Where do I start? My (now) husband and I enlisted the help of Shelby and her team for our special weekend, as we live out of state. We worked with Shelby for a little over a year, with monthly planning calls up until a month before the wedding, when we then had weekly calls (although we could call or text her at any time for advice). Throughout the entire process, we honestly had no stress or anxiety about the wedding, thanks to Shelby and her wonderful team. She suggested the best DJ I've ever experienced. Our flowers and rentals were top-notch. And the food and cake were outstanding. Thanks to Shelby, our wedding weekend was pretty perfect. She was on top of every single aspect of the rehearsal and wedding day. She kept me on-time and focused, while making sure I enjoyed everything about the big day. My husband admitted about a month before the wedding that he had been skeptical about the need for a wedding planner in the beginning but was SO glad we moved forward with Shelby. Shelby Peaden and her crew were amazing! My husband and I were married on September 24, 2016 and we will always remember it as one of the happiest days of our lives - which tells me that Shelby and team did their job well! I used Shelby Peaden Events for Wedding Day Coordination (or what she calls Event Management services). Shelby and Haley were extremely sweet at the rehearsal and day of the wedding! I know there was a third coordinator as well, but I never got a chance to meet her as she was on set-up duty for most of the day.
Shelby and Haley made sure my husband and I (and my parents for the most part) didn't have to deal with anything other than having a good time! As my husband and I were starving when we arrived at our reception one of our favorite memories of Shelby was that she met us at our car that dropped us off at the reception with 2 plates full of our favorite appetizers... which was the only uninterrupted time we were able to eat! It was magical! (That was the moment my husband also admitted that having a coordinator was worth the money - so major win there!)
I can go on about the little things Shelby and Haley did to help create our favorite day, but there are too many to list. And on your wedding day - every little detail you don't have to deal with is one panic attack avoided - so the little things count for a lot! If you need wedding day Event management services, I would definitely recommend Shelby and her team!

We hired Shelby based off of a recommendation since we were having our wedding in Florida, but we live in Texas. I'm SO glad we used her service! She is incredible! She is super organized and helped us with every aspect of planning our wedding. On the day of our wedding, everything went off perfectly. I never felt stressed about a single thing, the whole day was amazing. I highly recommend Shelby! She is very quick to respond, super friendly, has a great eye for design/decor/florals/color, and genuinely loves what she does!

We used Shelby for day-of planning. She first reached out to us for some preliminary information about a month before our wedding and began working with us about two weeks out. She was AMAZING! She worked with all of our vendors to coordinate last minute details, drop off times, pick up times, and anything else that they needed. Between the phone calls, hundreds of email replies, and hand-holding on my wedding day, Shelby was always there for me. Our downtown Pensacola wedding was the wedding of my dreams! I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Shelby. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any and all Emerald Coast brides.

Shelby Peaden was absolutely wonderful. I could not have done it without her. The wedding worked out exactly how we pictured in our heads. Her guidance was essential. I can’t believe how seamless it went. Whenever I felt panic, I would look at Shelby and she calmed me down. She always had such a quiet, sweet smile that just told me that everything would be ok.
