Would Absolutely Recommend!!

I highly recommend our wedding planner, Brianna. After feeling overwhelmed by the planning process, we decided to hire her, and it was one of the best decisions we made. She quickly stepped in and took charge, easing our stress from the start.

Brianna took the time to understand our vision and preferences, researching various vendors and decor options that fit our style and budget. She presented us with a list of three choices, which made it so much easier to make decisions without feeling buried in options. We felt involved throughout the process, as she kept us informed and allowed us to weigh in on important decisions while handling all the logistics.

Amazing Wedding Stylist

I was initially skeptical about one person being able to bring my vision to life, but Bri exceeded all my expectations! From our first meeting, she understood my style and transformed it into stunning décor that perfectly captured our theme. Not only did she create a magical atmosphere, but she also kept everything within budget! On the day of the wedding, everything looked incredible, and I received countless compliments from guests.

Amazing Vendor

If I could give 10 stars I would. Brianna and her husband went above and beyond for my wedding. First she scheduled times to chat and discuss my visions for what decor I wanted for my wedding. Then she would continue to check in all the way until the night before my wedding where she let me call her at 9PM to discuss the plan for the next day. They delivered out tent on time and even though we did not rent tables and chairs from them (prior deposit before we found them :/) they both went OUT OF THEIR WAY to set up the tables and chairs so my mom and dad could get ready for the night. Brianna personally set out my plates and table decor and created my DREAM photo booth. She designed my bar table and set it up exactly how I imagined. This company goes the extra mile for sure and they made sure I did not worry ONE BIT on my big day. Brianna knew exactly what I wanted and made sure to deliver without stressing me out. I can only think of good things to say about them. Plus they took down the tent and helped breakdown our other tables and chairs the day after. They brought their own lights that added a fairytale vibe to the night. I love love LOVE everything they did for me and could recommend them enough!!! I will update this when I get my pictures back! Thank you guys

Dream Come True

Working with The Pearl Pavilion was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting, they made us feel like we were the only couple in the world. Their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and unwavering support made our entire experience stress-free and full of joy. They went above and beyond in every way, making sure that everything was perfect, from the smallest details to the biggest moments. The day was truly magical, and I know it was all because of their hard work and dedication. If I could go back and change one thing, it would be to have used them for rentals as well – I just know they would’ve made everything even more beautiful. I’m beyond grateful for all they did to make our dream day a reality. If you’re looking for someone who will pour their heart into your wedding, trust me, Brianna is the one! Wedding reception

I used The Pearl Pavilion to help set up our wedding reception. Communication is very important to me, and unfortunately this is where I felt let down. About a week and a half before the wedding, they went out of town, and I reached out multiple times to finalize details but didn’t receive a response. I completely understand traveling, but a heads-up or a scheduled call beforehand would have helped ease a lot of stress during that time. Additionally, part of The Pearl Pavilion’s role was to set up the decor we provided in the already decorated house. It was disappointing to see that some items were not set out, such as the bar photo and a couple of wedding pictures.
