Can't say enough good things...

Julie and her team were WONDERFUL to work with. From our first meeting, I knew Julie would pull off the wedding of our dreams. Throughout the process, she was kind, patient, and organized. Julie was thoughtful in how she approached decision making and working with vendors. She asked smart questions and kept track of the many details with ease. I appreciated her responsiveness and communication was always smooth. Like I said, I really can't say enough good things and highly recommend!

Hire them!!

I cannot rave enough about Julie and Maine Premier Event Planning! Her positivity throughout the whole process, including on our actual wedding day led to both of us feeling calm and taken care of all day long. Julie and Cheryl were on top of everything from setting up our venue, to timing our ceremony, to ensuring we were eating and drinking. They broke everything down afterwards so seamlessly; we did not have to worry about anything! Even before our actual wedding day, our reception venue fell through and Julie was there to coach us through the process, offer calming words, and help us re-organize everything. She really set us up for success and was truly a calming presence the whole day. We knew we could rely on her and her team!

Exceptional wedding planner!

My dream wedding was made possible with the exceptional help of Julie at MPEP!!! Planning a Maine wedding while out of state would not have been feasible without Julie’s expertise. She always knew what tasks needed to be accomplished and frequently checked in with me for updates along the way. Julie and her team on day of wedding made sure the bride and groom never lifted a finger. Julie is organized and just a very happy person to have on your side through each planning stage. She is thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable and was there for me every step of the way. I truly recommend Julie and the team at MPEP for any and all wedding needs!!

Definitely Recommends!

My husband and I used Maine Premier Event Planning for our wedding this summer, and Julie and her staff are such wonderful people! They were on top of everything, from contacting vendors to setting up the venue for the big day. Each member of their group is flexible with their time, and they worked very hard to make sure our wedding was the image we wanted (and it certainly was!).

Excellent from start to finish

My wife and I were so thankful to have Julie as our day-of-coordinator.

For anyone planning a wedding on a tight budget, I can’t emphasize how priceless peace of mind is on your wedding day. The wedding day moves so quickly and there are so many moving parts. Julie’s experience and calming demeanor went such a long way in helping us soak the whole night in. I am so thankful we gave ourselves the gift of a day-of-coordinator, and Julie went above and beyond all expectations. Julie’s execution of our vision was better than we ever imagined. She helped us manage everything from weather concerns to my mother, who is truly a force of nature herself! Hire Julie, you deserve it!

Julie is the best!!

Julie was fantatic!! She was our "day of coordinator" but really offered so much more than a day, in terms of her accessibility, and value. Julie was so helpful every step of the way, as soon as we had our first conversation, down to the very last hours of our event and beyond.
She has a great attention to detail and is very organized, however she still manages to seem relaxed and laid back during the process and event. I highly recommend hiring Julie, as she really helped make our vision come though so perfectly in the end! Thank you, Julie!!
