We had a wonderful experience with the Hotel at Arundel Preserve. Matt and his team was helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend their services. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for everything!😊

Outstanding wedding for our daughter!!!

Our only daughter was married, and no words can describe Landa, the Senior Catering Sales Manager at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve. I will describe a couple of the highlights, but I have attached my email of gratitude to Landa and the staff to give an idea of the wonderful event, they made it the most special day we have had! Worth every penny and then some!!!

The hotel was spotless, the service was excellent, the food was outstanding, the decor beautiful and thoughtfully set, the ceremony was perfectly laid out; our guests stated that we were extremely hospitable...thanks to everyone at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve who were organized and served our guests with warm smiles as if they were a part of our family. There were signs set for our guests once they arrived so there was no confusion and Landa led everyone to each part of the event so people were never left confused about what was next.

Words cannot describe our gratitude for all your hard work in the preparations of everything!!! You made it all you said it would be and more. From the beginning you were there, you assured us that all would be great and that you had us.... you meant and kept to your every word. I'm forever grateful. The staff as a whole was amazing as well, they were kind with smiles and ready to aid whenever needed...until the very end. Our guests were left without words as they received their hors d'oeuvres while we took pictures, the ceremony and the reception were flawless!!!! Many of the guests asked how we found out about The Arundel Preserve and we shared with them that we use it as our date night, we stay in a room and eat at the restaurants downstairs and if we need something we can go right down the street to get anything we'd like because we know the area. They were highly impressed by the hotel, food, staff and you! Many of the ladies there were great organizers and so they appreciated how you were clear on keeping me where I needed to be, with my daughter, and not everywhere else. I do wish you could've stayed for the party, but I know that it was already a long day for you🤗

You have my greatest gratitude for all your hard work and then some!!! Please let Selma (I might have her name incorrect, but she was in charge of everything after you left) know that she and her staff were greatly appreciated!

Wonderful!

When I got engaged I felt so overwhelmed with wedding planning (I didn’t even know where to start!). I met Landa at the hotel soon after, and she broke down everything to me and helped me figure out what I wanted my wedding day to look like! I told her I wanted a winter wonderland wedding and she made it happen! Immediately after our first meeting we booked her and the hotel and didn’t think twice! Everything was perfect and even better than what I had imagined! She went above and beyond. She was so genuine and loving towards my family and I. My guests loved the wedding, the decorations, the food, and venue! I highly recommend Landa she is an excellent wedding planner and she will make your dream wedding come true! I am truly grateful to her and the staff! ❤️

Nicole aka Nikki is our Catering Sales Manager handling social events. Growing up with close ties to hospitality, Nikki has seen the in and out of most departments. She began her career as a banquet chef for Starwood Hotels. But her bubbly personality was not a great fit. The next transition was into the sales department. Over the last 10 years, Nikki has had many roles in hospitality from - Front Desk Manager to Sales Coordinator, to now as a Social Catering Manager. Her favorite thing about handling the Social Catering is getting to know the couples and helping them celebrate their love.
