Ashley was soooo wonderful!!! My husband and I couldn't of imagined planning our wedding without her🥹 She handled all of the details, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day! Months prior to the wedding, she was always there to answer questions and offer feedback when we asked for it. 10/10 recommend working with her!🔥 -

Plan on ME was incredible!!!! Ashley was responsive, professional and creative with everything we needed and then some. I can't say enough positive comments on how smooth she made our wedding and everything leading up to it. Things we wouldn't have even thought of, she brought to our attention and gave us advice on. I would email her a list of things and she would respond the fastest out of all of our vendors and always got an answer for me. She was a dream to work with and you will not be disappointed!!! :) -

I truly can’t capture in words the exceptional service Ashley provided to my husband and I on our wedding day and throughout the wedding planning experience. Ashley was accommodating, flexible, kind, helpful, and understanding throughout our wedding planning process - from our initial meeting in 2018 to our COVID postponement to our Wednesday wedding, Ashley was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly. She communicated and coordinated with us and other vendors and always solved minor problems without a second thought. At one point, my mother looked at me and said “You couldn’t have done this without her” and that was completely true. Our bridal party commented on Ashley’s friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. Ashley’s title is a day-of coordinator, but she offers so much more than just assistance on the day of your wedding. If you are considering a day-of coordinator or are getting married at blank slate/DIY venue, I highly recommend hiring Plan on ME Events. We loved our perfect day and Ashley’s assistance was invaluable! -

Rachael helped me with what I thought would be just day of coordination for my wedding and in reality it was SO much more. She was such an integral part of having my wedding come out the way I had imagined and she was so incredibly supportive the entire time. She was always around with a smile on her face and I can only imagine what she was doing behind the scenes to make everything run so smoothly. I would recommend her and Plan on ME every single time and I truly believe they were the best money spent for my wedding. Thank you so much!! -

I could not have imagined our wedding without Ashely! Ashely helped our wedding go so smoothly and was there every step of the way! From months out she was there to answer all my emails and questions leading up to our wedding day! She was on point and extremely organized thought out the whole planning process and especially the day of! Everyone needs an Ashely on their wedding day! She made all my wedding dreams come true! -

We cannot thank Ashley White enough for going above & beyond to make our special day unforgettable. Although Ashley is considered a 'day-of coordinator', we worked with Ashley for 2+ years planning the big day and she was ALWAYS willing to help no matter what the details were (even through a pandemic year). She was extremely genuine, personable, timely, and professional throughout the entire experience. Without Ashley, our vision would not have come to life the way it perfectly did. There is no one else I could have imagined as our wedding coordinator & now someone we consider as a friend. -

There are no words to describe how amazing Ashley is! We spent the better part of 2 years planning our dream wedding only to have Covid restrictions put the whole thing in jeopardy. The ever changing rules and regulations were so overwhelming that my fiancé and I considered just going to the courthouse. Ashley was so patient and kind, she was truly a friend during this process. She went above and beyond contacting vendors and negotiating the crazy covid landscape to make sure our day went off without a hitch. I truly cannot recommend Ashley enough and we are forever grateful for her making our day magical. -

Rachael is amazing
I don't even know where to begin, but I can say that I'm pretty sure our wedding would not have happened if we didn't have Rachael on our side. She went above and beyond in every aspect and was a complete life saver. She was on top of it every step of the way, giving us suggestions and reminding us of what needed to be done. We met with her to start planning the day two month before the wedding, and this was just when we were starting to feel stressed out about the wedding. She was so professional in that meeting and reassured us that we could get everything done. The weeks leading up, and especially the week of, we were speaking with her and emailing daily. I'm sure our wedding was not her traditional day of, our catering fell through last minute, so we ordered food from the local store (which was amazing), had a friend prepare the appetizers and salads, and even let him use her car to go pick up the food. Our DJ was TERRIBLE, and she stayed on top of him the entire day, I'm sure she has him on a black list now, but I can only imagine what he would have tried without her there. We had a lot of snags setting up, and I gave her a big list the morning of to achieve, and everything turned out beautifully. We are 100% so happy that we hired Plan on ME, and so grateful for everything Rachael did for us, she was worth every single penny. -

Absolutely the Best!
My husband and I hired Ashley from Plan on ME Events for vendor management and Day-Of Coordination services for our September wedding at William Allen Farm with 150 guests. Ashley went over and above all my expectations in the pre-planning and execution of our wedding. She made suggestions on vendors, helped us with vendor calls and kept us organized with a proper timeline as we prepped for the event. She was incredibly accessible during the planning process by answering questions via email, text or phone – and always kept the best attitude. On the day of our wedding, Ashley was an absolute rockstar. She handled setup items, problem-solved set-up, and breakdown, answered a ton of questions from the bridal party and vendors, kept the schedule moving and cued guests as needed. Most importantly, Ashley is an awesome person and I can’t imagine our wedding without her help and positivity. If I could give her 10 stars in every category I would!!

We contacted Plan on ME event and from the first interaction we knew we were in the right place. It’s one thing to be professional but to be so consistently kind, always, during the ups and down planning a wedding entitles is another. This was a second marriage for both of us and because we had experience we knew we wanted to go through this experience with the support of a professional. Ashley was busy on our date and assigned Rachael to us. Rachael was the silent fairy that made the magic look seamless. She was on it with the planned stuff as well as the unpredicted. She is the reason I was able to keep my cool and truly enjoy the day. The cost is reasonable as opposed to everything else in the business wedding have sadly become. The guest were very impressed with her and so did we. Worth every penny. -

Book Plan On ME Events Now! Ashley White is Amazing!
This review is long overdue and my lack of timeliness has absolutely nothing to do with the FANTASTIC job that Plan on ME Events (Ashley White!) did for my husband and I for our big day! We hired Plan on ME Events for day-of wedding planning help, and because of Ashley, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves and trust that everything was all set! Ashley was attentive to details from our very first phone call(s) - asking pertinent questions, reaching out to vendors on our behalf, sending friendly and professional email reminders about our to-do list as things came closer! She was SUPER helpful with our seating arrangements/table set-up/band location setup, etc., and helped us to visualize our reception space. She was easily accessible via phone/email and timely in her responses. On the big day, she was super helpful with set-up (we did this wedding ourselves and so I had some family members involved the day of to help out and they only had amazing things to say about Ashley and her organization, professionalism, creativity, flexibility, work ethic, and willingness!), and she was also crucial in helping me work through my frustration when our photographer was super late on the big day - (thank you Ashley!). She listened to my day-of wishes (ceremony outside even though a little sprinkles of rain had occurred), and helped with the ceremony itself. Finally, our reception space was small (old barn!), and so we knew we'd have to move some tables after people ate in order to create space for dancing and the band, and she made it happen seamlessly! I could not be happier with Ashley and Plan On ME Events. I highly recommend! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Ashley! -

I can’t say enough about Ashley. She helped coordinate my wedding (6/15/19) and was by far the most helpful, on the ball, responsive, positive and service oriented vendor we hired. Ashley was early to our meetings, asked the right questions at the right time to keep me on track with the wedding plans, and was kind and supportive throughout our whole working relationship. As the bride, I genuinely appreciated all she did to make the day perfect and successful, and our family and friends, as well, were impressed by how much she did to help. Ashley is the best and I can’t recommend Plan on ME Events enough. -

Ashley was absolutely incredible. I don't even have the words to thank her! She went above and beyond in every way. She was always available when I had questions or was freaking out, and she seamlessly coordinated between the many vendors I hired, created schedules, and she made the day incredible. For one small example, the day of the wedding, I realized I did not have any labels for the whoopie pies we ordered for dessert and she completely jumped in to action! This was long before her hours for the day were set to start but she took the time to create and print out cute labels so I didn't even have to think twice about it. I knew that when she was around I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is so thorough and thoughtful, and flexible, and I can't recommend her enough! -

Ashley was incredible throughout the whole process! She was always responsive and was always thinking 2 steps ahead. We could not have imagined our day without her. It was her first time working our venue but you could not tell at all! She was calm and prepared from start to finish, anytime we needed anything we knew we could count on her.
The clasp to my zipper broke off at the beginning of dinner and Ashley saved the day with her bag of safety pins :) My MOH was also unsure how to bustle my dress and was kind of freaking out, but Ashley was there to help and again saved the day!
I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Plan On ME events! -

Ashley was so fun and easy to work with. I plan events often so was leaning towards doing everything on my own, but am SO glad that Ashley was there to run the rehearsal and the wedding. She was always really calm, caring, sweet, and made every moment smooth and stress-free. If you are a perfectionist and is looking for someone you can trust completely on your wedding day, Ashley is the person to hire! Thank you Ashley for helping me enjoy our wedding day!!
