My husband and I were absolutely stunned and amazed at the incredible service and professionalism of the Churchill staff, and the quality of the food that they provided for our daughter’s wedding. Those words don’t mean that we were surprised – we knew it would be really good. However, our wildest expectations were exceeded time and time again throughout the night. The food was absolutely out of this world. Everyone is still talking about the hors d’oeuvres and the dinner was so delicious. Their staff could not have been more accommodating, more service oriented, or professional. From the uniforms, to the clear rain ponchos, to their genuine smiles, they presented the best possible brand for Churchill’s and created the perfect atmosphere for our daughter’s wedding. We were so grateful for the presence of the owner at our event; it was another sign that he wanted the event to be flawless, and two of their management staff, although guests at the wedding, were certainly watching and checking all aspects as well. Churchill’s staff went significantly out of their way to take care of our family and friends in the wedding party– even making special trips to the event barn with drinks and appetizers during post-ceremony picture taking. It was as though they all knew how difficult and sad it was that the event could not proceed outside as planned (because of the weather) – and set out to create warmth, happiness, and joy to totally dispel the mood that the cold, dreary rain had created. We could not have been more impressed with how helpful their staff was as well. Given that we had to pivot to having the wedding in the barn instead of outside, their staff was right there saying “don’t worry, we’ll take care of resetting the barn for dancing and getting chairs back to the dining tent.” I had been trying to arrange for some guests to help with all of that, and there it was – already taken care of. Churchill’s took an incredible burden off all of us with their generous offers and execution of help, and it didn’t stop there. The staff was a significant part of helping to “take down the dining area in the tent,” and their staff was also there helping to dismantle the event and cocktail barns after the dancing stopped. We had expected to do all of that ourselves the morning after the wedding, and when we went to the barns and the tent and found them totally clean and all the rental items in the catering tent, we were floored. In addition to the “day of” support, I cannot say enough about the incredible support we got throughout this process (not having done a big event like this before with a caterer). The head chef provided an amazing menu for us to consider and an absolutely delicious tasting event, and the Event Operations Manager and Craig (the owner) were a fountain of support with answers to questions, and suggestions for us to consider. That’s the kind of proactive service that makes a real difference in an event.
There is no other caterer I would use at this point – they are at the top of a list of one now. Everyone who attended the wedding has remarked on how good everything from Churchill’s was, and I have been talking to everyone I know this past two weeks, singing their praises.
We knew the day would be special, and while the rain dampened our spirits and caused the décor and the plans to not be all we had hoped, the Churchill team totally made this wedding something beyond our wildest dreams. They are all really special people, and we were so grateful they were part of this important day in our family and grateful for all they did to make this day so wonderful.

Working with Craig was a dream! He put together a menu that couldn't have been more perfect for our wedding. At our tasting, we got to try nearly everything that was going to be on the menu and then we got to tweak some of the sauces for our taste preferences. On the day of the wedding, our guests raved about the appetizers as well as the food. We could not have been happier with the service Craig and his crew provided!
