My husband and I are beyond grateful for Susan of Panama City Weddings! We decided to renew our vows for our 33rd wedding anniversary celebration in Panama City Beach, FL. We wanted a private ceremony, and she delivered at such a short notice. She took the time to fit us into her schedule and did a phenomenal job officiating our vow renewal ceremony! She was so kind and supportive! We thank God for sending her our way and pray God’s continuous blessings on Panama City Weddings!! Susan, Panama City Weddings, was very professional and absolutely knew all of the ‘minor’ details needed that are sometimes overlooked. Communication was timely and she responded each time we had a question. Her crew came on 2 different days to be sure we had the perfect angle and perfect spot with the tide on the beach. There was no worry the day of the wedding. Her crew set up and roped off the beach, a huge worry of ours was ‘blocking off an area’ on the beach. The crew arrived very early and had everything ready to go hours before the ceremony. It was stress free!
If I had one suggestion, I’d love for her to do receptions as well. She took care of everything!
Kay, the Photographer, took so many beautiful photos! She took traditional photos as well as very creative special shots.
The wedding was top notch, her vendors were excellent, the cake was tasty, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and the professionalism was superb! Would strongly recommend!Panama City Weddings's reply:

Susan was so easy to work with and responded to every email or phone call very quickly. She set up the time and place on the date we chose and all we had to do was meet her and the photographer there. We did not have any guests, so our wedding was very low key to begin with. She made it absolutely stress free and I had no worries at all. Our photographer, Heather, was amazing also and Susan took care of setting that up also. Thank you Panama City Weddings! Planning a wedding is stressful but adding an out-of-town wedding definitely magnifies the stress. Susan took ALL of the stress out of planning for me. Words express how much I loved working with Susan. The time, work, and attention to detail that she put into our special day was unbelievable. She was literally available 24/7 via text or email. Susan was super flexible and let me add things to my package to add my own little touch to things. One of the biggest concerns I had was being able to find someone I could trust to provide exactly what they said they would provide. Panama City Wedding delivered on everything in such a professional manner. Not only did she provide recommendations for hair, make-up, reception venues, and djs, but she also provided recommendations on the small details that most brides would typically forget in all the crazy planning. The florist and bakery she used were AMAZING. My guests still are raving over how good the cake was and how beautiful the flowers were. The professional photographer topped it off. She was so patient and kind. She took her time and captured all the photos I wanted and even more. I love that Susan and her team only book one wedding per day. You literally are their only wedding of the day, so you get all their attention which made it stress free and more memorable for me. They were also on-site on the day of our wedding and provided a timeline for everything. This was so helpful and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. After the wedding my father kept complimenting Susan on how everything was so organized and professional. Everything was truly top notch from the décor to the interactions with the staff, the planning, and the execution. The breath-taking beach coupled with the wedding planning expertise of Panama City Weddings truly made our day a dream come true. I would recommend Panama City Weddings 10 out of 10 times. If you want a headache free beach wedding in Panama City, FL where all you do is show up, then you will not go wrong with Panama City Weddings! My daughter was getting ready to graduate from medical school and we needed to switch our venue last minute due to the pandemic. I called several places in Florida and left many messages. I called Panama City Weddings and Susan actually answered the phone. We spoke for over 30 minutes. It was during that phone call I knew this was the correct fit for my daughter’s beach wedding. Susan had just received notice of a cancellation for the date that we were originally planning. From that point on it was smooth sailing.
Communication was excellent. Susan would respond quickly to phone calls, emails and/or texts. All of my questions were answered thoroughly! We discussed package options, number of expected guests, wedding colors, music, and Susan and her team did the rest. She also gave us a list of preferred vendors/referrals for various options or additions. Our officiant and photographer were amazing! The officiant took time to speak with the bride and groom to personalize the wedding. The photographer was incredible. She played off the bride and groom and was able to capture the moment and let their personality shine through. Pelli (hairdresser & makeup artist) was highly recommend and she is a true professional.
Overall, this process was amazing and stress free. I loved that they handled everything! You choose the fun stuff, music, decor, etc. and PCW coordinates to secure the officiant, photographer, the venue, rakes the beach and decorates. They also set up and tear down your wedding, all you have to do is show up! They were all so organized, enthusiastic and generally excited for the event.
We loved the sunset ceremony on Panama City Beach. It’s was perfect! Being stress free, all we had to do was show up and enjoy a breathtaking sunset wedding by the ocean.

Let me just say this turned out better than I imagined! Susan at Panama City Weddings was the best!! She is very thorough and put your mind at ease during the planning. At the wedding, her and the team were amazing. Even with some minor hiccups with the wedding party, Susan stepped up and provided excellent service under pressure. It was amazing! Best Day Ever!!!! I will never be able to say enough good things about Susan and her team! Planning a destination wedding 1200 miles away couldn't of been any easier. Susan did everything and more we wanted for a perfect day! Her husband spent the whole day on the beach to make sure we had the perfect sunset wedding. The officiant was exactly what we wanted. I wanted specific flowers and she did it no problem. I would tell anyone to call Susan for the perfect wedding of your dreams! My fiancé and I wanted a beach wedding at sunset. I contacted Susan at Panama City Weddings. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect, beautiful beach wedding for just the two of us.
Susan was so kind, sweet and helpful with any questions or concerns I had before our wedding day. If I txt her with a question, she responded promptly. As a bride, although ours was small and intimate, i was nervous and wanted everything to be as perfect as possible. And, I certainly got just that!!
The photographer, Amanda, was also exceptional. She made us feel at ease when taking our wedding photos. Very creative with different poses and shots of us together and of myself only. Amanda didn’t rush through any of it. Susan and Amanda made my husband and I feel very special and taken care of on wedding day!!

I would recommend Panama City Weddings to anyone who mentioned getting married in the Panhandle of Florida. One of my biggest concerns when my husband and I decided to get married in Florida was finding someone I trusted since we would be planning from Texas. As soon as I talked to Susan on the phone, I hung up and told my husband, "I don't know what it is about her, but I trust her and feel comfortable planning our wedding with her." This feeling never changed. She will spend any amount of time talking on the phone to answer questions and make sure the bride and groom are not stressed about anything. She told me so many times, "I just want you guys to show up and enjoy your wedding. You aren't supposed to have to worry about a thing." THANK YOU Susan!!! I would text her randomly with so many questions and she always texted back or gave me a call. When it came to the wedding day, she gave us a call a couple days before we traveled there to run through everything. Her guys started setting up our ceremony site early in the morning and everything was perfect by the time our 6pm ceremony rolled around!!! We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year and was planning on a beach vacation anyways so looked into Panama City Weddings and so glad we did. Susan took care of everything, we just showed up and had a beautiful ceremony as a family to celebrate our 10 years. Communication is excellent and response time is rapid. My husband hand picked Panama City Weddings, and I'm so happy we went with his judgment! Susan has just been amazing! We chose the sunset in paradise package, and she was flexible with us on making it a bit more customizable to us. We added more photography, and used our own silk flowers (which she matched perfectly for our alter!) She met with me at the last minute when I visited PCB during the spring, recommended our beautiful venue and steered in the right direction for other vendors (hair, welcome party catering, etc.) My wedding planning was breeze, which was great since I also work in resort area in Virginia and I was busy! Even when Hurricane Michaël hit, she kept us updated (even when she didn't have power!) and made sure to reassure us that everything was okay. She checked on our venue, and she even went by my parents rental house and checked it out for us without us asking! I had vendors we had booked separately understandably cancelling, and she helped us find new ones. She kept telling me no matter what "the show must go on." Now it's almost 3 months since we've had our wonderful wedding, and we received our pictures (several hundreds of them!!) and they are all beautiful! We had three kidds together and decided to go back this year with all of our kids to do it all over again. It was great! We just love Susan and David. Also love the photographer Amanda!

Hope Sent on 06/20/2018Our wedding was absolute perfection, we had our wedding right in front of run away island, our pastor was amazing, our violinist was amazing, and the decor turned out beautifully! Susan Long went above and beyond for our destination wedding, and helped coordinate everything perfectly. I didn’t have any stress as a bride because of Susan and her team. The staff at run away island was also amazing. If we could do it again with Panama City weddings we 100% would!

Tonya Sent on 10/10/2016There is absolutely nothing bad I could ever say! Me and my (now husband) have been together for 5 years and nothing has been easy! He was diagnosed with end stage renal failure in 2014 and my biggest fear was that he would pass away before we could get married. I knew I wanted to be his wife when I met him! Unfortunately, with all of our medical bills, medications, and all of our every day expenses, we couldn't have a huge, "perfect" wedding... or so I thought. Mrs. Susan made my day all I could have ever hoped for! She helped me with whatever questions I had even if I emailed her at 2AM, like a crazy person! Even if I had a million dollars to get married anywhere, I still would choose Panama City and I still would choose Mrs. Susan to help me!
