I hired Natalie Pierce to do the floral arrangements for my wedding. When I reached out to her in search for a florist, she was so sweet and informative. She was very flexible with my budget so she could capture my vision and she did a beautiful job with everything! I was happy to support a small business and she did such an amazing job. She kept a good line of communication to answer any of my questions or make any changes as needed. I highly recommend!!

The flowers and wedding coordinator were Outstanding for our daughter’s wedding. The ease of working with them was outstanding! The flowers were exactly what we wanted and the quality of work was professional and the price was well priced. Additional touches that were used with candles and other things added to the beautiful and classy look for the wedding and reception.
The wedding Coordinator side was Fabulous! My 3rd daughter to get married and the most fun I got to have because I did not have to do or worry about anything. They were on top of everything from working with the church and all of the vendors. We had an issue with a vendor delivery of incorrect size dance floor but they had it handled immediately and it was ready for the reception. A small example of how every detail was handled. We had 160 guest and 11 bridesmaids to give you an idea of the size of our wedding. Outstanding and exceeded expectations is how I would describe this company.

Natalie does amazing work and can do just about anything that comes to mind. She's a hard worker and she's always there to answer questions. She's very easy to get along with and has such a friendly personality. If you choose her to be your wedding coordinator you won't regret it.

Wow, I genuinely have no words to describe how perfectly our wedding went all because of Natalie. Natalie is extremely professional and is on top of everything. We hired her as our DOC, and she went above and beyond. When the coolers were locked at our venue, she went to the bar and got them for us. She also showed up to our rehearsal dinner, brought an arbor for use, and so much more. She had everything cleaned up so we could be out of the venue as soon as possible. I would recommend Natalie to anyone!

WOW... won't even be able to come close to explaining over this message how phenomenal of a wedding coordinator Natalie is. Absolutely incredible. All around a wonderful person who 1000% alleviated all of our stress for the big day, but I want to give specific examples of ways in which she really went above and beyond.
1. We created a seating chart made of glass, that sadly broke in transport to the venue. Natalie literally created a new one from scratch day-of, barely could tell a difference.
2. Despite running the entire schedule and checking in with all of the vendors, she still made time to bring us plates of food and refills on drinks... she was literally everywhere.
3. Her interactions with our guests; people literally told me later how sweet our wedding coordinator was. I mean c'mon, that really says something.

... anyways, Natalie is amazing and incredibly affordable, can't wait to see her win #1 wedding coordination/planning in Pensacola in the near future.

Natalie went above and beyond. She took over every responsibility & from concept to completion. She ensured our rehearsal, dinner & day of was perfect. She was so caring and even drove our guests home when she did not have to! I would recommend her for anyone’s wedding.

This is the choice you are surly to be thankful for. This woman is Amazing!! She effortlessly and seamlessly tackles any obstacle. She handles everything from small fine details to large ones and Never once did I feel negativity or a delayed response. She handles it all, even things I was unaware of. She was magic every moment. If I needed her, there she was, or already and had it covered. She is worth more than what I paid- hands down. I am so glad she helped my day become a Happy Ever After. No doubt she cares for what she does- choose pierce love and happiness!

If you end up having the luxury of working with Natalie, let me tell you - you are in EXCELLENT hands! Before I start bragging about everywhere she excels in all the wedding things, I’d like to share how she was simply there for me, like a friend, through ALL the ups and downs I went through with other vendors. She listened to me vent, cry, work through hiccups, and reassure me that everything would be ok!

Not only did she have all details outlined and ready to go, getting to brainstorm creative ideas about the wedding/reception/decor etc. was so fun. She was willing to share her opinions but was never overwhelming or pushy whatsoever. Her overall presence was so refreshing and calming. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having Natalie by your side equals everything being at ease. Even down to the last minute when jet skis pulled up in front of our wedding arch, where we were about to get married in 30 minutes. Have no fear, Natalie was there! She tracked down the owners, tackling everything thrown at her like the boss babe that she is! Natalie was outstanding as our wedding coordinator, and I'm so so happy that we used her! We requested her day of and rehearsal services. From start to finish, she helped us bring our vision of our wedding day to life. Any time I said "do what you think looks best," she definitely did. She thought of so many small details that I hadn't thought of, and I was so grateful to her attention to detail.
She was there for our rehearsal, and she made sure everyone knew where to be, made sure our songs had enough time, etc. Our rehearsal dinner was at a restaurant, and she supplied, set up, and broke down all of the decor for us.
On our wedding day, she took care of making sure we were on schedule without rushing us at all. She oversaw the reception being set up, and it took away so much stress. She checked in on us throughout the night. If there were any hiccups with vendors, I wouldn't know because she handled it all. I cannot recommend her enough!
