Haley and Leighann are the BEST! From our first phone call, I knew that they were the perfect match for our destination wedding! They are both so organized, detailed, kind, (and FUN!) and offered so much help and advice along the way as we were planning. I still can’t get over the amazing and detailed timeline that they created for us, our wedding party and vendors. They took the time to get to know us and what was important to us so they always had our best interests at heart. I had so many people tell me I didn’t seem stressed or nervous on the day of my wedding – and I truly have the RaeBird girls to thank for that. They had all the details taken care of and I was so confident that they had everything under control. We had the most perfect wedding day followed by an amazing & fun reception. I had zero intention of hiring a wedding planner, but holy crap I am SO happy we did!! Planning a destination wedding was fun but also difficult because I couldn't just hop on a plane and go check something out. I reached out to Haley and Leighann in the Spring of 2022 to inquire about day of coordination and design services for my wedding in June of 2022. I live in the Midwest and wanted to have a destination wedding on a beach in Destin, FL. My planning began with seeking out a wedding planner to help make our dream come true. My first experience with Haley & Leighann was spot on for my style, which was engaging in a personal conversation - not a transactional interaction. For me that sealed the deal and was so reflective of how they manage their business. TOTALLLY PERSONAL!!

This team was great with helping with ideas and vendors for an entire week-end of events for our 50+ out of town guests, many of whom had never been to our destination. Our goal was to make it memorable for everyone including ourselves. I think our goal was achieved based on comments we received from our guests "wedding of century" and "I would hate to be the next one to get married in this family".
