Billy goes above and beyond for the packages she offers. My husband and I hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June of 2022. We are dual-military and hosted our wedding at the NAS Pensacola base chapel and Mustin Beach Officer’s Club. Coordinating any event on base is logistically challenging and Billy provided us with assistance right where it was needed: coordinating with the venue for set up, coordinating with vendors to make sure they had base access, and handing all the extra details herself. She took over all communication with vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding so I could enjoy my family coming into town and bachelorette party care-free.
She made every vision I had come to life and was quick to offer recommendations for things I was not sure about. I had complete ease leaving things in her hands. From planning, to set up, to executing the event, to cleaning up she was attentive, punctual, and incredibly kind & respectful all at the same time.
It is well worth hiring her - she loves her job and genuinely cares about making YOUR day come true. We look back at our wedding and think there is no way we could’ve done it without her!DaSilva's Event Design's reply:

There truly are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Billy and everything she did to make our destination wedding at Navarre Beach, Florida absolutely magical. Being from Kansas City, MO, planning a beach wedding from afar could have been stressful, but Billy made the entire process feel seamless and exciting from the very beginning. She went above and beyond in every possible way, even touring beach houses with us over FaceTime so we could find the perfect location. Her attention to detail was phenomenal, and she somehow turned every little vision and idea we had into something even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.
We wanted a more private beach wedding, which created extra work and responsibilities outside of her normal job description, but Billy never once hesitated. She willingly took on additional tasks and duties with a smile, positive energy, and genuine excitement to help make our dream wedding a reality.
Every centerpiece and table setup she created was perfect and thoughtfully done. She coordinated every vendor seamlessly, and every single one she recommended was amazing. The entire day flowed effortlessly because of her hard work, organization, and dedication.
Billy was there for us through an entire year of planning, answering every question, calming my stress and anxiety, and always making us feel supported and cared for. She didn’t just do her job — she poured her heart into our wedding, and it showed in every detail.
Her husband was also incredible — not only an amazing photographer who captured every picture-perfect moment beautifully, but he also worked alongside Billy helping coordinate everything throughout the day. Together, they are truly an unbeatable team.
We feel so fortunate and blessed to have had Billy and her husband be such a huge part of our wedding journey. We will genuinely miss working with them. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is compassionate, dedicated, organized, talented, and truly committed to making your day perfect, Billy is absolutely the best. We cannot recommend her, her husband, and all of her vendors enough.

There aren’t enough stars for this review. Billy and the team at DaSilva are the absolute best. My husband and I were ready to give up on hiring a wedding planner but within 15 seconds of talking to Billy we knew she was the one. Our wedding was absolutely stress free from planning all the way to the very end of the night. She took care of everything and we couldn’t be more grateful. Booking Billy and her team for our month of coordination was the absolute best decision I made during the whole wedding planning process!!! I don’t quite think there’s words to express how much of a difference they made on our big day. It’s easy to notice when things don’t go right, but most people don’t recognize when things go smoothly. Their team was so incredible that EVERYONE noticed. I received so many compliments on their team; their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and talent. Due to weather, we moved my whole reception inside a residential home on the day of when Billy’s team arrived. They made magic happen without me even knowing. They helped redo the whole seating chart, reorganize decor and rentals, and made everything so much more beautiful that I could have imagined. They made my vision come to life and adapted so well on the day of. I can’t imagine how stressful the day would have been without them, but because of their team, I got to be entirely present despite all the curve balls. So many people from my wedding raved about how on top of it this team was after the event. My bridesmaids who have been part of many weddings absolutely loved them and the energy they brought to the day. Truly phenomenal people with great intentions. I would choose them 1000x over! -

Best day ever!!!
5 stars isn’t even close to enough stars that Billy and her team deserves.
We are so incredibly grateful to have had Billy and her team as part of our wedding day! From start to finish, everything was handled so beautifully, and it truly ended up being even more perfect than I had imagined and that is largely because of Billy.
Looking back, I realized how calm I felt on the wedding day. While I had done a lot of planning, a huge part of that peace came from the complete trust I had in Billy. I knew everything was in her hands, and that she would bring our vision to life or make it just as amazing in ways we hadn’t even considered. That level of confidence made all the difference.
Billy and her team went above and beyond in every way, and it did not go unnoticed. Even unexpected changes turned out better than we could have planned. My background wall I originally ordered for my backdrop for the photo booth setup didn’t arrive, Billy did everything in her power to make it get there, and the rental company couldn’t make it happen. The backdrop for our Photo Booth was far more amazing than my original plan! It was absolutely stunning and ended up being the perfect backdrop!
At the end of the night, I filled Billy in on the last minute honeymoon we had planned. Turns out, her husband is from the country we are traveling to. Even post wedding, she offered suggestions and sharing local knowledge and connections of the area.
We are so grateful for Billy and her team did to make our day so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! -

I truly would not have made it through my wedding planning and wedding day without this team. The responsiveness and ability to just jump in and make decisions was incredible. The stress levels during wedding time are hard to manage and there was not one moment I couldn't rely on Billy to help calm me and or handle the situation. Her team was absolutely incredible and I'd recommend them to anybody that wants a good, genuine person to walk through the stressful planning with. -

Billy and her team are nothing short of amazing. After reading all of her great reviews I was so excited to meet her. As soon as I met her on our initial video call I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. We booked her for Month of Coordination which was perfect as I did all of the planning and just needed someone to bring it all together in the end.
Although I did most of the planning, Billy was very helpful leading up to the wedding to answer any and all questions. She's so knowledgable at what she does and you can tell she also really enjoys it. She is so easy to get along with!!
We received so many compliments from guests as well as both sides of our family about how organized and experienced Billy and her team were. They took care of any and everything and made it look so easy.
Our wedding day would not have been nearly what it was if it was not for the help of Billy. To top it all off, she is genuinely overall just a great person. -

100/10 - Absolute Dream Wedding Planner
From the very first moment Billy and I got onto our consultation video, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that she was “the one.” There was an instant sense of comfort, confidence, and genuine care that made the decision so easy. Choosing Billy as my wedding planner was hands-down one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process.
Her communication was truly unmatched — seamless, clear, and incredibly prompt. She always responded quickly, no matter how small or big my questions were. From walking me through marriage license details to offering amazing recommendations for our wedding reception catering, she had an answer for everything.
In my opinion, what sets Billy apart is how personal and heartfelt she is. She’d check in just to say how excited she was, share in the joy of love, and remind me that this was supposed to be a happy meaningful time. If something was forgotten, then “it wasn’t meant to be part of your day.” Those little check-ins meant more than she will probably ever know.
Planning a wedding 1,000+ miles away definitely came with its moments, including a few mini meltdowns, but she handled everything to absolute perfection. Billy took the stress off my shoulders completely and executed every detail flawlessly, even when I was spiraling. I never once felt like I was bothering her or being “too much.”
On the day of my wedding, she was nothing short of amazing. She kept me updated, calm, and reassured throughout the entire day. Even right before walking down the aisle, when my nerves were at their peak, she grounded me, soothed my anxiety, and made sure I was present and peaceful in the moment.
She didn’t just plan my wedding — she carried the weight of it with care, love, and professionalism. If you are even considering working with her, DO IT! You will gain not only an exceptional wedding planner but someone who truly celebrates love right alongside you. -

Billy Rae is a gem. She is SUPER responsive and knows her stuff! She recommended the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen, Live Oak Plantation. My daughter initially wanted a venue that was on the water, but Billy Rae insisted that we tour Live Oak…sooo glad we did. The day was magical. Billy Rae took care of everything so I could enjoy the day stress-free. Whatever came up, she gladly handled! And she’s such a wonderful person…I can highly recommend her services! -

They decorated our venue the day of so beautifully and I never had a worry in the world with them handling everything. If you’re lucky enough to have Billy and her team on your wedding day, congratulations—your entire life just got exponentially better. Billy didn’t just help bring our wedding vision to life—she delivered it like a seasoned magician with a clipboard and impeccable taste. We had a very specific (and let’s be honest, very particular) vision, and somehow she executed it without ever having to ask a million questions. It’s like she could read our minds—but with better logistics.
She was ALWAYS available, ALWAYS calm, and somehow ALWAYS two steps ahead. A walking, talking deep breath of fresh air. Even with our huge group (and all the chaos that comes with it), she handled everything with such poise and grace, making sure everyone was where they needed to be—from the rehearsal to the very last dance.

Billy and her team with Da Silva events is a one stop shop. She offers a Photo Booth, photography, and wedding planner all in one business! If you’re an out of state bride like me, she also offers pieces that you will not have to buy ie candles, vases, table numbers, etc. She will overperform and give you the wedding of your dreams. From the time reaching out, to the wedding day she has been professional, RESPONSIVE, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Billy if you want your wedding to be stress free. I had an issue with a vendor not responding the week of my wedding and she fixed it within hours! I also changed my reception and rehearsal location the day before the wedding, and she took my change of design for an inside vs outside concept seemlessly and executed this change at a high level that only comes from experience. If there is one thing I could not do without at my wedding, it was Billy. She was my rock and my sanity during a jam packed weekend with non stop entertaining. Highly recommend. Her prices are extremely reasonable, and she is worth way more than what she charges. -

Wow. Billy Rae is a literal dream. I have been so excited to share my experience about the DaSilva team. This is for all my Type A brides out there! From the start, Billy had me. I live out of town but was having my wedding in Pensacola. The thought of planning my entire wedding on my own and then just handing it off to a complete stranger did NOT sit well with me. I knew I needed a wedding planner, but I wasn’t even sure exactly what I needed from one! I had three Zoom meetings before Billy. All of them were fine and friendly. They “checked all the boxes”. But when I met with Billy, her presence came off the screen. I swear I still can’t explain it…but my stress-shoulders literally came down. Her presence gave me such a calmness. My instinct was to go with her. THANK GOD. From that point forward, I’m telling you everything was smooth sailing because of that woman. Any question, concern, needing her expert opinion or just a dose of her calmness really helped ease everything for me. Our rehearsal got moved to a much smaller location because our venue was having a wedding the day before. My husband and I wanted our wedding song with people coming out on very specific lyrics. Billy’s leadership on conducting the rehearsal was amazing. We also had a lot of moving parts because of a storm and people from out of town. With her amazing communication, everyone was on the same page to have an seamless ceremony. The wedding day was INCREDIBLE. For decor, the DaSilva team did EXACTLY what I imagined. After hair and makeup, I came down to peek and see everything. (that Type A is hard to tame) I was amazed at it coming to life!! AND! I totally forgot about the Mr. & Mrs. Table! Who does that?! Me. And what did Billy do?! She whipped up the cutest table with extra decorations I had along with some back up she had. OMG! She even had all these little adjustments I didn’t even think of! Like tacking down items because of the wind from the ceremony. At this point, I’m not sure I can even claim Type A anymore. Everything during the wedding was INCREDIBLE. She kept up with the timeline to make sure all the things we wanted to do were going in a timely manner. The guests, myself and my husband had the BEST time truly because of the DaSilva team. My key points about this angel are these: She offers expert suggestions but always reminds you it’s your day. Her listening is IMPECCABLE. She pays very close attention to detail and will execute your vision. Her communication is next level—the bridge that makes everything come together seamlessly.She is fun, warm, and supportive, yet knows exactly when to step in and get things done. The perfect balance. I'm telling you....get this woman on your team and let her be the captain of your wedding ship! -

If I could give Billy and Rick 10 stars I would! Billy was literally the best planner I could ever want, it felt like planning a wedding with a sister or best friend! She communicated clearly and often and was always just a text or phone call away. She made all our visions come true and caused us have the best day ever. Everything was perfect and all we would ever have wanted. Indian weddings have so many moving parts, but I was never stressed because I knew she would handle all of it! As for photos, I will treasure Rick’s photos for the rest of my life. They were so gorgeous and the golden hour shots beach were especially magical, and I’m so glad I got pictures with all my family and friends. Highly, highly recommend! -

Lacey was our wedding planner for my wedding in Pensacola Beach on 10/12/24. She did an AMAZING job. She was great in locating vendors that fit both our taste and our budget. Oh we forgot to order enough trash cans last minute? Lacey was on it- locating a vendor with extra trash cans available. The sequins on my reception dress were scratching my arm pit? Here comes Lacey with some tape, Kleenex and deoderant to try and ease the rubbing 😂 my back hurt after my husband dipped me for the kiss halfway down the aisle - here Lacey comes with Advil and water. From pre wedding planning to vendor selection to day of set up to ceremony rehearsal to the table settings, LACEY KILLED IT. Also big thank you to her husband, Darren, for stepping in to help. Our day went so smoothly and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. We truly feel that our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Lacey is a big part of that. Thank you again for everything. -

A memory of a lifetime
Billy was beyond amazing from the very first conversation to the days past the wedding, she was always right there. Quick with a response even when she had personal plans that would have tied her up for that weekend. She was excellent with managing all the different vendors and made sure you had every list and timeline that she created. She knows all the best for the local and budget friendly vendors. This created a fantastic atmosphere, everyone was friendly and familiar with each other making it smooth and well orchestrated; and WOW did we all have a Blast! She was always reassuring and confirming everything was in her full control. From the very first consultation I felt the stress come off, she made it easy and for that we are so thankful for her. Because of her the time we had for our wedding was stress free and we were able to enjoy it to the maximum. We highly recommend Billy for your wedding planning or day of coordination! We booked Billy a month out from the big day for day of wedding coordination, and Billy helped with so much throughout the rest of the month and throughout the wedding weekend. From the introductory meeting we were in good hands and would be able to be pretty stress free for the remainder of the process. She handled vendor coordination and made sure to understand our vision along with foresee anything we overlooked to allow for a seamless wedding day. She took care of set up and I felt confident knowing she was present taking care of it. I literally do not even know where to begin with Billy. Just AMAZING is all I can really say. I was a destination wedding bride in Ohio having a beach wedding down in FL. We found our venue first and I then had others telling me I needed to hire a wedding day coordinator. I had never really given this much thought until I realized how truly busy I would be and not be able to do it all myself.
After looking through many different websites and not knowing who to go through for a coordinator, none of them just really "grabbed" me and made me feel like I'd want to work with them (no offense to any other coordinators). I started doing all of the planning on my own and first found my reception venue. Since we wouldn't be seeing our venue in person for several months out when we took a vacation down in FL last fall, I started to go through social media to look for reviews, videos, whatever I could find so we could get a feel for how our venue space and everything was. Low and behold, I came across a TikTok that Billy tagged my hired venue in that she was setting up a wedding at. In this TikTok her vibe, her energy, her vision, just literally everything truly made me really like her and really wanted her to coordinate my wedding. I reached out last summer and we had a zoom call and I knew instantly she was the one I wanted to hire. Even though I hired her for day of only, as I had already been doing most of the planning and decor shopping myself, when I tell you she understood the assignment, she truly did. From last year when I hired her until my wedding last week, this woman was there for literally ANYTHING I could want or ask. Not a single time when I had a question did she take more than 10 mins to respond (at most and I'm not kidding), but if she was busy and had a lot going on she let me know she got my text and it would take her a bit to reply. Not one time did I feel in the dark with not knowing something, or how something would be. If I started to freak out about something, she was right there to try and calm me down and reassure me that things would be fine and she would make sure of it. Being a destination bride is not easy when you are states away and can't be there to do certain things or see things when you need to, but she made it a breeze and was there to help with anything I could need. Getting all of my vendors on board, communicating with them for everything, and making things so much easier on our day of was such a blessing. The day of my wedding they were calling for storms, and weather had been atrocious in FL since we got into the state the week of our wedding and I was seriously stressing about rain. She knew I was stressed. She tried to make me feel at ease, and even on the day of, when the weather was being really crazy and so unpredictable, while she was at my venue setting up, and didn't get much reception in the building, she was SITTING IN HER CAR WATCHING THE WEATHER RADAR FaceTiming me, calming me down, telling me not to stress, and making sure everything was going to be good for our ceremony in a couple hours and going over backup plans with me that she already coordinated with our beach ceremony vendor.
I literally couldn't have asked for anything more. Our day was BEAUTIFUL, every part of it, and I'm so very glad to have met her, and have her be a part of our day and bring my vision to life. If you truly want someone who will care and go to all ends for you, hire her people. You will not regret it. -

Billy and her team are the definition of professionalism. From the day you hire her, to the wedding day, and even the days after, she’s there for you. She has the warmest heart and it shines in everything she does. You can truly tell how much she loves her job. She puts her whole heart into it all. Billy ensures clear communication with use of zoom calls and always answers her phone calls/texts/emails promptly. You will never not be able to get ahold of her! She has a very good reputation in the industry and knows the BEST vendors. As a bride on your own it can be hard to get a hold of your vendors, you need a planner like Billy who has first hand connections and numbers to easily solve any resolution. It is so important to have a team and a leader that people enjoy working with, that is her! She’s so confident in her skills and constantly will assure you that she has everything taken care of. I am the definition of an OCD bride with a strong voiced family and she did an amazing job facilitating all the events and making sure we were taken care of, never overwhelmed. Our wedding is still being talked about due to the amazing team and how smoothly everything went. My dress strap even broke during my first dance and Billy sowed me up in less than 30 seconds. My main priority in seeking a wedding planner was someone to help assemble vendors, coordinate communication, and make our wedding day itself run smoothly. I just wanted to show up and not have to worry about anything.
Billy helped us locate several great vendors (for photography, rentals, flowers, and DJ), coordinated all communication, and indeed made our big day run smoothly. Also, Billy's enthusiasm and passion for weddings in general was great to see. If I had another event in the 30A area - perhaps an anniversary? - I'd definitely hire Billy again! -

So I am speaking to this from two perspectives. 1st- I’m a professional wedding photographer 2nd- I hired Billy and her team for my wedding because we wanted someone local to the Gulf Shores area. It felt risky, because of all my vendors Billy was one of the only ones I hadn’t worked alongside before. But in our first interview, it was so clear how much Billy truly LOVES being a part of wedding days! And honestly, that’s what convinced me she was the one I wanted to hire! Too many brides overlook having vendors that really love their jobs- but speaking from experience, a vendor that loves their job, treats it as FAR more than just a job. You could tell how invested she was our entire wedding weekend! Volunteering to help pick up wedding guests who flew in from the airport, putting the decor together at home after leaving for the day, and really listening to all the things I had envisioned for the day. Billy and her entire team/family ;) were an actual dream the whole weekend and I’m still just blown away by all of the time and effort they poured into everything. First, I want to say that Billy is a godsend! She is hardworking, professional, and knows exactly what to do! I explained my vision for the day of wedding venue decor plan and she made it happen without a hiccup! I couldn’t tell you how many people asked me who she was and that she was so awesome! Billy Silvia and her team profoundly transformed my wedding day experience. I hired Billy as a month before & day of coordinator. I could not have made it without her. She handled all of my vendors with such ease. I accidentally hired two bar companies , she took care of that within minutes on my weddings day , which could have turned into a disaster. My maid of honor broke her heel. Billy fixed her heel just in time for the ceremony and pictures. My wedding day wouldn’t have been as enjoyable if it weren’t for Billy and her team. Absolutely the best! Love her! Planning my wedding from Alabama was becoming very stressful, so my fiance' (Keith) said to me go find a wedding planner. So I did some research, made some phone calls and headed to Pensacola, Fl. with my girlfriend in October of 2021. Billie was our first meeting and we absolutely fell in love with her! Had other appointments but Billie was always in my heart and mind. Came home and discussed with my Keith what we had found out. I knew we were going back to FL in November so he said I want to meet her. Called her up and our date was still available with her, hallelujah, we met her and her husband for lunch. I was very worried about finding a day of Coordinator to not only help create the vision we had for our Halloween themed wedding, but also someone who understands the our passion for all things spooky and different from the norm. Billy was the perfect match for us in every single way. From creating my beautiful bouquet & table centerpieces, to organizing the ceremony and reception, setting the mood with the perfect lighting, and of course making sure we were able to eat and get cocktails ;) she made sure everything would go according to plan and let us enjoy our time with our loved ones.

Billy is The Best, Most Detail Oriented Planner That I Have Ever Seen
Billy of Da’Silvas Event Design was nothing short of AMAZING on my wedding day. Not only was she affordable and responsive to every little text and email, but she out did herself! I felt like I was getting special treatment, but I think she just treats brides and weddings in general, as though they are her own special day. She was excited about things that I was excited about, was more than assertive to handle the less than accommodating vendors, and even had a backup plan when my caterer fell through. I can not recommend Billy enough! I am shocked at her pricing, because I have friends who have easily spent ten grand to have less than what she gave me.
Here’s the real bonus... SHE OWNS A CANDY STORE, GUYS! She made cute little gift bags for my guests, arranged for the kids to have a treat, and made my thank you baskets for our wedding party! A CANDY STORE! Anyway thank you, Billy, for being so wonderful.DaSilva's Event Design's reply:

Billy was absolutely incredible to work with; kind, caring, professional and incredible vision. Everything she touched became perfect, and she made it all seem so easy. This was so important to me, as it took so much work and worry away.
