Our daughter got married on the beach June 30th 2012.

We hire Susan Long with Panama City Beach Wedding in PCB FL in Aug 2011 to plan the wedding. During the 11 months of planning the wedding Susan was with us every step, she went out of way to help us fine the perfect place for the wedding and we settle on Spinnakers Beach Club. She went with us and introduced us to the staff. Once we saw the sight for the wedding we were taken away.

Not only did Susan go out of her way to help us so did the staff at Spinnakers.

With having a beach wedding we didn't have to have a rehearsal the night before wedding and we were able to have fun and relax with our family and out of town guest and it also saved us from having to fine a place for our Pastor to stay the night before the wedding.

The day of the wedding Susan team was able to mark off the wedding sight and get everything set up and also made sure during the day that no one messed with the area.

Once we got to Spinnakers we were taken to the VIP room so that all the girls could get dress and relax before the wedding. Susan make sure we had everything we need down to bottle water.

As our guest started to arrive Susan also made sure they were taken care of.

The wedding went off on time.That couldn't happen if it was for the professionalism of Susan and her team.

We can't thank her and her team enough for a perfect wedding.

We can't thank Susan enough for the photographer who took the wedding pictures. She make it fun for everyone during the time it took to take the pictures. We got over 250 pictures on a DVD and four prints that wasn't part of the package.

I can't say enough how professional Susan was. I would recommend Susan Long and her team to not only friends but everyone who wants a beach wedding and have it done right.

From the moment I talked to Susan, I felt confident that Panama City Beach Weddings would be who would plan and execute our dream wedding.  She’s caring, understanding and completely flexible.  She was incredibly helpful throughout out the process.  It was an entire year between the time I first spoke with Susan to book our wedding and the day the wedding took place.  She always took my calls or called me back immediately.  My texts and emails were promptly answered.  Any changes or changes to changes were met with understanding or a conversation to help guide me to the right choices.  I often called, panicking about something, and Susan always set me at ease.  I’m a worrier by nature but she always calmed my jitters.  She not only helped me pick the perfect package but was also so helpful in saving us money where we could.  She helped me find the greatest hair and makeup artist, Peli, and the most wonderful photographer, Heather.  The minister, David, was very friendly, calm and personable.  Our sunset wedding was a dream come true.  It went off without a hitch and all of our guests were very complimentary.  We had the opportunity to observe the end of two other weddings while watching the sunset at a restaurant in Panama City.  I felt so bad for the bride and groom who seemed to be getting no direction from the photographers.  Even worse, both parties missed the best part of their sunset views.  Our wedding seemed much more personalized, organized and the section of beach for our wedding site was pristine and private.  Andy and I are extremely grateful for everything Susan and her company, Panama City Beach Weddings, did to create our dream come true wedding.

Susan was so good to work with. I could call or text her any time and she was always ready to reply. My daughter’s wedding had to postponed due to Covid-19. Susan was so helpful during all the rescheduling. I would highly recommend Panama City Weddings! Everything was beautiful!

Let me just say this turned out better than I imagined! Susan at Panama City Weddings was the best!! She is very thorough and put your mind at ease during the planning. At the wedding, her and the team were amazing. Even with some minor hiccups with the wedding party, Susan stepped up and provided excellent service under pressure. It was amazing! My husband hand picked Panama City Weddings, and I'm so happy we went with his judgment! Susan has just been amazing! We chose the sunset in paradise package, and she was flexible with us on making it a bit more customizable to us. We added more photography, and used our own silk flowers (which she matched perfectly for our alter!) She met with me at the last minute when I visited PCB during the spring, recommended our beautiful venue and steered in the right direction for other vendors (hair, welcome party catering, etc.) My wedding planning was breeze, which was great since I also work in resort area in Virginia and I was busy! Even when Hurricane Michaël hit, she kept us updated (even when she didn't have power!) and made sure to reassure us that everything was okay. She checked on our venue, and she even went by my parents rental house and checked it out for us without us asking! I had vendors we had booked separately understandably cancelling, and she helped us find new ones. She kept telling me no matter what "the show must go on." Now it's almost 3 months since we've had our wonderful wedding, and we received our pictures (several hundreds of them!!) and they are all beautiful! We love our album, and we have such great memories of our beautiful ceremony! Thank you Susan for being part of our special day!

Susan, Panama City Weddings, was very professional and absolutely knew all of the ‘minor’ details needed that are sometimes overlooked. Communication was timely and she responded each time we had a question. Her crew came on 2 different days to be sure we had the perfect angle and perfect spot with the tide on the beach. There was no worry the day of the wedding. Her crew set up and roped off the beach, a huge worry of ours was ‘blocking off an area’ on the beach. The crew arrived very early and had everything ready to go hours before the ceremony. It was stress free!
If I had one suggestion, I’d love for her to do receptions as well. She took care of everything!

The wedding was top notch, her vendors were excellent, the cake was tasty, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and the professionalism was superb! Would strongly recommend!
