure that every last detail was perfect. Working with Ashely was so easy. She's very organized and flexible to meet your needs. She helped to coordinate with my vendors and make sure nothing was missing. She helped set up before the wedding, and take down at the end of the night. I would recommend her 100%. Ashley was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, and incredibly communicative. She made the planning process smooth and easy, helping with decision-making and keeping everything on track. On the wedding day, Ashley handled everything! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—she managed every little hiccup with ease, making the day feel effortless and stress-free. She even stepped in to sew a part of my dress that needed fixing, going above and beyond in every way.
She also made the finishing cleanup the next day incredibly easy, taking so much off our plate and making sure everything was wrapped up perfectly. I am so thankful for Ashley—her expertise, thoughtfulness, and calm energy made our day perfect, and I couldn’t have done it without her!

We knew about Ashley because she was the day of coordinator for my sister's wedding. Ashley went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding day go off without a hitch. There was not a single moment where we felt like something might go wrong, all due to Ashley's thoroughness and attention to detail. Even though she was the day-of-coordinator, we met multiple times before to make sure our vision would come to life. Using her experience and knowledge to create a map of a day that can normally be very stressful, Ashley helped that stress melt away. She remained cool, calm, and collected on the day of and stayed in communication with us and other key point people, which allowed our minds to stay at ease and enjoy the moments that mattered. If you're wondering if you should get a day-of coordinator, the answer is, "Yes, Plan on Me Events!"

My goodness where do I even start?! I'm a pretty organized and detail-oriented person myself, but one piece of advice I would give to any person planning a wedding would be to do yourself a favor and at least hire a Day of Coordinator like we did (the second piece of advice is to do so through Plan On ME!). I can't tell you how amazing it felt to not have to worry about the little details the day-of. Not to mention having an objective, trusting person in your corner like Ashley to make sure everything is not only running smoothly, but going the way you and your partner were hoping for! Throughout the entire process Ashley was responsive, caring, creative, thoughtful, and 100% a person you can rely on to help you navigate the craziness of your wedding planning and day. While we worked with Ashley for Day of Coordination, from the beginning it was evident just how much she loves what she does, because she consistently went above and beyond what we could have imagined. From the very first meeting she was always there if we needed help or suggestions, gave us great feedback, and offered to help with pretty much anything to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams (which we did!). As we got closer to the wedding, she made herself available to meet with us, our vendors, and our venue, ensuring everything was covered and matched our vision. We even battled a possible hurricane impacting the day of our wedding- but we knew we were in good hands with the support we had from Ashley. For the actual wedding day, Ashley was there to help communicate/collaborate with vendors, set up some of our decorations, keep us on schedule, ensure we had what we needed, set up our dessert buffet, and even helped to break-down decorations and manage some snags that inevitably will occur. But more than that, she was consistently there as a warm, bright, reassuring support. I will also add that every single one of our other vendors told us how much they loved working with Plan On ME and asked for Ashley's info so they can work with her in the future. We could not have imagined getting through this process without Plan on ME!

Ashley was soooo wonderful!!! My husband and I couldn't of imagined planning our wedding without her🥹 She handled all of the details, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day! Months prior to the wedding, she was always there to answer questions and offer feedback when we asked for it. 10/10 recommend working with her!🔥

Plan on ME was incredible!!!! Ashley was responsive, professional and creative with everything we needed and then some. I can't say enough positive comments on how smooth she made our wedding and everything leading up to it. Things we wouldn't have even thought of, she brought to our attention and gave us advice on. I would email her a list of things and she would respond the fastest out of all of our vendors and always got an answer for me. She was a dream to work with and you will not be disappointed!!! :)
