My husband and I hired the Hilton Garden Inn without any doubt, as soon as we walked in we immediately knew this is where we wanted our wedding. Unfortunately due to COVID, they had to cancel our wedding 2 months before because they were unsure of when their banquet staff would return - so we weren't able to have our wedding there. But during the planning process I was in contact with both Julia and Mandy. They were both awesome to work with and they were fast with responding. I was able to email/call with any questions that I had and they were very professional. It made the planning process easy for the time that I worked with them. When the wedding had to be cancelled, I was given a full refund even though the deposits were non-refundable. Mandy definitely understood that COVID was beyond any of our control and she was a pleasure to work with. No complaints at all when it comes to this vendor.
