This review is long overdue - our April 2025 wedding at Bortner Valley was perfect in every way!
The venue itself is beautiful, and Bortner's team was a dream to work with.
Molly was communicative, flexible, and at times, a much-needed voice of reason throughout the planning process. She helped coordinate vendor walk-throughs, site visits, and supply drop-offs leading up to our wedding day, and was on-site the day of to ensure everything went smoothly.
With 250 guests driving or taking shuttles and 8 vendor teams at the venue that day, there were a lot of moving parts involved in our day, but the event went off without a hitch.
The barn, grounds, and house were the perfect backdrop for our day, and we can't recommend it enough! -

Bortner valley venue❤️
Bortner Valley is gorgeous! It was all my visions in one for my dream wedding. The pond gives a cinematic view with nature all around. The pavilion gives a rustic barn look which is also still newly built. The house was also one of my favorite things on the venue. The girls have so much room to get ready in with many mirrors and multiple bathrooms. The guys have an awesome space to hang out in as well! The coordinator is amazing, she executed the timeline perfectly. -

So many wonderful things to say about Bortner Valley! Molly and Tracey were communicative throughout the whole wedding process, always available to answer any of our questions. Both were so personable and made all of our conversations great! Very organized and stayed on top of wedding planning! They were accommodating and worked so hard to make our Wedding Day so memorable! They made us feel incredibly stress free during our special day! Not to mention, the property is beautiful! We cannot recommend Bortner Valley enough! -

A truly magical day! We had countless guests come up to us commenting on how stunning the venue and scenery were. I loved getting ready with my bridesmaids in the bridal suite, and I know the guys enjoyed the grooms suite too. Really just fantastic overall. -

The team at Bortner Valley went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Throughout the planning process they were so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The grounds at the venue are out of a movie, everywhere you look gives you the most beautiful backdrop for photos. The barn is spacious and has the perfect modern/rustic feel. The getting ready areas for both the guys and girls were also amazing. -

Bortner Valley is such an amazing venue! From the bridal suit, to the ceremony area, to the reception! Our day was beautiful. This venue made our wedding dreams come true! Molly and Tracey are great to work with and are so helpful with any questions. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I could not recommend Bortner Valley more!! We received so many compliments from our guests as well on how much they enjoyed the venue. This venue has the most amazing views/backdrops for the most magical wedding photos! Truly the venue of my dreams. -

Sweet, Caring, Beautiful
We booked with Molly and Tracy at Bortner Valley in the fall of 2023 for our fall 2024 wedding. Molly and Tracy are the most caring people you will ever meet. They answered a million of our questions during our tour and gave us a folder with so much helpful information, including preferred vendors that are literally amazing people too. You will not regret working with Molly and Tracy.
The venue is stunning. There is a beautiful pond, gorgeous house, and the most perfect pavillion/barn for the reception. My husband and I were trying to find a local-to-us venue with an outdoor spot for a ceremony and reception, and Bortner Valley was truly perfect. The sides of the pavillion open and give an amazing evening atmosphere. It was exactly what we were looking for and then some!
Inside the house, there is so much space to get ready, a perfect hair and makeup room, access to a kitchen, and gorgeous spaces for photography. We had four bridesmaids, four groomsmen, both sets of parents, flower girls, and a little extra family with us for the day, and we had so much room.
If you are looking to get married, check out Bortner Valley. I promise you won't be disappointed. Beautiful venue, and the most kind venue-owners you will meet. I would highly recommend to anyone. -

Perfect Venue!
We toured many venues before picking this one. The second we stepped inside, our decision was made. The entire venue is perfect! I cannot think of one bad thing to say about our experience. Molly was extremely helpful and the venue was exactly as I pictured! She gave me a recommended vendor list and it took so much stress off of us. I envisioned minimal decor since the venue was both rustic and elegant and it worked out perfectly. The barn speaks for itself! The groom and bridal suite were set up with everything that we needed for the day and we spent the entire day there getting ready. One thing that stuck out to me was their attention to details. The venue even drove my 90 year old grandma from the ceremony set up location at the pond to the barn for the reception. I would 100% recommend this venue for any event, but especially weddings. -

This venue is GORGEOUS! The pictures we got back were the he amazing with the backgrounds. Molly and her mom were easy to talk to throughout the planning process and were great. The fact they allow your own vendors, fit up to 300 when we had 200, and were available the date we needed, was so helpful since a majority of my wedding was already planned already! Definitely recommend! -

My Husband and I decided to use this area to get ready in/have professional photos done. If only I knew about this place sooner I would have had my entire wedding day here. Every single room is decorated to high standards and has so many beautiful features. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out! It is very spacious and Molly & her mom were so very helpful with anything we needed for our day. If I could give this place a million stars I would in a heart beat!! -
