When I got engaged I felt so overwhelmed with wedding planning (I didn’t even know where to start!). I met Landa at the hotel soon after, and she broke down everything to me and helped me figure out what I wanted my wedding day to look like! I told her I wanted a winter wonderland wedding and she made it happen! Immediately after our first meeting we booked her and the hotel and didn’t think twice! Everything was perfect and even better than what I had imagined! She went above and beyond. She was so genuine and loving towards my family and I. My guests loved the wedding, the decorations, the food, and venue! I highly recommend Landa she is an excellent wedding planner and she will make your dream wedding come true! I am truly grateful to her and the staff! ❤️

Our only daughter was married, and no words can describe Landa, the Senior Catering Sales Manager at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve. I will describe a couple of the highlights, but I have attached my email of gratitude to Landa and the staff to give an idea of the wonderful event, they made it the most special day we have had! Worth every penny and then some!!!

The hotel was spotless, the service was excellent, the food was outstanding, the decor beautiful and thoughtfully set, the ceremony was perfectly laid out; our guests stated that we were extremely hospitable...thanks to everyone at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve who were organized and served our guests with warm smiles as if they were a part of our family. There were signs set for our guests once they arrived so there was no confusion and Landa led everyone to each part of the event so people were never left confused about what was next.

Words cannot describe our gratitude for all your hard work in the preparations of everything!!! You made it all you said it would be and more. From the beginning you were there, you assured us that all would be great and that you had us.... you meant and kept to your every word. I'm forever grateful. The staff as a whole was amazing as well, they were kind with smiles and ready to aid whenever needed...until the very end. Our guests were left without words as they received their hors d'oeuvres while we took pictures, the ceremony and the reception were flawless!!!! Many of the guests asked how we found out about The Arundel Preserve and we shared with them that we use it as our date night, we stay in a room and eat at the restaurants downstairs and if we need something we can go right down the street to get anything we'd like because we know the area. They were highly impressed by the hotel, food, staff and you! Many of the ladies there were great organizers and so they appreciated how you were clear on keeping me where I needed to be, with my daughter, and not everywhere else. I do wish you could've stayed for the party, but I know that it was already a long day for you🤗

You have my greatest gratitude for all your hard work and then some!!! Please let Selma (I might have her name incorrect, but she was in charge of everything after you left) know that she and her staff were greatly appreciated!

We first arranged with The Hotel at Arundel Preserve for a room block for guests and a rehearsal dinner for our daughter's wedding taking place in a neighboring county. Angela and Irina were incredibly patient and helpful as we planned and also navigated COVID safety issues. Then, 10 days before the wedding, COVID restrictions in the other county shut down the wedding/reception venue we were planning to use, so we moved the wedding and reception to The Hotel as well. The Hotel staff worked tirelessly in those few days to make it all happen for us. They were so flexible and accommodating with all our needs and requests. They provided even more than we asked for--in every way they went above and beyond to make the wedding and reception (as well as the rehearsal dinner the night before) beautiful, delicious, memorable and safe (COVID-wise). We will always be grateful!

Great venue and the staff is amazing. They truly will take care of you during the event!! Highly recommend having your wedding or any event for that matter here!

Absolutely amazing!!! I can't say enough about this place and Sandy my hotel coordinator. Her energy is contagious. She saw my vision and ran with it. My wedding is not until November 2018 but I am so happy we selected this venue for our ceremony & reception.

As a vendor we provided dj, Photography, and Photo Booth services at this venue on a few occasions and I’d Like to say that the venue is gorgeous and the staff are all top notch. You will find lots of personality and good work cohesion between the hotel staff and ballroom team. This venue was amazing! The price is a bit of a sticker shock at first, but I had the loveliest wedding ever!!! It is beautiful for pictures and they truly understand how to make a bride feel appreciated. I have nothing but the best to say about this venue! Oh yes the price range is about 12-15K depending on package you choose.

I cannot praise The Hotel at Arundel Preserve enough. We recently had our wedding there and everything was PERFECT. The catering managers Julie and Sandy did an amazing job and worked with me to make sure my wedding was perfect - I travel a lot for work and am often in other time zones, and, when I am in Maryland, due to my job, I do not always have phone access. Julie and Sandy were GREAT about using email to arrange everything for my wedding and everything went so smoothly and perfectly.

The food was phenomenal (we got rave reviews from guests who were so impressed by the appetizers and dinner) and the banquet staff, including Amax, the banquet manager, were AWESOME. My guests praised the venue over and over, saying it was beautiful, elegant, and that they loved the service throughout cocktail hour and dinner.

I cannot say enough good things about The Hotel at Arundel Preserve. On top of the amazing food, service, and beautiful venue, all of it was so affordable and convenient for our guests that flew in to BWI from Ohio. My husband and I were able to pull off a gorgeous, elegant, fun, and classy wedding, and pay for it ourselves thanks to the price and value. Thanks to the staff at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve, I had the most perfect wedding ever. DEFINITELY CHECK THEM OUT IF YOU ARE A BRIDE.

The Hotel at Arundel Preserve hosted our wedding ceremony and reception. I was skeptical on how the ceremony space would come together, but when I saw it before the wedding I was blown away with the beauty in one room. Julie, Amax, and staff were absolutely amazing! The banquet staff made sure the evening was effortless for us. They made sure everything was perfect! Julie did a great job coordinating with outside vendors to arrange delivery, set up, and timing for each. The next day, the items we brought we packaged up and ready for us to transport. We cannot thank the staff of this venue for being so accommodating to us and our guests. We highly recommend this venue!

Wow! Words can't explain how incredible Julie and the team from The Hotel At Arundel Preserves are. They truly helped make our wedding the most magical and special night of our lives. The venue and everyone working at the venue was MORE than perfect. Everyone was super responsive, available to answer questions at nearly any time in the day, sweet, smiling and just seemed to love their job! The venue itself was beautiful, clean, amazing. I felt like I was living in a fairy tale the entire weekend.

My husband and I wanted to book a venue where her family could stay as well having a weekend ceremony/reception at the same place. We had a shoe string budget which made it difficult to find a venue but Julie worked with us and made us comfortable enough that we decided to pursue the wedding of our dreams.

This place is absolutely beautiful, we did not want to leave. The modern accommodations made us feel like we were in a dream. Our guests had a blast Guests who attended are considering having their own weddings there because of how well ours turned out. We would recommend The Hotel at Arundel Perserve to all friends and family.

This place is magical and absolutely amazing! The atmosphere, the staff and just the overall experience was more than I could ask for. AnyThing we asked for, we received and the staff was will to go out of their way to accommodate anyone's needs. I love this hotel and everyone a part of it. I had the wedding of a lifetime and I will never forget it.

A-MA-ZING! We got married on 3/14/15. The venue was absolutely beautiful! Just like another reviewer said - we fell in love with the hotel as soon as we walked in. But I was very concerned about the price. But we told Julie Woods exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. She worked through our budget issues and was able to make something that really worked. It was still a smidge more than our original budget - but we got SO MUCH MORE than I ever thought we would. Again - beautiful setting. But the service was exceptional! From the time we checked in on Friday, we were treated like royalty. Everything was set up beautifully - they knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen! Service throughout - from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception - was beyond reproach. We felt like we spend twice as much as we did! And our guests thought so too!!! Hotel is amazing, but credit needs to go to Julie Woods, the catering/events director, as well. She could not have been easier or more pleasant to deal with. I was nowhere near a bridezilla, but things got a little crazy with counts during the week leading up to the big day. She calmed me down and worked her magic with some serious last minute changes. AND she sent us a bottle of champagne and strawberries the night of our wedding. A nice surprise when we got back to the room. Overall - A+++

The Hotel at Arundel Preserve is a very classy, upscale venue for a wedding reception. Julie Woods is outstanding ! She made sure that every detail was perfect and she always was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made changes when we requested very quickly. She was friendly and professional and gave us all a very warm and welcoming feeling. Every one of our guest was impressed with the ballroom decor and the service. This venue is a must see and book as you prepare for your day. I know that everything at the reception was perfect and it made for a very special memory on my wedding day. What a great DAY !!!

From the first time my fiance stepped into the Hotel at Arundel Preserve, she knew that was the place she wanted to have our wedding. I on the other hand was worried about the price. We scheduled an appointment with Julie Woods (our coordinator at the Hotel) and she went over everything with us. I was amazed at what was included with the price of the Hotel wedding package (especially when compared to other venues in the area). We chose to go with their silver package.
Once we decided to go with the Hotel, Julie was a wonderful contact and source for wedding info. She helped us throughout the planning process and giving advice when asked (but not constantly offering it or being pushy). Everything was going great leading up the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, both the bride and I were blown away by the service and friendliness of the staff. From the time we entered the Hotel to well after the reception in the bars downstairs, the staff catered to our every need and want. Everyone was so friendly. The bride had a lot of items she wanted placed out (memory table, some pictures, some winter decorations, etc...) and the staff laid everything out perfectly. We were amazed at how much they paid attention to the details.
The food (included in the package) was amazing, the only plates that I saw with food left on them were from the people that filled up during the cocktail hour. Even the cake (included as well) was one of the best cakes I have had.
Our entire experience was wonderful, and we appreciate everything the Hotel did for us and our guests. And if you are looking at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve, I would highly recommend it, especially if Julie Woods is your coordinator.

I had my wedding here back in Sept. Julie was always there for every crazy email that I sent and my thousands of questions that I had. My wedding was beautiful and I am so glad I had it there.

Julie you might not know this but my now wife and I were married at your hotel last night. You and your staff have a superior dedication to professionalism. Being in sales I look for short comings with my vendors, distributors and in your case food/beverage and venue. There are no short comings with The Hotel @ Arundel Preserve.

As a nervous groom waiting in the wings, I watched a meeting room being transferred into a ceremony room in a matter of minutes. There was another group in the room who had no intentions of leaving, but your staff accommodated them and us without the other feeling rushed.

We requested extra security and you accommodated it without any of our guests feeling like they were a criminal.

The food and beverage was exquisite. I recently received a promotion at my job and my CEO came from Florida just to attend our wedding yesterday. Just to let you know how "high maintenance" this gentleman can be, if it's not Prada, Versace, or Louis Vuitton he won't wear it. He raved about the food, bar service, and room setup. I would compare our wedding experience at the Hotel to those of the designer duds my CEO wears just to sleep in. By the way did I mention my CEO use to play golf with Bill Marriott.

The sales team and staff at this venue couldn't have done a more fantastic job. They were very professional and accommodating. They were attentive to each little detail and got it all right. The entire day and evening went so well. Such positive feedback from our guests; such as, the staff was so friendly, service was outstanding, delicious food. My daughter and son-in-law were very pleased with how their vision came to fruition. They had a fabulous wedding here at The Hotel at Arundel Preserves.

Our wedding day went without a hitch. The staff is on top of everything. They set up my decor exactly how I had written. They were one step ahead of us and made the day care free for us. It's a beautiful, modern space and looked great in pictures. The food was a huge hit! All of our friends and family were super impressed. Highly recommend this place!

This hotel goes out of their way to provide whatever one may need. Aside from being a beautiful place, the staff was friendly and efficient. The price was great. We had the rehearsal dinner at the Grillfire, the ceremony and the reception all at the Hotel. It was all amazing and the food was delicious. Wonderful venue. I would recommend this place to anyone for anything.

The Hotel was amazing. I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. The Hotel is absolutely stunning and the fountain is amazing for pictures. Their team is talented and flexible. They created a customized package for us to meet our needs. They were helpful at every turn. The food was UNREAL how good it was. The service was impeccable. There was not one thing that went wrong. They met every request and made sure we had the best day ever. Go meet with Julie if you want a beautiful, unique, one stop shop venue. You will not be dissappointed by The Hotel. I LOVE them!!

The Hotel did a great job with our reception. The staff really took off the pressure and really turned a dream into reality. The food was excellent and couldn't hear that enough from our guests.

We used the hotel for our ceremony and reception and I could not have imagined a better venue for my wedding! The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so incredibly helpful. Julie was our main contact and she was so accomidating. She really helped stay in our budget and really helped organize everything around our schedule. I would have the most random questions 10 times a day sometimes and Julie would answer every single one of them and in a timely manner. She guided us so well through the whole process, I wasn't worried about a thing the whole time. Julie and the rest of the staff were so nice and so easy to work with and the day of the wedding everything went perfectly (literally- between the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, hotel accomidations for our guests...EVERYTHING was perfect!) We received so many compliments on the hotel from just how beautiful it was to the delicious food. There was no real competition when it came to picking a venue, as soon as we saw the hotel and met the staff it was a no brainer. They really cared about making sure everything turned out beautifully for us.

Just had our wedding here on this past Saturday and it came out amazing!!! Everyone loved the venue and service. The wife and I came across this place while looking for venues in the Washington DC area. Our friend recommended this place to us so we checked it out and fell in love with it. This hotel has the modern/cool boutique hotel vibe and that is exactly what we were looking for. Also, if this hotel was in Washington DC, it would have cost us at least double. Julie and Carl and her team were amazing and provided the best service. They also upgraded our room to the corner suite, which was fabulous! It had a separate living area with two bathrooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a venue!!!!

We had our ceremony and reception at The Hotel. We could not have asked for a better location and staff. Julie is a pleasure to work with and certainly knows her business. The food was delicious as well as the wine. We are still getting compliments on the beauty of the ceremony and the reception.

I had an intimate wedding for 50 and my wedding ceremony and reception were held in two separate banquet rooms. Initially I was concerned that the rooms would not be large enough but I was quite wrong and it seated everyone comfortably for both settings. The sales team at the hotel was very knowledgeable and accommodated all of our requests with no issues. The banquet team was great as well. Not only did they do a lot of the set-up for the ceremony and reception (because I planned most of the details) but they also worked well with my other vendors, wedding coordinator and took care of our every need the night of the wedding. They also helped to figure out a work around for an issue that arose with one of my vendors. The wedding package we selected offered a good selection of Hors d'oeuvres and seated dinner options (which we chose at a tasting) and we were also able to have bar service during the entire reception. The cake included in the wedding package was also amazing. It looked exactly like I wanted and was quite delicious. We also selected the flavor (lemon with raspberry filling) during our tasting at the hotel. I talked to the bakery the hotel works with and selected a design for the cake. The owner of the bakery was very nice and accommodating and made a wonderful cake. My guests were very pleased with the food and overall service. I got a lot of compliments from guests about how beautiful the hotel is. It offers a lot of nice places for photographs which our photographer took advantage of. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this hotel venue. It probably offers the best service and value in the DC metropolitan area. I would definitely have another event there in the future.

We loved this venue! The staff are super wonderful to work with and professional. Julie was helpful every step of the way and helpful in getting all the little tasks done. Very happy!

I must first day that Julie Woods and the staff at the hotel are amazing. I was originally going to only have my wedding reception there but due to many out of town guests and the hour drive that the venue was from my church, my fiancé and I decided to have the everything there, including our rehearsal dinner at Grillfire.

If you haven't been to the hotel yet, you must go!! It is very modern and sleek. I stayed in the executive level suite and it was perfect for me and my bridesmaids (8) to get ready. The wedding ceremony was held in the Patuxent ballroom and we had about 130 guests, 3 photographers, 2 classical musicians and a videographer. It was a little tight at the front of the room with the bridal party (15) but it was intimate just like we wanted. Cocktail hour was held in the foyer and the reception was in the entire Chesapeake ballroom.

The catering staff was great and we had a special staff member serve our sweetheart table the entire night! The food was great and the hotel also provided our wedding cake. They outsource the cake to a local pastry chef and you have the option to pick from 30 designs. The only negative that I do have about the wedding was that the orchids that were pictures on the wedding cake that I chose, were not on the cake the day of the wedding :(

Overall we had a great time and all of our guests are still talking about how wonderful of a time they had.

Overall beautiful place for a wedding. However, don't expect a response to your emails for at least a month once the contract is signed. During my planning process, I would email the sales and event manager about various questions concerning the wedding and I wouldn't hear back for 2-3 months. I had to call her many times to have her respond back to me and her excuse was always that she was busy. I would def. recommend that you ask her everything in person or call her office. Besides this, I had a great time at my wedding and everything was prepared how we wanted it.

We had our wedding here on 9/26/15. Overall our experience was pretty good, but there were a few things that bothered me. One thing that was fantastic was the food. Everyone has told us how great it was. Another thing was the alcohol. They quickly served our friends and family who tend to go all night long. The ballroom itself is beautiful once all set up and they do a great job of that. The table service was also phenomenal, kudos to Ana. There are a few things they don't tell you though when you sign the contract. One is that there is the possibility that there can be another wedding at the same time as yours on the other side of the hall. Julie advised me that this would be no issue because the times were staggered. For the most part this was true, except that when I was supposed to start walking down the aisle, I was stuck in a hallway being blocked by the other bride and her crew who were trying to get into their reception. Also, once that wedding was over at 9, a few of their guests decided to come into my reception and try to enjoy our open bar! The staff and myself got them out once I realized, but that really bothered me. Another is that they don't tell you there will not be a day of coordinator to help the bride. Carl is the banquet manager and he is wonderful, but the bridal party is not his responsibility. This means the hotel doesn't provide anyone to tell you when to walk down the aisle or things of that nature. I luckily had a family friend to help out, but it doesn't seem that this is the norm for hotels who provide wedding receptions. Lastly, our wedding was in the evening and we didn't choose to do a first look. Be prepared that the photo options are limited because of the surroundings. We wanted one with the fountain at night with the lights on, but the staff for some reason wasn't able to do this. I will say that restaurant/bars Vivo and Grillfire were AMAZING! The staff at both took such great care of our families all weekend long!!
