We cannot say enough amazing things about Stephanie! From the very beginning, she was professional, organized and genuinely cared about our wedding day. It was the day of our wedding that truly exceeded our expectations. Every detail was handled seamlessly from coordinating vendors and timeline to putting out mini fires that as the bride and groom, we didn’t even know about until after the wedding. Our friends and family kept commenting how smooth and beautiful everything was and that was entirely thanks to Stephanie and her team working hard behind the scenes. They went above and beyond in every way and we are so grateful! If you’re looking for a planner who is calm under pressure, detail oriented and genuinely cares for you as a couple, look no further. Hiring Stephanie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

We worked with Keely through the day-of-coordinator service. It was a perfect fit for my needs as I was already a good way into the planning process but needed a professional to take the reins in the final stretch. Keely helped by checking contracts, communicating with vendors, designing the day-of timeline, and providing an experienced source of feedback (and reassurance!) as the day closed in. I was immensely glad that I did not have to think about when vendors were supposed to arrive, who was going to set up the little details, or entrusting those jobs to friends/family. While it was Keely's first wedding at my venue, she did a fantastic job and I was able to genuinely relax and enjoy the day. Little things like bringing us water during the photos, putting together a plate for me so I didn't have to go through the buffet line in my dress, and leaving boxes of extra food and cake in our room, made a big difference!

I worked personally with Beck for many months leading up to our big day. We live in Pittsburgh so it made the planning of our DESTINation wedding a bit more conplex... So we thought! We were wrong! Beck and her crew took care of everything for us and made our wedding so beautiful and perfect! She hooked us up with the best vendors and we wouldn't change a thing! She even helped my dad to plan a surprise airplane with a congratulating sign flyin behind it! It was perfect timing as she was in contact with the pilot- he flew over right as the photographer was taking a group picture of all our friends and family who attended our wedding- talk about going above and beyond. We had guests arriving to the Emerald Grand at different times and dates but Beck was still able to deliver our welcome Bags. She was so organized and had written down when each guest was arriving and made sure each family received their welcome Package we provided. We hosted appetizers and cocktails on night leading up to the wedding. Beck had beautiful trays of food and different wines we had requested delivered to us so we did not have to worry about grocery shopping while we were there. The List goes on and on I cannot say all of the gracious and wonderful things she did for us... ! Anyone who is planning a wedding in the beautiful panhandle of FL needs to use BE Events and you will have the wedding of your dreams! We not only hired a Wedding planner, but gained a lifelong friend in Beck.

Tammy was resilient & in control at ALL times. (She even had the foresight to stock our getaway car with food, cake, & a bottle of champagne ahead of time for my groom & I for later).... Cannot say enough great things! My wedding day was perfect, & Tammy allowed me to focus on family, friends, & fun on this very special day. This is invaluable for someone who lives so far away from these meaningful people in my life!

Avis is a warm, kind and an experienced wedding planner. She has established relationships with her vendors and they adore her. She planned a small intimate wedding in Florida for our daughter and took care of every detail. She secured a private chef for us and gifted us beautiful menu cards and place cards. Our family is still raving over the delicious meal prepared for us. Her communication is exceptional as well as her customer service. What I loved the most is that she came prepared for the little things. She brought safety pins, a steamer (ours wasn't working), breath mints, ect. All of those things that you don't think of the day of. I would absolutely hire Avis and her team again!
