Set in the hills of Umatilla, Florida, surrounded by oak trees and overlooking a peaceful lake, Lakeview Gardens is a one-of-a-kind setting for outdoor weddings. Say your vows in the garden gazebo, or down at the sunset grove with the lake stretched out behind you. Afterward, head to the terrace, where the pool glows with floating candles as the celebration gets going. Every space feels beautiful on its own, and flexible enough to become whatever you picture for your day.

We're just 20 minutes from Mount Dora and 45 minutes from Orlando or Ocala. Close enough for your people to get here easily, far enough that it feels like you've escaped somewhere just for you.

When it's time to get ready, you'll have two private suites to choose from. A garden suite on the second floor of the main estate, wrapped in panoramic views of the lake and gardens: the kind of peaceful, light-filled space that makes wedding morning feel like a deep breath. And a separate private suite elsewhere on the property, complete with a full kitchen, TVs, and a pool table, perfect for letting loose with your favorite people.

And the celebration doesn't have to end when the night does.

The Garden Cottage is a private retreat just two minutes down the road, available exclusively for Lakeview Gardens couples and their guests. Gather around the fire pit Friday night, get ready together Saturday morning with mimosas and your favorite playlist, then linger over coffee Sunday before everyone heads home.

And because we live in Florida, we've thought about the weather too. One week out from your wedding, if there's a 60% or higher chance of rain, or the heat index is expected to hit 100°F or above, we arrange tent coverage on your behalf. Depending on your package, we cover part or all of the cost, so you can focus on your vows instead of the forecast.
