If you’re looking for the perfect oceanfront venue in South Florida, Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa is it. We had our ceremony on the patio and our reception at Cobalt, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Having the private patio overlooking the ocean for cocktail hour—and all night long—was such a highlight. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was. The food was incredible—so many great options, and everything was absolutely delicious. But what really made the day special were Nikki and Gigi. They took such great care of us, making sure we had food, drinks, and anything else we needed. They made everything run so smoothly and helped make the night feel completely stress-free and perfect. We’re so grateful for everything they did. It was truly the best day!

I recently got married at Magnolia Manor on 11/21/25 and it was absolutely PERFECT! Staffing: 1) LAUREN. Lauren was amazing from start to finish. For nearly 9 months, she responded to all of my texts and phone calls and was so helpful throughout the entire process. I am very "type A", so Lauren's organization and timeliness was a perfect match for my type of personality. She is always available and makes you feel supported throughout the entire wedding planning process. Lauren, I cannot thank you enough for everything and for making our day so special and perfect! MACKENZIE: Mackenzie was AWESOME! She was another day-of coordinator provided by Magnolia and she made sure everything was on time and ran according to plan. She always checked in with me throughout the night to see if I needed anything! She was awesome! DJ RUSH: DJ Rush had everyone on the dance floor the entire night! He met with my husband I before the wedding to check in and go over a questionnaire that helped give him insight as to what our vibe was and what we were looking for on our big day. I also really liked that he was able to seamlessly cut songs short (like the father daughter dance, mother-son dance, and first dance). Sometimes those songs can feel like forever when you are up there in front of all of those people. He simply said to give him a sign letting him know we were ready for the song to end and he did it perfectly! Magnolia Staff: All staff at Magnolia were so friendly, nice, and professional! They made sure the venue was clean throughout the night and kept everything moving and on track. The set up of the ceremony and reception space was absolutely beautiful--they did such an amazing job! THE VENUE: I cannot rave about the venue enough! We received so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was. It is so quiet, the sunset is beautiful, and there is so much space to fit everyone's needs! If you are a dancer and want to be on the dancefloor all night, there is plenty of room! Or, you can relax around the huge firepit and tall tables and the bar area! It was just so perfect. Magnolia Manor is an affordable venue. In addition to Lauren and the day of coordinator, it comes with DJ Rush, table numbers, garland center pieces, table cloths, some signage, and more. Hosting your event at Magnolia is a guarantee that you will have an amazing day. Thank you so much for making our day so perfect and magical. It was truly a dream come true! -Melissa

Before I even started planning my wedding, I knew I wanted to use Waldo's for their historic Florida charm. Hildie and Charlotte's family history is rooted deep in Vero Beach and it is apparent everywhere you go. It was important to us to have our Florida themed wedding in a place that shared our love of Florida history. The entire property is insanely beautiful, but you can feel the love in the small details and antiques placed around the venue. Our guests enjoyed wandering around the reception space looking for hidden gems. The dinosaur on property was an absolute hit! All day long we received questions about how we found the place and compliments saying how perfect the venue was for us. For the bride and bridesmaids, getting ready is a treat! We had access to the entire treehouse and it accommodated us perfectly. We had a pretty large party and having the whole house, kitchen, livingroom, and all made getting ready a breeze! Our photographer did not lack in finding places for portraits as the entire venue is a lush tropical garden. And what made it easy for me was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time or money on decorating the place. It's beautiful as is and only needed a few touches here and there to make it ours. I had my wedding in early October of 2021 at Bellewood. The venue itself is beautiful and the decorations they have made it very easy to have an elegant wedding without a lot of DIY. We stayed the entire weekend and couldn't have been happier, being able to stay at the venue the night before and night of made the wedding so much less rushed and a great experience. Barb was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with when deciding, viewing, and asking questions leading up to the wedding. Sophia was our coordinator and she was incredible. She went above and beyond the entire month before and the day of. Thank you for making our wedding day perfect!
