  Can't say enough good things...

  Julie and her team were WONDERFUL to work with. From our first meeting, I knew Julie would pull off the wedding of our dreams. Throughout the process, she was kind, patient, and organized. Julie was thoughtful in how she approached decision making and working with vendors. She asked smart questions and kept track of the many details with ease. I appreciated her responsiveness and communication was always smooth. Like I said, I really can't say enough good things and highly recommend!

  Hire them!!

  I cannot rave enough about Julie and Maine Premier Event Planning! Her positivity throughout the whole process, including on our actual wedding day led to both of us feeling calm and taken care of all day long. Julie and Cheryl were on top of everything from setting up our venue, to timing our ceremony, to ensuring we were eating and drinking. They broke everything down afterwards so seamlessly; we did not have to worry about anything! Even before our actual wedding day, our reception venue fell through and Julie was there to coach us through the process, offer calming words, and help us re-organize everything. She really set us up for success and was truly a calming presence the whole day. We knew we could rely on her and her team!

  My dream wedding was made possible with the exceptional help of Julie at MPEP!!! Planning a Maine wedding while out of state would not have been feasible without Julie’s expertise. She always knew what tasks needed to be accomplished and frequently checked in with me for updates along the way. Julie and her team on day of wedding made sure the bride and groom never lifted a finger. Julie is organized and just a very happy person to have on your side through each planning stage.   Definitely Recommends!

  My husband and I used Maine Premier Event Planning for our wedding this summer, and Julie and her staff are such wonderful people! They were on top of everything, from contacting vendors to setting up the venue for the big day. Each member of their group is flexible with their time, and they worked very hard to make sure our wedding was the image we wanted (and it certainly was!).

  Julie was fantatic!! She was our "day of coordinator" but really offered so much more than a day, in terms of her accessibility, and value. Julie was so helpful every step of the way, as soon as we had our first conversation, down to the very last hours of our event and beyond.
  She has a great attention to detail and is very organized, however she still manages to seem relaxed and laid back during the process and event. I highly recommend hiring Julie, as she really helped make our vision come though so perfectly in the end! Thank you, Julie!!

  Julie is amazing!!!

  My husband and I cannot recommend Julie enough. She exudes joy and positivity. She is on-top of all those details that you just don't want to have to think about the day of your wedding. She really allowed us to be present with our loved ones. Plus, she is an absolute joy to work with.

  Couldn't have done it without you!

  Literally could not have pulled it off without Julie. We had a last-minute change in venue with only 6 weeks before the date. It was a potential logistics nightmare! But with Julie's help, guidance, positive attitude, calm demeanor and professionalism - our wedding was a dream.
  
  I'm impressed with her diligence and ability to wrangle a bunch of distracted partying people to keep things moving. I'm sure it wasn't easy! She took care of everything so we could simply enjoy our day - and she absolutely succeeded. We, and everyone at the party, had a blast. A night to remember.
  
  She listened to our needs and incorporated detail beyond our expectations. She handled herself like a professional when faced with conflicting situation with a guest or two. I could not thank you enough.

  Wedding Weekend Planning Hero

  We highly recommend Maine Event Planning Co./Julie (the owner) and her team will go above and beyond and make sure your wedding vision comes true.
  
  We chose to work with MEPC/Julie after vetting 10 wedding planners for a 3-day weekend wedding. We decided to work with Julie because she was incredibly genuine and made us feel comfortable with the planning we needed to do ahead of us.
  
  We spent roughly 8 months planning together. Julie was patient, resourceful, and had a clear timeline. She was able to help coordinate the logistics of our 10 vendors and think through every detail we would need for the weekend.
  
  After months of planning, everything came together and our wedding weekend was a huge success. She brought her A team to assist. Every little detail was taken care of, we were on time, everything was beautifully designed, and there were no issues. She made sure we had the opportunity to enjoy and live in the present.

  Intuitive, problem solving wedding coordinator

  Julie did a wonderful job as our day-of coordinator for our June 2019 wedding. This was not an easy task: there were many moving parts to our wedding, with 10+ vendors arriving at different points during the day and many DIY elements that she had to assemble – all of the decorations, table settings, chairs, etc.
  
  The weather was also particularly challenging that day! What started off as a hot sunny day turned to thunderstorms and even hail (coastal Maine!) about 1 hour before the outdoor ceremony, causing us to need to shift the order of events to have an earlier cocktail hour and delay the ceremony while the rain passed.
  
  Julie hustled around all day to make everything happen, to dry chairs, to rearrange flowers, to instruct the DJ and multiple food and beverage providers on the changing plans, and to move guests where they needed to go.
  
  In the end, the wedding was beautiful and everyone had a great time, due in large part to Julie’s ability to work behind the scenes to make the day go off without a hitch. She has an intuitive sense for what needs to happen next, and can foresee problems before they arise. We were so fortunate to have Julie running point on our wedding day.

  Working with Julie as the planner for my wedding was a joy. Her calm and collected demeanor and her ability to take charge of any situation gave me the peace of mind to enjoy my wedding day stress and worry-free. Her dedication showed when she took extra care and time to nail down every last detail of our day and talk through every possible scenario and how it would be handled. Her compassion showed when she prioritized making sure the extra special moments - like walking with my Dad down the aisle and our first dance - were planned for with the utmost attention to detail. And she was assiduous in mapping out every last aspect of our event with an eye towards excellence and producing an experience of a lifetime. Did I mention I got married on an island? That definitely added an extra layer of complexity to the event! But Julie prepared for every possible logistical hurdle with all of our vendors and the day could not have gone smoother.
