Wedding coordinator and licensed Reiki practitioner Tracey can provide a range of services to ensure your special day runs smoothly. She and the Dragonfly Healer Consulting team offer full, partial, and day-of coordination packages to choose from. Their services are comprehensive and include budget analysis, vendor management, and logistics, with bartending and custom marketing also available. Each wedding package includes four pre-wedding meetings, along with complimentary one-hour or two 30-minute Reiki sessions for couples to enjoy at their leisure. In addition, Tracey is happy to offer clients a free health assessment in advance of the big day.

I am a mom of 3 wonderful children. I enjoy spending my time in nature, learning new things and helping others to make the world a better place. I started Dragonfly Healer Consulting 3 years ago in order to share my love of helping others and it has expanded to provide Wedding/Event Planning, Reiki Services, Health Coaching, Intuition Coaching, Bartending Services and so much more.
I am so excited and honored to be able to work with my clients to help them feel relaxed, free of stress & anxiety, healthier and an over all peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of no matter what service they chose!
Charity is a wife, a mother, and an adventurer. She is passionate about and committed to helping people. She is a connector and loves to bring people together. In both her professional and personal life, she is always finding herself in the middle of planning an event.
She has had 15 years experience working in a volunteer capacity as an event planner for her local community. She has planned dances, weddings, fundraisers, vacations, and community youth events. Every event she plans is special and individualized. She listens with care to create a joyous and memorable event. She has a gift in calming stressful situations and bringing peace and order to chaos. She does this with empathy and kindness and always looks to treat others with honor and respect. Charity understands her clients’ visions and eagerly brings them to life.
She also loves dance and has 25 years experience with swing dancing. She and her husband started dancing in high school. They took private lessons together, performed together, taught their five children, and still dance in their living room. She is committed to making your first dance as memorable and special as it can be. She has worked with dancers of all abilities and will meet you at your level.
She enjoys traveling, reading, running, organizing events, homeschooling, and adventuring with her husband and five children.
