We recently hosted our event at Holy Trinity Reception Center, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well organized, making it perfect for hosting a large gathering. A special thank you to Elaine and Rosie, who were absolutely incredible throughout the entire planning process. They were professional, attentive, and always willing to help with every detail. Their guidance and coordination made the planning so much easier and stress-free. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly because of their thoughtful preparation and support. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we received many compliments about the venue and how well the event was organized. We are very grateful to Elaine, Rosie, and the entire team at Holy Trinity Reception Center for helping make our event so memorable. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful space with a supportive and professional team to help bring your event together!

We had our wedding here, and would recommend it for others. The staff are all very willing to help. From our first interaction with sales, AJ, she was knowledgeable and hospitable. She showed us the possibilities with all the hotel offerings. To operations, Andrea, she was thoughtful and hard working. She helped us through the planning and preparation process, then handled the day of coordination. She and our wedding coordinator were a dynamic duo, that completely handled the day and allowed my wife and I to fully enjoy. All the hotel staff was great. Everyone made us feel welcomed and showed excitement for our event. You'll talk to a few different people in the process, room block coordinator, food and beverage, etc, and sometimes they will cover multiple roles, but they get it done and set. The ballroom was a perfect fit for the ceremony and reception, and Sheraton was accommodating to have the room divided to house each space. The food was excellent. We are getting positive feedback on the food from all of our guests. I'll be coming back regularly just to try and ask the chef to make me steak and risotto again. It is an older hotel so there are some small signs of age, but overall maintained really well. The AC in the room was able to get very cold, the suites are beautiful and perfect as get ready rooms. The age of the hotel also has some architecture and design that makes for unique photos, but the wedding suite had couches with usb charging ports, and seemed very updated. It was also the perfect location to winter park, so we could have rehearsal dinners, brunches, and other events close by. We walked to the Genesis sports complex, which I used to know as RVD, but such a cool free benefit to use. The after party was held at the Irish pub and made the night seamless. No need to drive and a really fun bar. Having the entire day in one location was what my wife and I wanted, and Sheraton delivered and then some. Thank you all again.

We had a great experience with Venue on Lake Lily - every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and efficient. They were extremely patient and flexible with us as we adjusted our planning, especially Mikaela (who we just adored!!). We had a nice large space for our rehearsal dinner/welcome event of 100 people. Plenty of room for catering, a bar, dinner tables, a dessert table, and dancing. The kids in our family loved the fact that they could walk to the playground at the park :) There was also lots of parking for those who were driving in. The night was beautiful and it was the perfect venue for us!
