Billy goes above and beyond for the packages she offers. My husband and I hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June of 2022. We are dual-military and hosted our wedding at the NAS Pensacola base chapel and Mustin Beach Officer’s Club. Coordinating any event on base is logistically challenging and Billy provided us with assistance right where it was needed: coordinating with the venue for set up, coordinating with vendors to make sure they had base access, and handing all the extra details herself. She took over all communication with vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding so I could enjoy my family coming into town and bachelorette party care-free.

She made every vision I had come to life and was quick to offer recommendations for things I was not sure about. I had complete ease leaving things in her hands. From planning, to set up, to executing the event, to cleaning up she was attentive, punctual, and incredibly kind & respectful all at the same time.

It is well worth hiring her - she loves her job and genuinely cares about making YOUR day come true. We look back at our wedding and think there is no way we could’ve done it without her!

Lacey and her team were top-notch. I can’t imagine having done this without her. She’s a fantastic communicator, very organized, thinks of everything and does everything -with and without being asked! I highly recommend her planning and coordination services. 10/10!!!

This is really overdue but we had the pleasure of working with Lacey for our wedding last October and it was everything I hoped for and more 🥹 I knew going into planning our wedding that I wanted to hire someone experienced and organized to handle everything on the day of so our friends and family could relax (and we could too!) so we booked the month of coordination package…but I feel like we got so much more!!

Lacey was super helpful even while I was still trying to book vendors a few months prior (😅) and it was invaluable to have her knowledge of the vendors in the area, especially since my husband and I live in a different part of FL! Once we got to the rehearsal, I instantly felt at ease and knew we were in great hands for our wedding weekend. She made our bridal party feel prepared and comfortable for the big day, and her and Beth handled every little detail so smoothly the day of. I can’t recommend her enough! There truly are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Billy and everything she did to make our destination wedding at Navarre Beach, Florida absolutely magical. Being from Kansas City, MO, planning a beach wedding from afar could have been stressful, but Billy made the entire process feel seamless and exciting from the very beginning. She went above and beyond in every possible way, even touring beach houses with us over FaceTime so we could find the perfect location. Her attention to detail was phenomenal, and she somehow turned every little vision and idea we had into something even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.

We wanted a more private beach wedding, which created extra work and responsibilities outside of her normal job description, but Billy never once hesitated. She willingly took on additional tasks and duties with a smile, positive energy, and genuine excitement to help make our dream wedding a reality.

Every centerpiece and table setup she created was perfect and thoughtfully done. She coordinated every vendor seamlessly, and every single one she recommended was amazing. The entire day flowed effortlessly because of her hard work, organization, and dedication.

Billy was there for us through an entire year of planning, answering every question, calming my stress and anxiety, and always making us feel supported and cared for. She didn’t just do her job — she poured her heart into our wedding, and it showed in every detail.

Her husband was also incredible — not only an amazing photographer who captured every picture-perfect moment beautifully, but he also worked alongside Billy helping coordinate everything throughout the day. Together, they are truly an unbeatable team.

We feel so fortunate and blessed to have had Billy and her husband be such a huge part of our wedding journey. We will genuinely miss working with them. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is compassionate, dedicated, organized, talented, and truly committed to making your day perfect, Billy is absolutely the best. We cannot recommend her, her husband, and all of her vendors enough.

There aren’t enough stars for this review. Billy and the team at DaSilva are the absolute best. My husband and I were ready to give up on hiring a wedding planner but within 15 seconds of talking to Billy we knew she was the one. Our wedding was absolutely stress free from planning all the way to the very end of the night. She took care of everything and we couldn’t be more grateful. All we had to do on our wedding day was show up. 1,000,000 percent recommend DaSilva! 

Booking Billy and her team for our month of coordination was the absolute best decision I made during the whole wedding planning process!!! I don’t quite think there’s words to express how much of a difference they made on our big day. It’s easy to notice when things don’t go right, but most people don’t recognize when things go smoothly. Their team was so incredible that EVERYONE noticed. I received so many compliments on their team; their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and talent. Due to weather, we moved my whole reception inside a residential home on the day of when Billy’s team arrived. They made magic happen without me even knowing. They helped redo the whole seating chart, reorganize decor and rentals, and made everything so much more beautiful that I could have imagined. They made my vision come to life and adapted so well on the day of. I can’t imagine how stressful the day would have been without them, but because of their team, I got to be entirely present despite all the curve balls. So many people from my wedding raved about how on top of it this team was after the event. My bridesmaids who have been part of many weddings absolutely loved them and the energy they brought to the day. Truly phenomenal people with great intentions. I would choose them 1000x over!

Billy and the whole DaSilva’s Event Design team helped make my wedding one of the best days of my life. From helping secure vendors, to talking about design options (and giving me suggestions!), to ensuring everything was perfect and organized on wedding day, I couldn’t have asked for a better team or experience through the wedding planning process. We are so incredibly grateful to have had Billy and her team as part of our wedding day! From start to finish, everything was handled so beautifully, and it truly ended up being even more perfect than I had imagined and that is largely because of Billy.

Looking back, I realized how calm I felt on the wedding day. While I had done a lot of planning, a huge part of that peace came from the complete trust I had in Billy. I knew everything was in her hands, and that she would bring our vision to life or make it just as amazing in ways we hadn’t even considered. That level of confidence made all the difference.

Billy and her team went above and beyond in every way, and it did not go unnoticed. Even unexpected changes turned out better than we could have planned. My background wall I originally ordered for my backdrop for the photo booth setup didn’t arrive, Billy did everything in her power to make it get there, and the rental company couldn’t make it happen. The backdrop for our Photo Booth was far more amazing than my original plan! It was absolutely stunning and ended up being the perfect backdrop!

At the end of the night, I filled Billy in on the last minute honeymoon we had planned. Turns out, her husband is from the country we are traveling to. Even post wedding, she offered suggestions and sharing local knowledge and connections of the area.

We are so grateful for Billy and her team did to make our day so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I truly would not have made it through my wedding planning and wedding day without this team. The responsiveness and ability to just jump in and make decisions was incredible. The stress levels during wedding time are hard to manage and there was not one moment I couldn't rely on Billy to help calm me and or handle the situation. Her team was absolutely incredible and I'd recommend them to anybody that wants a good, genuine person to walk through the stressful planning with.

Billy and her team are nothing short of amazing. After reading all of her great reviews I was so excited to meet her. As soon as I met her on our initial video call I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. We booked her for Month of Coordination which was perfect as I did all of the planning and just needed someone to bring it all together in the end.

Although I did most of the planning, Billy was very helpful leading up to the wedding to answer any and all questions. She's so knowledgable at what she does and you can tell she also really enjoys it. She is so easy to get along with!!

We received so many compliments from guests as well as both sides of our family about how organized and experienced Billy and her team were. They took care of any and everything and made it look so easy.
Our wedding day would not have been nearly what it was if it was not for the help of Billy. To top it all off, she is genuinely overall just a great person.
