Forever I Do Weddings was absolutely fantastic. Sydney was my main coordinator throughout the entire planning process and handled our rehearsal, and then both Sydney and Chloe were there on the wedding day — they were incredible. From the start, communication was seamless. Sydney was always responsive and helpful on every email and call. I also loved that they offered so many services in one place, including rehearsal coordination, day-of coordination, cake, MC services for cocktail hour, and DJ for the reception. On the wedding day, Sydney and Chloe truly went above and beyond. They made sure both my husband and I were completely taken care of — even personally bringing us food and making sure we actually had time to eat, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I even had multiple guests comment on how amazing they both were. They genuinely made sure our day was perfect, and we couldn’t have been happier.

Southern Event Studio is one of, if not the best, decision we made in the course of planning wedding. We had a fairly simple wedding, but by using Southern Event Studio for the month of coordination, we had to do absolutely nothing leading up to the wedding. We obviously had to decide what vendors we wished to use and what we desired from them, but 99% of the followup leading to the wedding was done by Southern Event Studios. For the day of the wedding, Southern Event Studios made the event so easy and seamless, that we had literally zero stress about the wedding itself and could focus on the jitters of getting married itself. Southern Event Studios are pros at organizing and handling weddings and other events and as such have a great number of events they coordinate, this at times can make getting in touch a little tricky when they may be working another event, but we never had a problem getting in touch with them by the next day. An absolute dream working with them and we intend to use Southern Event Studios again if we ever need to have another event.

I had a wonderful experience with HKE! I worked with Emily as my day-of coordinator and she really helped things flow smoothly. I prepared everything the best I could before the day of, and even with a few loose ends on my part she absolutely nailed the vision I had for decor. The assistant was great as well, though I'm blanking on her name at the moment. :) It was a blurry, fast-paced day, and Emily made sure things were running smoothly. I really felt seen, and my husband (who was basically just along for the ride, lol) said he appreciated that she made things feel effortless, and he didn't have to think about anything aside from enjoying himself. She worked in the background nonstop and then would appear right on schedule to pull us for the next scheduled thing. I felt like Emily was my brain for the day, and it made things SO much easier to stay on schedule when I could just say, hold on, my coordinator needs me -- because she was right there patiently waiting when she needed to be. My event was 10/11/2025 at the Woodlands, and it was clear they were familiar with the venue owners and policies. I highly recommend selecting HKE for your event as a planner or for day-of coordination.
