Planning a destination wedding from afar can be terrifying, but SunQuest Beach Weddings made the entire process an absolute breeze. From our very first call, the stress I had been carrying completely vanished. They handled every logistical detail with such precision that by the time our big day arrived at Miramar Beach, all I had to do was show up in my gown and enjoy the moment. The ceremony on the beach was breathtaking, and I have to mention the flowers, omg the flowers!—all my guests still can’t stop talking about the stunning florals they provided. The arrangements were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly matched my vision. The reception on the SOLARIS yacht was the real showstopper. The excellent food exceeded every expectation; it was a gourmet dining experience rather than "standard" wedding fare. Having the planning, the floral design, and the entertainment managed by one team allowed me to actually be present. Nate and Megan are so attentive, considerate and passionate about what you want for your day. They always have a backup plan to the backup plan of what could or what would happen. The attention to detail is always crisp, considerate, and always has every thought of what you need for your day planned out extra chairs if the path for the bride is smooth it’s always crisp and clean special for your photos that you need for your day, your music is always played just at the right time at the correct moment for you to have that special moment with your special person. I will always suggest them for friends and family to come and have their special day and have the attention to detail taken care of with Nate and Megan. 💞💗💖

As a professional wedding photographer, I have worked with Tina many times over the years. She always has a very well thought out schedule that gives all vendors room to do their best work and is very calm and friendly while working even on the most stressful of weddings. My daughter's wedding was one of those most stressful of weddings. Hurricane Irma was threatening the area and the governor had declared a mandated closing of the state park that was her venue. In less than 12 hours, the wedding had changed venues and times twice. Tina and her crew remained unflustered and went with the flow. The wedding went off without a hitch and I would highly recommend KLM Event Services!

I’d highly recommend my month-of and day-of wedding coordinator! From the very beginning, she guided me through the entire process and created a detailed timeline that ensured every aspect of our wedding day ran smoothly. Her passion, professionalism, and organization were evident every step of the way. She worked directly with my vendors, helped coordinate all the details, and made sure nothing was overlooked. One of my biggest concerns was the timeline for the day, and she helped immensely by creating a clear plan and keeping everything on track. On the wedding day, she arrived early, came prepared with a game plan, and knew exactly what needed to be done and where everything belonged. Throughout the day, she consistently checked in on me, making sure I was comfortable, stress-free, and able to enjoy every moment. Thanks to her hard work and attention to detail, everything went seamlessly. She truly went above and beyond. After the ceremony, she even helped clip up my dress because I had a long train and was worried about people stepping on it while I was dancing and mingling with guests. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately eased my concerns and allowed me to fully enjoy the rest of the evening. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, attentive, proactive, and genuinely cares about making your day special, I cannot recommend her enough!
