They really worked with our budget. We took many of our photos on the grounds. We had a 4 hour reception with full sit-down meal and several "Stations" (fruit, cheese, h'ordeuvres, etc.) and beverages for 125 people. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We set everything up the day before. They were excellent with recieving our other wedding vendors (cake, flowers, etc.). They met with us to go over the menu, room set-up, etc. We had a wonderful reception!

Falcons Fire’s staff assist me to coordinate my daughter’s wedding in 4 weeks. They were patient, pleasant, and took care of details I was not even thinking about. They prepared the gazebo and looked beautiful and simple. I was able to keep open communication with staff before, during and after the event. Price was lower as wedding was early in the afternoon and we offered a lunch type of food, cheaper option and no alcohol.

Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club is truly a hidden gem and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we first toured the property and met Rick Martin, our day-of coordinator at Mystic Dunes, we knew right away that this was the place we had to have our wedding at. Rick was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very beginning, the wedding package he offered was truly the best value, better than anything we could have ever imagined. We were incredibly impressed with how much was already included in addition to how beautiful and cozy the space was, creating the perfect, most intimate atmosphere for such a special day. The lush golf course views and greenery, serene surroundings, and romantic spaces made everything feel magical and timeless. After we booked Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club and started the wedding planning process, anytime we spoke with Rick all throughout it felt like all of our concerns instantly disappeared. He was calm, reassuring, and genuinely invested in making everything perfect for our wedding, which took so much stress off of our plates. Even during our wedding tasting, he was extremely engaged and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations on dishes, preparation, and final selections that really elevated our menu that our guests are still talking about. Rick and his staff also did a wonderful job during our rehearsal dinner, making sure both we and our guests were well taken care of. Even when a few guests arrived late, the team went above and beyond by saving them food and drinks from the bar after it had closed and making sure every one of our guests was satisfied and happy. Our wedding day itself went smoothly and perfectly, again many thanks to Rick and his team. Everything was beautifully set up and ready to go. Rick’s attention to detail and willingness to help went far beyond what we ever expected, such as how he helped steam my veil and bustle my dress before and during the ceremony, and also how he helped with the groom’s boutonniere. While we already knew firsthand that Rick would do (and did) an amazing job, hearing additional feedback from our guests truly sealed it for us. Our guests noticed Rick personally wheeling my grandmother to her seat before the ceremony and even picking up leaves from the aisle by hand, small moments that spoke volumes about his dedication and care. The entire staff was just as wonderful too. Stephanie was incredible in handling our food, drinks, cake delivery, and anything else that we may have needed (she even offered the groom a drink before the ceremony haha). Esteban was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating. We had met him a few months earlier when Rick wasn’t onsite, and he was just as welcoming then as he was during our special day. Then during the reception, staff members even stepped in to help expedite the bar line for the groom’s father, which our family truly appreciated. There were several moments like these all throughout the entire day that just made everything that much more wonderful and special. Overall, Mystic Dunes is a fantastic wedding venue, and Rick and his staff gave us everything we could have asked for and so much more. We are beyond grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We wish we could relive our wedding day all over again!

Sarah manix was the best !!! The wedding was so perfect

I had a vision about what I wanted and This venue offered to me more than I expected. Angelica, the event manager, took time to help me with all my concerns even beyond her duties. I had a vision and working with the team at Encore at Reunion turned my vision into my dream wedding. No regrets about our election. We are completely satisfied and grateful with everything.

The absolute perfect day. Tamara was wonderful from the get go. She made the entire wedding planning process so easy. The package when booking your wedding with Margaritaville includes almost everything you need and for the pieces you need to fill Tamara had incredible recommendations and we used everyone she suggested. The planning process was seamless and zero stress which as a bride was exactly the planning process I was hoping for. The day off was absolute perfect. The staff was wonderful in making me and my husband and our guests feel so tended to and taken care of. Our guests are still raving about everything from the food to the reception DJ. It was truly everything my husband and I were hoping for in our wedding day. Thank you Tamara and team for everything!!

I began helping to plan my daughter's wedding over two years ago. We ended up booking a venue that we thought was perfect not only for the location, but also largely based on the fact that we 'clicked' with the event manager that we met and she made us feel that she was going to make our wedding perfect. Without going into a lot of detail, I can tell you that our event manager left that venue prior to our wedding and as we continued to work with that venue and the new event coordinators, we knew something wasn't right. After a number of issues, we felt we needed to search for a new venue and decided to take a look at the Gaylord Palms. While we have lived in Orlando for nearly 21 years, we had never taken the time to go out and view the resort. As we started to investigate, we found that the event manager we clicked so great with was now working at the Gaylord Palms. To me - that showed me that things were meant to be and we selected the Emerald Bay Plaza at the Gaylord to be our venue. From that moment on, we were so impressed with not only the most professional staff, but the caring and attention that they give to make sure your event was perfect. They offered a variety of options for not only the ceremony venue, but also the cocktail hour and the reception locations. Some of the decisions were so hard to make because every option they gave was phenomenal. The ceremony in the Emerald Bay couldn't have been more perfect and our guests absolutely loved the cocktail hour in the Fort. By far though my favorite part was walking into the Osceola ballroom and seeing how beautiful the reception hall had been set up. Everyone at the Gaylord Palms made us feel like royalty, from the valet team, to the front desk personnel, the wait staff at the Wreckers sports bar and all of the servers at both the cocktail hour and in the reception, but it was Jessica Arnold and her event staff that made this an event of a lifetime for us. As exhausting as it was to plan and execute this perfect wedding, I am sad that it is over because working with Jessica and her team has been such a big part of our lives for the past year. I can't recommend this team and this venue any higher than 5 STARS but if I could, I would. They are simply the best.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place was! I held my reception here and am so happy with how they did. Everything was organized extremely well and Anthony did such a great job coordinating everything and insuring my set up was exactly how I imagined. It made having a care free day an actuality. Not to mention the GORGEOUS honeymoon room we got, omg! Five stars, extremely happy!

Everyone at the Wyndham were very accommodating for our regional Holiday Party. We can be a big rough around the edges group and they did everything they could to make the night special. If an issue did arise Gigi and her team, plus the front desk took care of it promptly. The atmosphere and total vibe they created was everything we needed. Only part that was a pain was the other guests. They didn't understand that it was a private party even though there were signs telling them so. On a better note, I would like to recognize Hector, our bartender for the night. Who dealt with all the craziness (aka drunk people) with a calm and cool demeanor. I also gave him specific instructions and he followed through with my NO SHOT rule! When we had issues with our Comdata Corp credit card the Manager that night help take care of it right away. This is our 2nd year with Gigi and the beautiful people of Wyndham. We look forward to next year. Thanks again!!

We cannot thank Kayla and the team at The Bohemian Hotel Celebration enough for such a wonderful experience. Kayla was there for us every step of the way and helped make our Wedding Day special and memorable for us and our Guests. They assisted with room accommodations, food tastings and accommodations and even made it happen so that our best canine boy could be present for the wedding and weekend. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness, patience, attention to detail, and overall positive outlook throughout the entire process. They are the best!
