This review is long overdue - our April 2025 wedding at Bortner Valley was perfect in every way!

The venue itself is beautiful, and Bortner's team was a dream to work with.

Molly was communicative, flexible, and at times, a much-needed voice of reason throughout the planning process. She helped coordinate vendor walk-throughs, site visits, and supply drop-offs leading up to our wedding day, and was on-site the day of to ensure everything went smoothly.

With 250 guests driving or taking shuttles and 8 vendor teams at the venue that day, there were a lot of moving parts involved in our day, but the event went off without a hitch.

The barn, grounds, and house were the perfect backdrop for our day, and we can't recommend it enough!

We are so happy we chose Bortner Valley for our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful, but what made the whole experience even better was the team behind it. Molly and Tracey, the owners, were amazing to work with from day one! They are super organized, quick to respond, and genuinely caring. They made sure every need was met and worked with all our vendors so the day went perfectly. By the end of it, they honestly felt more like friends than vendors. We couldn’t have picked a better place or better people. Highly recommend!

Bortner Valley is gorgeous! It was all my visions in one for my dream wedding. The pond gives a cinematic view with nature all around. The pavilion gives a rustic barn look which is also still newly built. The house was also one of my favorite things on the venue. The girls have so much room to get ready in with many mirrors and multiple bathrooms. The guys have an awesome space to hang out in as well! The coordinator is amazing, she executed the timeline perfectly.

So many wonderful things to say about Bortner Valley! Molly and Tracey were communicative throughout the whole wedding process, always available to answer any of our questions. Both were so personable and made all of our conversations great! Very organized and stayed on top of wedding planning! They were accommodating and worked so hard to make our Wedding Day so memorable! They made us feel incredibly stress free during our special day! Not to mention, the property is beautiful! We cannot recommend Bortner Valley enough!

The ceremony setting by the pond was breathtaking. The serene atmosphere and natural beauty made for a picture-perfect backdrop. It was exactly what we envisioned for our outdoor ceremony.

Afterward, we headed to the barn for our reception, and it couldn’t have been more charming. The rustic yet refined ambiance created a the perfect atmosphere for our guests. It was the ideal spot for celebrating with friends and family, and everyone was impressed by the space’s unique charm.

A truly magical day! We had countless guests come up to us commenting on how stunning the venue and scenery were. I loved getting ready with my bridesmaids in the bridal suite, and I know the guys enjoyed the grooms suite too. Really just fantastic overall.
