There truly are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Billy and everything she did to make our destination wedding at Navarre Beach, Florida absolutely magical. Being from Kansas City, MO, planning a beach wedding from afar could have been stressful, but Billy made the entire process feel seamless and exciting from the very beginning. She went above and beyond in every possible way, even touring beach houses with us over FaceTime so we could find the perfect location. Her attention to detail was phenomenal, and she somehow turned every little vision and idea we had into something even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.

We wanted a more private beach wedding, which created extra work and responsibilities outside of her normal job description, but Billy never once hesitated. She willingly took on additional tasks and duties with a smile, positive energy, and genuine excitement to help make our dream wedding a reality.

Every centerpiece and table setup she created was perfect and thoughtfully done. She coordinated every vendor seamlessly, and every single one she recommended was amazing. The entire day flowed effortlessly because of her hard work, organization, and dedication.

Billy was there for us through an entire year of planning, answering every question, calming my stress and anxiety, and always making us feel supported and cared for. She didn’t just do her job — she poured her heart into our wedding, and it showed in every detail.

Her husband was also incredible — not only an amazing photographer who captured every picture-perfect moment beautifully, but he also worked alongside Billy helping coordinate everything throughout the day. Together, they are truly an unbeatable team.

We feel so fortunate and blessed to have had Billy and her husband be such a huge part of our wedding journey. We will genuinely miss working with them. Billy was our wedding coordinator and went so far above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect, especially with the hurricane, unexpected location changes, and everything that came with it. She was energetic, proactive, and incredible at navigating every challenge that arose. She handled all the setup and takedown, even with the hurricane-related chaos, and made sure everything was taken care of. The best part was that I never knew there was an issue at any point during our wedding day because she handled everything so seamlessly and allowed us to just enjoy the moment! Ricardo, our photographer, was equally wonderful! He was such a great guy, made us feel comfortable, and gave excellent direction throughout the day. They are an amazing team, and it is so clear how much they care about their couples and their work. Billy and her husband were amazing from start to finish. Before the wedding, I had so many random questions and Billy was there to answer instantly!! Even if it was at random hours at night. She went above and beyond and even put together my bridesmaid's day of wedding gifts. We are from Texas, so this was a destination wedding and she made everything very easy and smooth. Also, Billy has the best personality and made everything fun even if I was stressed. Thank you Billy!!

You always dream about your wedding day being perfect, and it truly was! Billy was very helpful in all of our pre-planning sessions and sent timely and thorough reminders and details in the months leading up to our big day, which was extremely helpful for me as a procrastinator. Me and my husband live in Arkansas, and we decided on an out of state wedding, which sounds like it would be stressful, but Billy and her team made sure everything was stress-free! Everyone that attended came up to me and complimented Billy and her team and how on top of everything they were! Her team made sure everything was perfect and were so friendly! We would not have been able to plan an out of state wedding without their help, and our wedding was the most fun and gorgeous wedding I’ve ever been to (not even being biased, we had multiple people come up to us and say the same). Our photos turned out STUNNING, Rick did an amazing job making sure we got the perfect shots, and directed us in the best positioning very clearly and timely so we could get back to the party as soon as possible! I’m having trouble picking my favorite photos, because all of them are beautiful and the lighting/ editing is perfect! We even got a surprise sneak peak of our photos from Rick and Billy during our wedding, which shows how above and beyond they go for their clients❤️ If you are planning a wedding in the area or even traveling, you need DaSilva’s events and design! Trust me, almost a month after our wedding now and we are still in awe of how beautiful it all turned out, and it’s all thanks to DaSilva’s events and design ☺️❤️

I knew having the right team by our side would be so important. From the very beginning, Billy and Lacey at DaSilva’s Event Design made us feel completely supported, even from miles away. They communicated clearly and consistently, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel silly for asking anything (even the little things!).

This is really overdue but we had the pleasure of working with Lacey for our wedding last October and it was everything I hoped for and more 🥹 I knew going into planning our wedding that I wanted to hire someone experienced and organized to handle everything on the day of so our friends and family could relax (and we could too!) so we booked the month of coordination package…but I feel like we got so much more!!

Lacey was super helpful even while I was still trying to book vendors a few months prior (😅) and it was invaluable to have her knowledge of the vendors in the area, especially since my husband and I live in a different part of FL! Once we got to the rehearsal, I instantly felt at ease and knew we were in great hands for our wedding weekend. She made our bridal party feel prepared and comfortable for the big day, and her and Beth handled every little detail so smoothly the day of. I can’t recommend her enough!
