Facilities and Capacity

The couple and their wedding party can complete their preparations for the day in a get-ready room. Once they are ready, they can then proceed to the ceremony. Many couples choose to say their vows outside under some of the old trees. They can then retire to the lakeside terrace for the reception. Indoor celebrations can avail of the reception hall in the Cotton House. This 3,800 square foot space can fit a maximum of 180 guests. It features tall ceilings, ensuring a sense of spaciousness no matter the size of the party. Should inclement weather disrupt a planned outdoor ceremony, it can be moved to this hall, alongside cocktail receptions. Ample parking space is an added convenience for guests.

Donna and Joe can assist couples in creating a dramatic entrance, whether it’s by private helicopter or a horse-drawn carriage. They can also ensure that a day-of wedding coordinator is on hand for additional support. An on-site event rental company guarantees that a couple can customize the venue to their liking. Decorative options, including lanterns and crystal vases, are available alongside essentials like tables and chairs. Before the day itself, however, this estate welcomes other wedding-related celebrations, including engagement parties, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinners.
